I was traveling. My brakes had been scraping for a few days. I called, they said come right in. I was in and out in a couple hours. They're working fine. They kept me updated on progress.

I left my car at Raben Tire to have my 4 tires replaced; this was the first tire change since the car was purchased new. When I left the vehicle I reset the odometer and boost gauge since I had to return to work while I left the car for service.The first thing I checked when returning to my car was the distance driven and if it was boosted hard. I was surprised to see that the tech at Raben thought it was necessary to hit max boost in a customer's car. This can only happen when driving the car and going wide open throttle. I returned to the store immediately and notified the staff. They spoke with the tech, which denied driving the car hard, but he did drive it in order to remove the tire pressure warning light (You only need to hit 25-30mph for the tpms to update). I was told management would be notified of the issue, and that was it.4 days later I was able to get a thorough wash on my car and clean up all the grease that was still left on the wheels from the change. That is when I noticed multiple scratches on each of the wheels.I have done my best to maintain this car from the day I drove it off the lot 1.5 yrs ago, and I am disappointed/frustrated/let down, that the one time I leave it unattended at a local shop the lack of respect and care for a customers property was so obvious.

The employees are very good with their professions. They are also kind and personable. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

Have had service here 3 times now, oil change, tire rotation... Excellent service and fairly quick at doing it.

Brett and service tech were polite and tires were on same day without appointment.3 days later someone tells me I should not have gone to Raven because they overcharge. I called VC s and they would have done exactly the same work, same brand tires, RH etc for $262 LESS! Do your homework before buying. I live on Social Security and that s a lot of money. When I called Raben s, Brett didn t sound promising that Ben could or would do anything about it. I will be glad to write another review if he does.

Refused to price match even though they had a 6ft sign in the store. Ben was very rude says he will never give a match ever. Stole the plastic cover under car. Didn't put the cover on. Scratched all four wheels badly. And tire pressure sensors not calibrated. Very rude very disappointed. Never again!!!!! Don't trust them!!!!!!

Spectacular service! Very informative on what was needing to happen on my vehicle post review of the reported issue.Staff made accommodations for me to be able to continue to work from the lobby. Very nice.

It's been hit and miss on the quality of service I received. Took one vehicle in , they did great. Next time not so much. Took another vehicle in, they did ok but a problem developed a couple of days later. They took care of that at no charge. The last time I went in was the worst. Ordered some lower price tires for an older car. Told me if I dropped it off in the morning, it would be easily be ready the same day. Dropped it off at 8:30 and asked them to check the brakes as well. I never heard from them during the day so I called at 4:30 and was told it was 3rd in line and since they closed at 5:00 it wasn't going to get done that day. Called me at 9:30 the next morning saying it was done. When I picked it up, the invoice didn't say anything about the brakes. Counter guy asked around and came back and told me that since there were no notes about a problem, they were fine. 400 miles later the left front caliper seized up. Brake was smoking so bad I thought something was on fire. Pulled the wheel and found the brake pads were only about the thickness of a dime and corroded. Since they compromised my safety, I will not be going back. Follow up to this review. Did the survey as they requested in their response. Never heard from them.

Great customer service. I have had to replace more tires than I should have to due to the road conditions around here and Raben has always done a great job of taking care of my vehicles.

Great service, friendly staff. While I was picking up my truck I saw a woman come and she was a little upset because she didn t have an appointment and needed service (nail in her tire). They got her right in and treated her with the same dignity and respect as any long term customer or personal family member. Much love for Raben.

Overall service was very good and I was satisfied with the work.Here is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star review. You can schedule service with Raben online or over the phone. The problem is that online and the store do not talk to each other.So in my case; there was more than one scheduled slot that was double scheduled. Because of this I didn t get my vehicle back till the end of the day.Make sure you call and schedule instead of online. Online had a great cost estimator for services too.

Paid $180 ( never was offered a Road hazard warranty) literally 2 weeks ago. Went today because tire was losing air... well no warranty no deal for me. The only choice was to buy a new one. Ok I will buy a new one but not from RAVEN.

