Had my tires put oh here about 4 months ago and I think one was out of balance and they took care of me. Wasn t nothing they did. Help me out greatly.

I had a flat tire at my apartment complex I called Raben tire and they had a team member to my location in under 30 minutes. He was able to patch the tire quickly and had me on my way in about an hour! I was thankful how fast he was and the team member was polite! Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

The staff at the store were friendly and tried to be helpful the HUGH problem is the on-line scheduling and information. I have used them for many years and have always been satisfied with the service I received, this time however I am very UNHAPPY. I checked out the website and selected the tires and services I want performed. Then I scheduled an appointment after the site indicated the tires I wanted were in stock. When I arrived they had no idea I had an appointment, fortunately I had a hard copy confirmation in hand. OK, no problem they could work me in, I go to the waiting area and about 30 minutes later I am informed they DO NOT have the tires at this location but at another store and can have them in a couple of days. I made another appointment for the day after I was told they would arrive.Now mind you it is an hour + drive for me each way to get to the store.I arrive on for the second appointment and AGAIN told they do not have the tires but someone is bringing them which means a 2 hour + wait for them to arrive. They did go ahead and do the front alignment and swap the spare as I wanted but then it was the wait until the tires arrived. Finally after 3+ hours the tires were mounted and I was on the road.They need to fix or get rid of the on line scheduling and leave it to a call in only for service appointments and tire purchase. I lot a great deal of my time and fuel because of a terrible on line system. Again the staff at the store were fine but at the very least there should have been a small discount for the repeated inconvenience.

Went to get 2 rear tires. Told the salesperson wanted the least expensive they had. Didn't care it was for a work truck as long as they were round and had tread. She found something ran some numbers on a calculator and then told me $272. Thought that was reasonable considering I just purchased 2 front tires from them 4 months earlier for a total of a little over $300 from what I remembered. When I got home looked it up and it was a total of $340 for the 2 tires 4 months earlier. They finished walked up and she said the total was $630. I about had a heart attack but they were on my truck already, paid it went home. If they told me it was $272 PER TIRE I would have walked out. Of course you never know if they are quoting you the least expensive they have. I will never buy tires from them again. I can order online see what the price is with my own eyeballs, have them shipped and have a shop put them on cheaper than what I was charged. Never again will I buy tires from them!!!! Oh and to top it off one of the wheel covers wasn't put on correctly. They couldn't manage to line the wheel cover holes with the rim. Good way to over heat the brakes. Would post a pic of it but it won't allow me here.

I needed two tires for my truck on very short notice and Ravens handled it very quickly. I was in and out back on the road in about 45 minutes. Great service and good pric as well. Will definitely do business with them again

Bought new tires for a hot rod that typically sits. Discovered that I had an issue with a wheel. So I took just that wheel back so they could remove the tire. Took 45 minutes to get that done. Then charged me for taking off the tire. It's kinda petty but, the new ownership is far from the customer service in the past. I'll happily take my tire shopping elsewhere in the future.

Best place to get your car serviced! Best customer service in the area. Derrick on Alsop Lane in Owensboro is a great guy and really cares about his customers. Have always had a great experience anytime I have been. They are honest and fair.

Derrick and the guys at Raben have always taken care of me and my F-150 with excellent customer service. Prices have always been competitive but the service outweighs everything to me. Very happy with my Michelin tires and they had my truck done in only a few hours. This is where I will continue to do business!

Horrible experience order tires after the tires came in. Made appointment at 10 am two days later and it took them 4 day to install them. They had tires in stock but they told me they had to get corporate ok to install stock tires size that came on trailer. It was raining and they parked it in a hole that was knee deep in water. My tongue block was not put back under so I could not lift trailer high enough to hook up. The wheel chock was not put back on wheels an was missing. It took over a hour to get help to hook it up and find all the trailer equipment. Poor quality and service I would rate even lower then 1 but they don't have negative numbers. I don't understand why you make appointments if they don't use them. And why can't they put tires on they have in stock.

