Don Moore Toyota has always been my routine place of service for all the Toyotas we've had in the past and present. On my way in for a recall service on my Tundra, I had a severely low front tire. Made it to the dealership and told them to see what they can do and let me know what it costs. They found two nails causing the slow leak and were able to successfully patch it. When I got to the counter they said I didn't owe a dime. I know the patch work was probably minimal cost, but the fact that they didn't charge me when they had the opportunity to speaks volumes to their priority in taking care of customers.

Took my wife s 2023 Camry in for 10,000 mile service on 1-6-2023 and they didn t rotate the tires like they were supposed too. If they skipped that what else are they skipping out on. I didn t even want her to go there, but she said she thought they did ok for her in the past. I will be calling them on Monday.So I called on Monday and had the lady transfer me to the Service Manager and left him a message to call me back. 4 days later still no call. Guess I will move on up the ladder in command. Looks like they don t care about their employees not doing their jobs.Save yourself from disappointment and go to Uebelhor, Toyota. Best Toyota dealer in this area !

After purchasing the car don t both even trying to call with any follow up questions. You with just get transferred to voicemail to voicemail and no one ever calls back. I have called probably 15 time over the past three weeks and haven t heard back from my salesperson Jaaron or anyone else they try to put me through. Only helpful person in this company is TJ at corporate that helped me with a different question.

The sales persons at Don Moore are so friendly helpful n understanding, Brandon n David were there to help me through the whole process n was so patient while waiting on insurance n other nonsense.. shout out I ll definitely recommend n if ever need another, pray not, ill be back for sure 10 out of 10 would recommend

Got a new RAV4 from Don Moore. Steve has been very helpful along the way. Delivery is very smooth, and no surprise at the end. Steve is also very helpful going through all the features. Highly recommend!

Don Moore employees were very professional, from the manager Colt to our sales rep Lucas. They responded quick to our inquiries and answered all of our questions! They got us the best deal they could in the not so great situation we were in. Lucas was great and came to me to get the paperwork signed so I didn t have to make a separate trip from my husband after work. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It is very hard to trust the used car scene these days, because some are just in it for the money. I did not feel that way today. I only wish I would have gone to them first! Thank you Don Moore!

Worst car lot in 1,000 miles. They are rude, they think they can tell you what your gonna pay for car used car manager needs to be selling peaches on the side of the road. Trying to buy a car ask if they would fix major scratches on trunk. Of $30,000 maxima. Said sure why don't I just put another $3000 in the car to fix it. What?DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!

When you re told a price to repair a car, I understand some adjustments along the way for time and such. But to come back and told the price doubled from what you were quoted because some things were left out? This isn t my fault. This is the fault of a quick-fix mechanic and a misinformed service writer. I d find somewhere else I did, and it s certainly worth it. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I d pay more for good service. Unfortunately this is not what I call good service. Free coffee doesn t entice me.

I (mistakenly) took my Dodge Journey to Don Moore in Owensboro for a routine service/oil change only because a friend of mine persuaded me into us going together to take our vehicles and she receives services free of charge there. Upon arriving, I asked if they could check the electronic throttle because the dash light activates occasionally; they refused because my vehicle is not a Toyota, fine whatever. So, they take our vehicles back and about an hour later they come out with our keys and receipts. We get up to pay for mine and they charged me ~$94 and some change for an oil change!!After driving off in my car, I noticed it did not drive, nor sound like it had been serviced! Before I had even driven 2 miles from the lot, my service/oil change dash light alert came back on. I called my friend as soon as I started my car and told her that I really don't think they touched my vehicle at all and firmly still believe it. After checking the oil and finding it was low and dirty, pretty much confirmed my suspicions.Terrible customer service, terrible prices, and terrible work ethic.I always go to Watermark in Madisonville, and they have been amazing every single time! Plus, they are much cheaper and go above and beyond their duties! I'll never go anywhere else again.

Constantly having issues with my current vehicle from here. From things being broken on interior when I purchased, but being shrugged off when I bring it up, to the most recent being my Apple Carplay that never works correctly when that was one of the biggest reasons I wanted a newer vehicle. For a while I assumed it was Apple, but after driving a few cars of the same make and model with rental companies, it turns out it s just my car! Next time I need a new car, I will be looking for a different dealership or using an online dealership.

I paid off my car early after buying it through Totten more Toyota so I was trying to get a refund on my service contracting Gap insurance. Let me tell you they sent the service contract to my bank who then cash didn't put it in your their account while I was waiting months for this check they should have sent it to me. They didn't do anything with the gap. They tell me they're going to cut a check wait a couple days come back if it's not there did this did it again did it again and now I'm waiting still I just left oh it's after 5:00 so they can't call corporate. They're rip offs do not let them swindle you into a service contract or gap insurance or anything like that you don't have to get it. I thought they were just like a regular car salesman like everybody else but they're not especially the finance guys watch out for the finance guys

Unfortunately I would not recommend their service department to have your vehicle fixed. Went in to have an oil leak resolved. Was told what the problem was and what would be done to fix it. Picked up my vehicle with the understanding that the issue was resolved after paying close to $700.00. Got back home and noticed there was still an oil leak. I took it back the next day and was told that the issue is somewhere else and would now be additional costs involved, so the issue is still not resolved.Recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.Note: 5 stars to Jennifer (Service dept. rep.). She was courteous, friendly and professional.

