I had this shop install a lift kit less than a year ago. Recently I heard a popping noise and was concerned that something may have come loose. When I called they were very helpful and said to bring it down and they d check it out and tightening anything that was loose. Upon my arrival they said everything looked good and then took it for a test drive. When the guy, Blaze, returned from the test drive he stated that the truck was unsafe to drive and he couldn t allow me to drive it. What a dangerous concept, telling a person that their vehicle is seized because of safety, due to a noise it s making and not knowing what s wrong with it. Blaze said that he needed to get it up on the rack to determine the issue. Not knowing I had any other choice, I left the truck with the shop. Blaze was the person that contacted me the next day and stated that it was impossible to know for sure what the issue was, but it could be the lower control arms, the rack and pinion, or the CV joint. He stated that they would begin replacing parts until they fixed it starting with the lower control arms. This was concerning due to the cost of all the parts he named and labor would have costed over $1,000. I spoke to an attorney which told me there was no legal right to hold my truck and force the repairs to be completed there. Additionally I spoke with a friend that s a certified mechanic and he stated that the problem could be diagnosed without just replacing parts to find it. With that information I went to the shop and demanded my truck. I met resistance but they said I could take it. They then attempted to charge me a diagnoses fee. I challenged the fee asking how was there a diagnoses without being able to tell me what the problem was and the only strategy was to replace parts until they maybe found something that was broken. Blaze then became angry when he was challenged, stated there was no charge, and to just take my truck and leave, which I did. That afternoon, my friend that s a mechanic, came and took a look at my truck. Within 15 minutes he discovered that the sway bar link was broken. I was able to purchase the part for $61.99 and replaced it within 30 minutes. Totally fixed the issue! Lanham Off-road may be great at installing lift kits or replacing parts, but they can t diagnose issues with a vehicle and have a mind set of forcing you to replace parts unnecessarily, which results in unfair pricing to the customer. Either this place is cheating and scamming people or their just incompetent, either way this is not the place to go for diagnoses. Find a trained, certified mechanic with a good reputation and do not allow a shop to seize your car and attempt to force their work on you like a Venus fly trap!!

Took two different trucks in for work and had to get both trucks reworked. Lies upon lies. Trust me fokes. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE!. The commercial on the radio sounds good but they can't deliver.

We are very pleased with the end result from our sons Jeep Cherokee. Jackson is one of the best customer service guys I ve dealt with. Always making it right. The product they provide is priced reasonably and the installation was superb! We will continue doing business here. Thanks for getting it done in our time frame!!! Before and after pictures!

The friendliest, most helpful team in town! I m always hesitant to take my vehicle on my own for services but they always make sure I m taken care of and never oversell me on things I don t need! My new battery and tires have made all the difference in the smoothness of my ride.

I just had my 2016 Chevrolet built here yesterday and I truly enjoyed how everyone that works there goes above and beyond there jobs from the mechanics to the sales team. I couldn't be happier with the way my truck looks and runs and a special note to the sales team and more importantly the man behind the counter Jake's he is number #1 in my book. If you need anything done go see these guys.

THIS IS A REAL ACCOUNT OF EVENTS that took place @ Lanham Offroad AccessoriesWhen I tell you these 2 young men put in some zen like work.. I mean it was like watching in real life. I swear it was like watching Shaolin Monks turned Shaolin Mechanics . I witnessed Devin Lanham and Blaze enter into a ZEN like flow as they worked together to replace the headlights to my vehicle. And what an amazing job they did. VERRRRRYY SWIFTLY they removed the front bumper and grill and had a headlight out before the car was parked and Devin was the one pulling it up to the garage ( okay that might be a bit of an exaggeration) Seriously the way these 2 work to get a job done is the a new running engine, smooth. BIG THANKS Devin & Bkaze aka Shaolin Mechanics of Owensboro

Listen hands down the Best Customer Service I ever had encountered, I was confused on what I needed to get. In order to get this after market part installed in my truck, and the staff here was so patience and cooperative with me when I was explaining on the phone what I was needing and what I was looking for. They helped me figure out which part it exactly was tht I needed, now I haven t really ever had a particular store a stayed with on getting parts, maintenance and or accessories but bc of the friendly staff, great prices, and the positive attitudes all around this company, I will be going to this place for all my accessories and maintenance on my vehicles. I am very well pleased at this stores staffing.

I would give 5 stars but they won t let me put a negative 5 stars on here! Ask to see there certification for there mechanics, and see how many are certified or have any training to do with suspension!!! The guy with the red beard thinks you remove rusted bolts in rubber bushings with a torch and don t think you need the retainer clips on your coil springs!! Lol and he welds lug nuts on you ubolts holding your axle to the leaf springs because he lost the nuts from your new lift kit. 2 days means 9 days . All I can say is RUN!!!

Lahnam OffRoad Acesserories installed a leveling kit on my F150 which made my truck sit 2.5 inches higher in the front than the back. It made it sit more un level with the leveling kit. Then I took to get an alignment at the shop that they recommend . Not long after I dropped my truck off at the alignment shop they called me and told me that there was no way they could alighn my truck with that lift b/c of the excessive angles. So I took my truck back to Lahnam Off Road Accessories and told them the situation and how they could not alighn it. I told them to just put my factory parts back on so I can get my truck back. Three days later I get my truck back with my factory parts back on and they refused to give me my money back on the leveling kit and then then chargeed me $200 more in labor for removing the leveling kit. I WOULD STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE !!

The Lanham's are a very hospitable family and prices are great,whether it be buying a vehicle ( I have bought 2 trucks from them) or parts to upgrade your offroad vehicles. Very well satisfied.

Lied to multiple times about when my truck would be ready, they broke both CV joints and the rack and pinion while installing a lift kit. Buyer beware
