From the moment my car was towed in to the day it was declared a total loss they kept me informed. The guy I spoke with gave me good sound advice. The lady who runs the front desk was very polite and good at her job. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I have an accident or need some type of repairs made.

For years, us locals knew them as Mayfield Hodges, but the same people and great service! My neice's car needed the front end repaired, and they got all the parts, did all the repairs, and quickly and the car looks great. They give updates throughout the repair process, which we greatly appreciate. They are professional, courteous, and clear & concise about what all needed to be done! I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in to Caliber Collison for body repairs on 9/21 as I got hung up on a tree stump and almost tore my rear bumper off. There was also damage to the front bumper. From the first phone call, to them, to picking up my car today (a week earlier than previously estimated), they made my experience with them a very pleasant one. The staff (Jenny, Jesse, Matt and Shaun helped me) were amazing! The repairs were absolutely fantastic including touching up dings not related to my unfortunate accident. I would highly recommend them in every way!! Thank you all for a great experience! Five stars....more if I could!! MY CAR LOOKS AWESOME!!!!

I took my truck in due to having some damage to my bumper and the driver side of my truck in the rear.A little over a week my truck was fixed. Excellent job was done. They even detailed it out. A+ body shop, their employees are very pleasant to work with and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle every couple days. Would highly recommend them. I will definitely be bringing my other car to them once they get caught up on insurance claims.

Outstanding Service!!! Matt went out of his way to help me with some damage to my brand new vehicle. The work that was performed was just Amazing and can t thank him enough for helping us when my wife and myself were stressed out due to the damage. The vehicle still looks in brand new condition. They also have several other employees that are truly special including Ryan and Jamie!!Don t hesitate to do business with them just a Great place to bring your vehicle!!!! Someone hit my car back in april, Caliber got me in when they could. They had my car for two weeks, took their time & made sure everything was perfect. They called me frequently and updated me on what they were doing. LOVED THAT. My car is like my child, they took such good care of it and fixed her all up. She looks so good. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision, best car shop I have ever came in contact with.

I was in a fender bender today and a friend recommended Caliber Collision because there were some parts were hanging off the bottom of my car. They reattached them right there on the spot so I could drive my car until I m able to get it fully repaired. Very nice people. Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When my son had a collision in the family car, they were quick and efficient in assisting us in fixing the car. It s an older car but they matched the paint to the t . It was a brand new front end!
