The gentleman at the counter told me that the OBD2 scanners are useless and recommended that I take my car to a mechanic. He said that he wished they didn't have them. I disagree.

Got a nice gal in the the back who handles Commercial and she really Knowledgeable in the auto parts field and makes it easy to work with.

Worker made me feel awkward. Like I didnt belong. Got a bunch of weird looks. I was with an adorable 2 yr old. We had time to burn. Had a discussion on Chilton manuals with another employeeWas normal. Now back to register guy... buying paint and washer fluid...sorry bro. I apologize I'm not your typical customer.

I have only been in the OAP a couple of times and have been treated well each time. The last trip an Associate made sure I had the correct antifreeze for my truck.

This particular store has been so very helpful- and more than just making purchases. I have been in situations where I needed some form of assistance and I always end up calling O Reilly Auto Parts. I needed a battery for my car - I am on a strict budget and had been unable to purchase for weeks. The gentleman I spoke with ( can t remember his name ) but he was able to price match and install AND store my info in the computer so if I have issues with my battery and can t find the receipt- it s still covered for 2 years. Around the same time , I had spent almost an hour trying to find an air pump around where I live and had no luck. It was getting late and I needed to walk to the store but had 4 kids to tote with me. O Reilly s put air in my tires and they were super nice to my kids. Any time I have a question- I call O Reilly s. If they can t help me- they point me in the direction of someone who can. They are honest, caring people. This is my go to store.

I love this Auto parts store it almost always has what I'm after and if not I usually have it the next day so 2 thumbs up. The quality of seservice is by far the best I've seen and had the pleasure of experiencing. Always a friendly smile and a helpful hand if and when you need it I don't go anywhere else for my service and parts

They tested and replaced a battery in my SUV. Service was great, and personnel were excellent!Pricing, while I hope was competive, seem a bit above what I expected. I am a frequent customer, and will continue to be.

Technician helped me check the sales. Saved me money. I appreciate that. I always check there first. The online rebates are not the best. I liked it better when they mailed them.

O'Reilly is great for all of my auto repair needs. I do go elsewhere for oil changes and big projects, but only because I don't know how to do those myself. But, if I need a new battery, wiper blades or cleaner, they are my one-stop shop. The staff is great and will even help out with install.

Overnighted parts needed for a 2001 jeep CHEROKEE. Received Grand Cherokee parts on top of a dodge dakota fan shroud that was18" too large lol. Needed next day because it's a postal jeep and only 1 day to work on it. Very disappointed. They are usually pretty reliable. Not this time unfortunately.

I used to have good luck on finding the part I need for my truck or my car. This last time I went into the store off New Hartford Road in Owensboro for a battery issue, which I still have warranty on, I was told the battery was good and I must either not have a good connection or there must be something electrical wrong in my truck. I went on the tell the young guy behind the counter that I really think there is a bad cell in the battery. I have a battery charger at home, charged up the battery all afternoon and only then it would start my truck. Once I shut the truck off and try the restart the truck it won t start. I than put the battery back to charge and it s already lost half of what it was charged up to. The young guy even had the nerve to ask me when my truck was running before I shut it off that I made sure the cables were hooked up. Sad that I m going to have to call corporate to get anything done.

Great staff , very kind and helpful unlike other locations I have been too ! This is my husband's choice of auto parts store to get all the parts needed for the many projects we do on vehicles so we are greatfgr for your help and kindness ! Highly recommend!!!

horrible service did not get helped been using this place for quite some time bought a brand new battery 3 days ago had a receipt wanted me to wait almost 2 hours to get another one this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.a person should not have to wait to get another battery when they have a receipt and it's two days old
