They had my car 6 days and never even started on it. 2 days in they called to ask how I would be paying but never bothered to mention the fact that it was going to be 2 weeks to do a simple repair. First the story was they were short on help then someone else said it was a paint booth issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here numerous times for auto repair. They tore up connectors inside my doors of my car trying to put in new window motors. They also did my heater core and did not tighten down the hoses enough, I got stranded and antifreeze all in my floorboard. I did not get a discount or reimbursed for the towing. Not to mention they left my car sitting for days when I told them this is the only car I have. So not only would I not recommend them but I would never ever do business here again. Their mechanics are not certified either. One of the mechanics that worked on my car got fired I guess because he didn t know what he was doing. This place is awful and ran poorly. They did not listen to anything I had to say when it came to the problems I was having. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend everyone else so the same.

My aunt had always used Greg's for any needed work. So when I was hit and run back in 2008 in my Cadillac we automatically went to Greg's for the repair. And while they did a great job on the work my spare tire (which was a regular tire (new) on a Cadillac rim) was stolen out of it. I didn't realize it until I needed it and it was too late to say anything. I ALWAYS kept my car locked, in pristine condition, and never loaned it out. I'll never do business there EVER again.

Really like them EXCEPT for one employee. He told me my car needed a complete search because was leaking a bunch of fluids. Took it home & never leaked anything. My parents took their car & spoke with someone that said needed new brakes & rotors. When finally checked out by someone else there, turns out just needed some dirt & dust blown out. So, I really like them & MOST of the staff, but be careful of who works on your vehicle.

They worked on my car, very caring and understanding. Walked me through everything they would do to my car and even gave me an estimated time frame they'd be done.... recommend this place to anyone needing car service!

I chose to go to Gregg s when I needed body work on my car after being hit twice in the same month. They were able to get me in quick and efficiently. The phone reps are wonderful, informative, and responsive. Earnie was also a huge help with the whole process. Nice, professional people and I would get my car repaired here again if needed. The whole staff is amazing! From the front desk, the technician to the paint mixers. Very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable! They fixed my bumper quickly. Inside and outside of truck was very clean when I picked it up. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I needed anything fixed, I would definitely be back! I highly recommend!

Used Greg's when I hit a deer in my car. After several months of being without a car, we finally picked it up just in time for our trip to see Disney on ice in Evansville. Halfway to the show, the car over heated because they didn't bolt the radiator in or properly secure the upper hose. So when the radiator wiggled behind the grilled, the upper hose slipper off. After sitting there waiting for a gregs tow truck to get there, we inevitably missed Disney on ice. After talking with Greg's the followingMonday, they refused to refund our tickets that they were the reason we missed. Instead, they provided us with a car to use from their for sale lot until mine was properly fixed to standard. Two days into having this vehicle, it starts making a weird noise and all the lights on the dash come on. For the next two weeks, it sounded like I was driving a loud bog truck instead of a little Nissan car. So, not only do I not recommend using their collision center, but I also do not recommend buying anything from them. The Nissan was back on the for sale lot the very same day. Meaning nothing has been fixed, possibly patched in order to sell quickly. Long enough to take a test drive. Be careful with these crooks.Service: Body & Trim

They are honest people who don't take advantage of women or those who don't know much about vehicles! I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I'm a shop manager and I have been to them several times and he's never tried taking advantage of me, so I'd stick my beck out there for them bc they've saved me quite a bit!

They provided excellent service as it was, my tire went flat on interstate 165 at which time I took my vehicle to Walmart on 54 in owensboro. While re installing my tire there were lugs that were broken. My vehicle was was transported to Greg's and Services provided. It did take longer than I'd like but the end result was nice.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my car into Greg's to fix a body issue with my fender. They fixed the fender great...but when I picked my car back up, my battery was completely dead. An issue I never had until after I dropped it off at Greg's.I repeatedly told their shop manager that they are the cause of my battery dying and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Instead, they told me to take it to Auto-Zone.Body work looked great...but they will not take ownership for killing my battery. Especially since I paid full price for the body work before I picked my car back up.If you're desperate, use Greg's...but I suggest going anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I was in a car wreck back in December requiring collision repair of moderate-severe damage. Ernie made the process very smooth and was very prompt with any questions I had during the process of repairing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and dealing with insurance. Repair work took longer than initially expected (related to parts delayed because of COVID the new reality we now live in) however, Greg s ended up covering the 3 days of my rental car that insurance was trying to get out of paying. After the repair I had one minor issue (rattling sound up above the pano cover that ended up being a loose bolt) but, once again, prompt service to fix the issue. I highly recommend Greg s Collision and specifically Ernie for great customer service.

My car was hit parked by there tow truck driver. My police report clearly stated a witness saw my car hit, the tow truck driver Admitted to hitting my car. Again all in my police report. It took them 2 weeks to get my car in to fix the bumper that there guy messed up, when I called said bumper been in but been dealing with other things but to bring it in that day I called. Had my car for 3 days took home, paint started falling off the next day from where there painted the bumper. Bumper was not lined up right. Called Ernie said bring bk in they would look at it. Ernie told me he order a brand new bumper same day my car was hit but after I took it back for the second time now Ernie says he has to order another bumper cause he can t get the paint to stay. Takes 2 days to come in. I have never used there service before and I definitely would not ever use it again and if any friends or family members ask me or need advice on a collision place to go to Greg collision would NOT be a place I would Recommend. Wish I didn t have to give them not a star don t deserve the one star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I waited 4 weeks for tires to come in, they said they would be there two days after i ordered them. I called today to see if they were in they never asked my name or tire size or vehicle, but they said they were coming in today. I never got a call. They were rather rude when I called. So i went to VC s across the street they had my tire size and got a oil change as well and got me in the same day to change all four tires i do not recommend Greg's auto shop to anyone. Also they wanted 200 dollars to touch up a few scratches on my truck. I went to auto zone got a paint pen and they made sure it was the right color for my vehicle and i did it myself and it only cost 16.00 Gregs is a rip offService: Tires

They do quality work and use oem original parts with workmanship. They were very friendly and very helpful. THANK YOU ERNIE FOR A GREAT JOB DONE!

Have done business a lot with them in the past. Called them asking about having a ball joint replaced. Guy on the phone acted like I was a burden to him and that he really didn t have time to take care of me. Also said that I couldn t bring the vehicle down, you now have to make an appointment. Went to Beckman Tire and they got me in that day, we re cheaper, and also had my vehicle done in a few hours. Won t be returning to Greg s anymore.

I just wanted to say that I had used Greg s years ago when I lived in Owensboro and was extremely satisfied so when I moved back to Owensboro in August and had a car wreck that November it wasn t a hard decision who I was going to have do my repairs for me and as always extremely happy the price was low great work and prompt on getting my car back to me even arranged for me to get a car rental if I decided to get one and they worked directly with my insurance company if anyone needs any body work done please consider Gregs you will be so HAPPY you did..Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim

I moved in right behind the shop recently so I went to Greg's for the first time and I have to say; the prices were fair, the people were nice, and they had my car ready in no time. Also very good towing prices.

I will EVER use any other dealership than Greg's. I have affordable car payments and trust that I was put in a vehicle that was best for my family and situation...HIGHly recommended

Had body work done there for the first time. They gave me a nice car to drive while mine was being fixed. Talk to ERNIE and you won t have any problems.
