Had work re-repaired by them because the first guy did a shotty job. Excellent customer service. Place stays busy, so it may take a little longer to complete the job, but well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend again.

After accepting my keys and agreeing to towing and transmission repair, I was never contacted about them changing their minds, and to check on progress that I was told would be over a week so my homeless expenditures were in accordance, the claimant to shop ownership stated that the worker shouldn't have taken my business, because it would take business from Fast Lane on Breckenridge, who told me they don't repair there like AA expected they would and towed me there. So, Ohio Valley Transmission, attempted to parent me ("patriarchy") to complain that they had talked with Fast Lane, not referring to the call I made upon not seeing my car in the lot, and them telling me they couldn't find a tow truck.Forcing immobility that is associated with the loss of a car, in a rural area as defined by the USDA, with diseases associated with harm of loss of vehicle for prolonged times (brake dust, arthritic damages, fear and duress and false imprisonment, "mental illness" and civil rights discrimination with defamation). Also, I'm not sure how many places I asked, but none of them supplied to CarFax...It was already at risk that they would change their minds about their listed free towing. I told him I wanted to leave Owensboro and pick it up when it's ready, but the bus here circles around before taking a whole 24 hours to reach various Arizonian destinations for homeless tent life, and a car rental is price gouging, and the airport is empty... I believed they provided a cruelty because of that, because I didn't leave.This place has a business license.

Great guy working the front desk! My vehicle problem was really a dealership only situation and he was incredibly up front in saying so. He thought about for 30 minutes, looked some things up and called me back again to officially close the loop. Man oh man, is service like that getting more and more rare everyday. I'll be back!

I had recently taken my car there to have it worked on. It never got worked on they said after having it there for 3 days even though I had made an appointment a month in advance. I then noticed that my car started to making a popping sound in the front of the car. I am having it serviced at a dealership in a week, because I had to wait again another 2 weeks after making an appointment. Beware when a place declines after having an appointment then it starts making sounds and then claim that it would be another 3 weeks or more before they would get to it.Service: Transmission

Tyake your car here for any transmission issue. Had a vehicle in with a outside warranty company and the owner was very understanding and patient. Thanks a ton. Good quality work.
