I've used vcs several times in the past and never had a problem. But the lady that is answering the phone now is very rude even if they had the cheapest tires in town I wouldn't take my car to them because of how rude she is.

I was looking for a deal on four tires and told the lady which I forgot her name that I've been quoting around. I guess she don't like to hear that lol. Never calling them again

Very nice, very busy Mom & Pop shop. Communication was excellent as to when my vehicle would be fixed. Highly recommend, check them out!

Place is the worst. Took forever with my car and didn t even finish the job THEY said they would do. Then, they even gave me the run around about when to come back. Very unprofessional.

Went in for an oil change, got an oil change. Quick, nice people on staff, and waiting. Standard pricing.I went to the 711 Breckenridge site; apparently there's another one a couple blocks south, also on Breck.NOTE: cash or check preferred; 2% fee for plastic.Service: Oil change

I always used to go to VC's. They always used to take care of me if I brought some tires in but I guess now they have a new policy that they do not accept tires that you bring in. Really sucks. But I understand I'm sure it's a liability thing. I hope one day they change their mind about that.

I was in need of some new tires I called on a Friday they ordered them and they were there on Monday and installed for very cheap but great tires. While I was having my tires installed the gentleman working on my vehicle notice my brakes needed changed. He let me know and ask if I wanted them changed. He changed my brakes immediately and I was on my way. This place is run by an amazing family that actually cares about you and your vehicles. Highly recommended

Paid almost $80 for a tire (July 13th) that blew the next day (July 14th) literally within 24 hours. I ve called probably like 30 times today and no answer. I m livid. I m now down $80, no tire, and my car is stuck on the side of the road and they don t pick up their phones and I wanted was for them to replace the bad tire they sold meService: TiresService: Tires

Excellent service with a great team. Had tires put on one day where I found out needed brake pads, went back next day for that installation. Never knew of this place, tho now, will be my go to when I need their services.

They got me in within 24 hrs. I have a 4x4 jeep Grand Cherokee and I got two brand new tires for $162.00. the prices were better than expected and the service was unsurpassed. They hade in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and there was 2 people in front of me. Vc's will be the only place I go for my tires from now on.

Had an emergency; broken wheel and tire needed to be replaced. They had tire here the very next day for me and put on the new wheel in under 30 minutes. GREAT. Have lived in Owensboro for years and this is by far the best service I ve had.

Always straight forward with me. They ve never tried to upsell me on anything I didn t ask for. Prices are more than reasonable & the work is good. I ve had brakes on 3 vehicles replaced there, an oil change, and 1 tire patched in the past year. Also, my co-workers go there and are very satisfied as well.

The price and speed is hard to defeat. Saved me $150, had the tires ready the next day, and the visit was about 15 minutes. The faces could be a bit more cheery and welcoming, but I would come back next time I need tires.

VC'S offers reliable service and usually has fair prices. They always seem to be busy, so there is usually a wait. The waiting area is one reason I removed one star. The waiting area is extremely small. The other reason I deducted the star is because sometimes their employees tend to be rude. It's still a good place to get a tire fixed.

Very friendly and professional! I got a great deal on 4 tires and rear brakes. Unlike many of the other stores I called, they had answered my questions and concerns with confidence. I'm new here, but I will be returning as long as I live here.

Very Friendly Speedy Accurate service . They actually had to order my tires and had them there ready the Next day . Very resourceful too of you need any advise on other modifications you may be wanting too your car . 5 Star By Far