Had my Lincoln brought in for a rear wheel bearing. They called me with options of either replacing entire hub or just replacing bearings. Explained what each option would cost, and explained that by replacing just the bearings for me to be aware that a new hub is needed but replacing the bearings would repair it for now. Of course there was a huge price difference in the 2 options. Before calling me he even tried calling several parts places so as to give me various pricing options. Was totally happy with his service, the added effort he took to hunt down the part and find me the best price for it being it is one very expensive part, for that option should I'd chosen that route, the price of completing the repairs and allowing me to receive the car back after hrs because he waited around until we showed. I Would highly recommend them for any repairs and i will be taking my vehicles back should anything else happen in the future to my car or our other vehicles.

I've been doing business with Raben for years. Never had any issues with any of the work I've had done there. Ask for James if your looking to buy a new set of tires, he's very knowledgeable an will get you exactly what you need an what your looking for.

Quick and right ! Dropped my tires off 1/2 hour later had them waiting at the door. Thanks guys. Oh they do mower tires .Another awesome job !Thank again had a few tires pulled of the rims for my jeep, everyone there is so friendly!!!

Two other tire shops could not install my compact tractor tires, but these guys handled the job at a good price. I will go there every time from now on

These guys are great. I had a leveling kit and 33 inch tires installed on my f150. Not only did they beat everyone elses prices in town, they did a great job. I couldnt be happier and would recommend them to everyone!

The service was great they got it done ahead of schedule. They even went out of their way to help tighten up my hitch ball. The downside is I had dropped my camper off chocked my wheels and all that. got a call that my camper was done. I went to pick it up. When I got there I notice my wheel chocks weren't in my camper. so I went to where I had parked it there they were completely destroyed run over and flattened by my camper they never even looked to see if the wheesl were chocked. Just make sure if you leave something of yours there that you let someone in charge know what you have done to prevent damage to your property.

Always get amazing Experience, they are always friendly and get my car to where it needs to be. There s not a lot of mechanics that I trust to work on it but Ravyn tire on alsop is great. Derek Madwell is a great friendly manager.

This is the second time I have had to use them during the pandemic. They have done an exceptional job and the staff pay close attention to any potential problem that may present itself. Most likely will be my new regular tire shop.

I was needing new tires all the way around on our travel trailer, the store I needed to go to didn t have the tires I wanted so they got the tires from another shop and was able to get them installed. Friendly staff great service and was able to get in and out with no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs tires for any application.

Wonderful service! I lost a retread and my service guy (I did not catch his name) showed up promptly and was very nice. I appreciate you guys coming out here and doing a dangerous job to get us roadworthy again.

I think they did a good job with my alignment. However they where extremely slow. I also had my tires put on new rims which where balanced. I assumed that they would have installed new valve stems, but I don't think they did.

Great service. I picked up a nail in my tire while traveling. They took care of my tire quickly. The prices are reasonable. They were honest and pleasant to do business with.

Both locations are always ready to help with any tire need. So much debris on roadways anymore, it s awful! Had a tire patched. You can make appointment or just show up. They always try to keep your wait time to a minimum. Have a small waiting room with tv and you can purchase drinks or snacks.

I have not been to a better place! These guys are Johnny on the spot... as soon as I got there I was met with smiles and respect! My flat was fixed promptly and the price was fair! Highly recommended

I scheduled an appt to have my car aligned. I waited 3 1/2 hours for the alignment, to have them tell me I needed rear brakes also. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, AFTER I scheduled the appt a week earlier, I didn t want to wait any longer for the brakes. I scheduled an appt for the next week to have my brakes done. The initial alignment was not done properly, in that my car would still nose dive to the right when I let of the steering wheel. I took it back the next week, (SCHEDULED) and still waited 4 1/2 hours to have them say the fixed the alignment. When I asked about the brakes I was told oh we didn t know you wanted the brakes worked on . Needless to say, I didn t wait to have the brakes worked on. I left and for the 2nd time, found my alignment still had not been completed in that the car would still nose dive to the right when I let off the wheel. I drove down Frederica st to Bown Tire where they fixed my brakes in 25 minutes. I can not afford to have someone else fix the alignment on my car. Poor service and poor mechanics. Anyone who will listen, hears from me about Raben tire. Anyone who rides in my car, sees first hand, what poor service Raben provides.
