Service and sales departments needs a complete overhaul.1. I took my tundra in for an oil change when I picked it up it had oil on the door inside and outside and on steering wheel2. They forgot to put all but one bolt and it was loose, back in my splash guard underneath when they changed my oil and it fell off going down the road3. They broke my after market chrome grill4. My hood release was turned 180 degrees to the wrong side and cable was broke and when I took it back to them they said I couldn t proof it and it would cost high dollar for them to repair itSo so may more issues with the new management too many to address here.Never had so many issues when Don Moore was still here in charge. I ve bought 6 vehicles from Dom Moore Toyota, NO MORE.Too many more dealerships to choose from.I believe it takes quality people to run, establish and maintain a top total quality facility, this place use to be on top but not anymore it s on the bottom of my list and it s a long list of dealership competitors out there.

The salesman are great,after that it's a frustrating experience,from trying to educate them on a camry repair when the battery would be dead after sitting for 5or6 days,they replaced the good battery with a new battery,even after I explained to them about a fix in the computer sytem,and how something was not turning off,I found this researching my self,Toyota had indeed sent out a fix for this,so after the new battery died,I had them come to my home and pick it up! Then they did the research and updated the computer. Ok so we paid extra for the staNu warranty on paint Chips and small dents it's a 5yr plan,we first used it 3yrs in, for a couple small dings ,we got it back and they just painted over the small dent or ding,still very noticeable WTH?? Trying to get it redone now! Don needs to do some followup! In house.

Was hung up on and treated very rudely when I try to negotiate the price of a pick up truck. I did explain I was looking at a couple other trucks 1 older 1 the same year but I like the one they have . I told him I'd be willing to buy for this amount he said no I said there's gotta be some wiggle room basically he told me people will flock to buy this truck over the summer and then hung up. Needless to say it's still very bright on my side of the road and other dealerships that won't treat their customers that rudely especially I for someone that has already been approved. Thank you for reminding me that it's OK to pay more for great customer service. And that's what I'll do for a dealership that treats me with respect and not as rude as they did here

The service was great. They didn't hound us while we were there. We told them what we were looking at and they showed us. Great people. Shawn Mayfield is a great guy to deal with. Love the new truck. Thank all the guys at Moore's.

I think that this was one of my best experiences in a car purchase. Adam is a top notch salesman. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and took care of everything. Don Moore Nissan sold me the very vehicle I wanted at a really great price and fixed the one issue I wanted. This is a dealership that I will recommend to anyone. Thanks for everything.

I finally found a Subaru that was dependable at Moore Automotive Team in Kentucky. I looked at four vehicles across KY and they were all in bad shape. Gary was a pleasure to work with, he is honest, kind and is easy to work with. I was never pressured to buy here. And they also did a great job finding a bank for the loan. I've enjoyed traveling in my Subaru and have Moore Automotive Team to thank for that. They did over $2000 of maintenance work on the vehicle before they sold me the car as well. Thank You!!!!!!

Picked up a new Nissan, it was our new company car, they didn't even get the sticky stuff off the car or the windows. Had very little to say when I picked it up. I would not choose to buy from them.

Saleswoman was not like normal sales people at car lots; she was not trying to pressure me into making any certain decision the day of. She was very friendly and I could tell she really cared about what it was I wanted. Also, every time I am here to get service done it is almost ALWAYS done faster than they say it will take. Definitely recommend buying a car here!

Stress free car buying, drove an hour to buy from them because after price checking they were significantly cheaper than anyone in the area. Friendly staff that don't give off that pushy car salesman vibe. I would definitely buy my next car from them!

Well just to let you know what this dealership did to me! I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox on June 22, 2020. It was the cleanest vehicle I d ever seen for being that old. Not a dent or scratch on it! However it was sold as scratch and dent. Neither the salesman nor the manager could tell me why. I bought it as is. I paid $6500 for it and they wanted $2600 for their warranty. That s almost half the price of the car! Anyway on Friday July 17,2020 I heard a noise that sounded like it was from under the hood so I checked it on Saturday July 18,2020 and found it was 3 1/2 quarts low on oil. My neighbor who is a mechanic helped me at the time. It died in traffic earlier in the day and then 3 times in my driveway. So what is Bob (the manager at the Toyota store) going to do about it? Not a damn thing! He s done he said. He said I can trade it minus the cost of the engine! There is an oil change sticker in the vehicle that shows when the next change is due. That was March. I m still 500 miles short of the suggested miles. That tells me the vehicle was regularly service at the dealership. That also tells me they knew the vehicle was burning oil and had advised the customer to trade it. That also tells me the vehicle hadn t been driven in months. Then they stuck it to me! My advice is to not buy anything at a Don Moore Dealership. They will NOT stand behind what they sell. Well we will see!

Having trouble with vehicle I purchased from Don Moore. It is using oil and only has around 10,000 miles on it. Service people act like is no big deal. Still no improvement on the mask wearing by employers. They greet customers and walk around showroom without mask.

We've purchased our last 5 vehicles from Moore Automotive. Nissan , Toyota and 3 Hondas. All 3 locations provide great service for purchasing and the routine maintenance is quick and professional.

As stated on post before, they were to busy with lunch & just to busy to even look to see if a long time Ford owner from out of town could safely drive which ultimately would require pulling a 32' fifth wheel. Also heard similar from someone else had similar experience last year. Did find help & situation was life threatening, wheel bearing were in a state that we were about to loose our wheel.

Purchased a new Nissan from them last week. While I love my new Altima, it was the absolute worst new car buying experience ever.1. The process took almost 5 hours to complete.2. Communication with me during the wait was the pits. Once the dealer got what they wanted from me, I was just along for the ride.3. Bob, the Finance guy, tried to add a $2600 charge for a 10 year maintenance warranty. Bob told me he added the plan on my new car because "almost all new car buyers purchase the plan." I call bulls*^# on that excuse.Although I liked the salesman that assisted me, Bob's attempt to take me for $2600 ruined the day. The Don Moore Family owns all the new car dealerships in Owensboro, KY except Ford.** I strongly encourage you to check their figures two or three times and ask them to explain everything. They smiled the whole time as they tried to pick my pocket. Better yet, after you get their best price, check other dealers on the internet for a better deal. Good Luck.

Went to look at a car at don Moore in Hartford in the morning, after running credit app found out I needed a co signer by time I found a co signer mid day they had done raised the price of the vehicle to where I could no longer afford the vehicle, I would not recommend anyone go there because they would not keep their word on the vehicles ORIGINAL price, they said it was a mistake. After the original ad said 1,700 below NADA

I got a great deal on a new truck, but their Mechanics are suspect. I returned a RAM 9 times before it was actually fixed. I even got Fiat Chrysler involved.

I've never had a service dept give me the runaround like this place. Charged me almost 1300 to fix something that was recalled. Lies right to your face. Very rude to customers. I will Never ever buy a vehicle or Have one worked on here again!

Bought Toyota Camry from Don Moore and their Toyota Service Department does a great job changing my oil, rotating my tires and checks for anything that may need replacing.

Came for an oil change, asked if we wanted to change our cabin/air filter....they didnt tell us it would be $75...totally got ripped...my fault for not asking price beforehand but Jesus, they cost $10-15 at Autozone