I went for an oil change, I called ahead after having two root canals and told them that I would be running late, they said that I have a 10 minute grace period I arrived 12 minutes late and they would no except me, so after buying a car there and all my service there you aren't allowed 2 minutes so I guess I will find a different Toyota dealer that has a little bit of understanding

Their sales people plaster Facebook marketplace place with vehicles for sale but never reply when you message them. I didn't realize the jeep gladiator I found was at this dealership till I purchased another one. Had Bret knott actually replied back I probably would have bought the one he posted. I don't understand why people post things then never follow up.

Offered to write a check onsite for a thousand under the listed price of the truck, and was told no deal. We decided to leave and as my wife and I were walking out of the building the 'salesman' was laughing to his manager. This felt so cras and unprofessional to both of us. If this is how you operate, I will never step foot in a Don Moore dealership personally or professionally again.

Justin and all the Team made thing easy , I was in and out in 70 minutes with my new car.No hidden fees. Very trustworthy business. I highly recommend going there first, you won't have to go anywhere else .The only issue that disturbed me was the fact I was forced to buy a Warranty on a car that supposedly was under warranty. It added $2500 to my cost.Which increased my payment. Not sure if this is standard practice but should have been told why the warranty was not included.

My 22 year old son was buying his first car. As a parent and having bought many cars before, I was not looking forward to the process at all. My husband and I have had not so good past experiences and were pretty guarded. At first just mom and son were there on Saturday and they let us take the car home to make sure it was what we wanted. Monday, lucky them, they got both parents returning to get down to the details. Nathan was our salesperson and Colton reviewed the financing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Their knowledge, patience, attention to detail and professionalism come highly recommended by all of us!! They turned it into one of the best experiences we have ever had, went that extra mile to make us all at ease and stayed over their time to see we were taken care of! We came from Evansville and it was definitely worth the time to drive to Owensboro. If you need a new or used car, this is where you need to be!

On 8/12/2019 I called to schedule an oil change and they were able to get me in that morning. I was thrilled, so convenient! I arranged for someone to pick me up from the Toyota location. I drove my car up to the service area and checked in and handed in my keys. I was asked about my oil change and how much extra a tire rotation would be, they told me the exact amount and I agreed and we parted ways.About 30 minutes later I was called and was told that my back windshield wiper needed replacing and my cabin filter and another filter both needed changing. I asked how much would the entire service I was getting cost including my tire rotation and oils change, I was told it would be $105 after all services. I said great, go ahead and do all of it. About 20-30 minutes later I get a call to tell me my car was ready for pick up. I said great I ll be there in a bit. End of conversation.I get there and walk into pay and I am greeted by a man at the front counter with the woman working the register. This was not the one who I was speaking with on the phone. He said here is your bill, these are the services you ve received and here is your total at $180 and some change. I was appalled! I quickly informed him that the young man I was speaking with on the phone told me that all of my services would be $105 after everything! I would not be paying such an exorbitant difference and that is not at all what I agreed to on the phone. The man went to find the man I had spoke with on the phone.The young man whom I spoke with on the phone walks up to me and I explain the situation and the amount difference between what he had told me on the phone and what he had charged. That is when he told me that I hung up before he could correct himself before because he had misspoken the first amount. This is when I got very upset, first off, the conversation was over, we both had agreed on the amount and we both said bye, that marks the end of a conversation in all scenarios. Second, he obviously had my number and had he called me back I would had declined the other up grades. Third it is rude and unprofessional to blame the customer for his negligence to call me back and fix the mistake that he had just admitted to making.He then took my paper did not say another word and worked at him computer for about 5 minutes and got my bill down to $111.69, which is still not the $105 he had told me. I took it, paid it, we did not speak again. He obviously knew he had made a mistake but did not apologize, or acknowledge it, he just changed the invoice but didn t even tell me what he was doing, the whole experience was so rude and awkward. I will not be using Don Moore Toyota again.

Their slogan is you get "Moore of a deal." My experience is that you get "Moore of a @@@** ing" . By My experience is that if you want a car go to Jasper or Evansville. On the Moore value price" that no other dealer will beat, tell sales the price is too high and you are headed to another dealer. See if the price doesn't get substantially lower before you get out the door.

Worst service ever!!! Service managers have no clue what they re talking about!! Schedule work that doesn t need to be done then charge customers for warranty work which is free !! SO MIS MANAGEMENT!!!! John and David don t even cares about the fraudulent work!!!! Such a shame!!! Don sr wood be very disappointed

My wife finally took her car in for that airbag recall and when they fixed the airbag the cigarette lighter plug doesn't work. They won't return her phone calls