I went in to purchase 4 new tire because Jerry Ray Davis told me I needed them. After doing paperwork & them taking my keys, the front desk girl came to me & told me I didn't need new tires. My tires were 5 & 6's. They did fix one tire that had a nail in it. They could have easily taken my $1100.00 and I would have never known the difference. Instead, only charged me $23.00 to fix the tire. I highly recommend the for their service but, their honesty to their customers!!

I experienced brake problems while in Owensboro for an appointment. I called and was given an appointment time very quickly. They diagnosed and were able to complete repairs this same day. In addition to being very professional, they went out of their way to be helpful to us. Very positive experience.

Bought my tires there so I take advantage of the free rotation. They are usually booked all day. If you can leave your car over night, they can get you done early the next day. The tires I bought have over 25 thousand miles on them now and you can't even tell. Good product and great service.

Quick service and fair prices. Initially I was to receive same day service as I waited but due to their internal quality control one of the new in stock tires had issues. They quickly offered a ride and ordered the tire immediately. They also offered to deliver it to me the next day. I declined and picked it up in person. Thanks again! I'll be back for tire rotation and tires for my wife's car.

The guys at Raben are great. They took me in on super short notice for a coolant flush today. When I asked, they said it would probably take about an hour. I had the keys back in my hand in 30 minutes. Great work thanks again!

Did a great job with the alignment. Employees from check in to pay, were great. Shuttle service is amazing. Only problem. On line doesn't communicate with location of service. They had no idea we had an appointment, and had to wait for our tires to be transported to that location.

Service is great & always has been. Going to have to start changing my own oil again though cause the price is getting up there with Valvoline. I ve been going to Raben tire for years to get oil changes & they use to be around $34 per change then went to $43. Last oil change jumped to $51 & that was the last one for me.

I am not one to complain. I love Raben. I was a little disappointed that I ask for the spare to be repaired and put back on the car. I was told it was complete and found the spare to be untouched. Had to wait for the spare to be repaired and installed. The tire is low on air now. Will be coming back on Saturday to have it repaired again. Hope this is helpful

I always have a great experience with Raben tire. Recently, I had to return a defective battery. Now I realize that all batteries are not perfect, but to tell you the truth I expected maybe a little bit of trouble returning it since it was a year old. But no! The service manager, Ben,, was extremely gracious and took the battery back- refunding the remainder of the warranty. Now that s good service!

Everyone was very nice and helpful in getting my trailer tires. I was planning to re-use the spare, but they showed me the poor condition of the tire and cleaned up the rusty wheel. So, I decided to get a new spare as well as the two other tires. I appreciated their concern for my safety by not just airing up the spare and replacing the valve stem as I had asked. I am planning to get more tires there for my other trailer.

My tires needed rotating and I was 1,000 miles overdue because of COVID19. I stopped by the shop late, actually 45 minutes from closing time. They squeezed me in for a quick rotation. I am so appreciative since I was leaving the next day for a 540 mile trip. Thanks Raben!

My car had a slow leak in one of my tires so I brought it there to be fixed during my lunch break at work. They knew it would be a bit of a wait so they offered to drop me back at work. When I picked it up they had it ready and for a very cheap price! This place was amazing to me. Customer service is fantastic! Thank y'all so much.

Dropped my car off at Raben this morning to have brake & rotor work done. Was given a ride home while the work was being done...only took a few hours to complete. They came back to my home to take me to get my car and oh my gosh...It's like driving a different car!! So smooth & quiet!! Very reasonably priced, quality work & completed in a very timely manner. Everyone was very helpful & courteous! My go to shop for tires & repairs!

Every time I have been to Raben, weather it be for tire change, oil change, or just to have a tire aired up, they have been absolutely amazing! I feel very comfortable and confident in them working on my car. Highly recommend to others! Such a great group!

Good service, they do a good job. Only reason to get 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the long wait. They are always really busy and you cannot make appts for getting a flat tire fixed, so the wait was 2.5 hours.
