I would like to start off by saying if I could give 10 stars I definitely would. We had a neighbor back into one of our cars and her insurance took care of it all but I was stressed at first of the situation because I didn't know what to do. I looked up auto body near me and found Caliber and collision. I called to see what I needed to do and Jessica answered. Jessica helped me with everything and took the weight off my shoulders and helped me to the fullest Of her ability and she did an outstanding job and I'm so thankful for her help. Shawn also called and kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and what stage of the repair that they were on. I'm so glad I went with this shop over anyone else in Owensboro. Again 10 out of 10 would recommend and always ask for Jessica she's the absolute best this shop is so grateful to have her on the front line!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took vehicle to get bumper fixed at Mayfield Hodges. Employee came out to greet us before we even went in the door. Very professional and did a great job all in the same day. Highly recommend!

Always used this business in the past with no issues. Stopped by last week to get estimate for body work on my car. Was told I needed an appointment or could submit a request online. Still waiting for estimate. Terrible customer service and will not use this business.

First time here not impressed with service. Every other place I received a quote and inspection instantly. Was told it would be several hours before anyone was available to give a estimate.

I purchased my vehicle in January and in April someone backed into the side. I took it to Mayfield Hodges. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job with the repairs and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Mafield Hodges for taking care of my baby.
