DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!I can't give ZERO stars so they are lucky for that.Was told on Monday my tires would be in on Wednesday so scheduled an appointment for Thursday, took off work to go AND Guess what?!?NO TIRES ON THURSDAYTHEY DIDN"T EVEN ORDER THEM!!!If they can't do the basics of ORDERING Tires why would you expect them to be able to do the "Technical" work.Total waste of my time at no expense to them!!!

I talked to Kevin about getting tires & a couple days later he had the tires & had them put on for me. Kevin also had my oil changed but what I really appreciated about his help. I asked him about the squeaky noise my car has made for years & no one at champion could ever fix it. Well Kevin checked my car out & found I had two lose tie rods that was probably my squeaking problem. I m so grateful for Kevin & everyone that worked on my car, I love not having a squeaky car. Kevin had all this fixed while he had my car for the tires. You can t go wrong with a place like Best One Tires. He will be my first call for any problems I may have with my car. With the new tires, the road balancing, the alignment & the new tie rods my car rides so nice now.Thank you so much for taking care of my car & for treating me with respect & listening to me when I asked about the squeaky noise.I will be a repeat customer & I will tell my friends,Teri Wolfkiel

After a mishap with my car Kevin and the amazing staff at best one went out of their way to take care of all my concerns. This is the most down to earth, caring bunch I've come across in a very long time. God Bless

Great place to get your tires serviced or an alignment. Friendly bunch of people. Took someone else s vehicle up there but I will will returning when I need work done. Thanks Best One !!

Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I can tell being cost competitive is very important to them. They are very thorough on checking out the vehicles they re working on. Also work very hard to complete jobs in a timely manner.If you re looking for a quick maintenance or some tire work, I d highly recommended them.

Best place ever, the guys who I usually deal with are amazing. Travis and Kevin are helpful and work really hard to ensure their customers have a great experience. I won't go anywhere else but them!Had to go there again recently due to running over something. They got me in same day and are always friendly!

I had to have my car towed due to a flat tire and no spare. I called a few places before I got to Best One due to the recommendations of my auto insurance company, but a couple didn't answer the phone and one told me they wouldn't be able to get to my car until much later in the day. When I called Best One Tire, they were friendly, professional, and told me they could get me right in. When I got to Best One, Travis assisted me and again professional and friendly. I was there maybe 30 minutes in total. Very pleased with how quick they helped me out and the price was reasonable. I will definitely continue working with them for my future tire needs.

We have brought all of our vehicles here for several years and always have a good experience. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling has always been excellent. I couldn t recommend a better place to bring your vehicles. Prices have always been very reasonable. I wouldn t trust anyone else!

You did a fantastic job trying to help me keep my cost low and yet still provide me with everything I needed done. You fixed my overheating problem and when you thought you didn t have it just right you referred me to another garage when you realized it was beyond the scope of the services that you provide. You completely redid my brakes and rotors, fixing other issues with out charging me extra beyond my quoted price. I d say you provide top notch services, putting the customer first! Thank you to you and all your guys!

My friend and I were on our way to her sons dirt bike race and we blew an inside tire of her RV. It was a Saturday afternoon and Best One was closed. They sent out a technician with 2 tires in case the outer tire needed replaced as well. Shane (the technician) was so very nice and helpful. It ended up that we needed a valve that he didn t have on his truck, so he went back to his shop and grabbed one so he could ensure we made it to our destination safely. I have a new appreciation for technicians who work on the side of the interstate. It is so sad to see cars not getting over into the other lane. When offered a tip for helping us, Shane said no and was forced to take it for his help. We are forever Best One customers from here on out! Thank you, Shane for helping us. You deserve a raise!

Best One in Owensboro has the best staff, service, and prices. They are kind, honest, and helpful. They have the best prices in town and don't use scare tactics. Always kind and helpful and I know I never have to worry about my vehicles when they take care of them. Highly recommend!

I had a blowout and my spare was dry rotted. I needed tires quickly so I could get back home to my son. Kevin Tapp had the tires I needed and got me in quickly and got me on the road. All the staff I spoke with were kind and helpful. I will recommend Best One to all my family and friends.

So glad to have found this business ! Service was timely and very reasonably priced for my oil change..The employees were friendly and professional. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and restroom. I will be a repeat customer and recommend my friends/family give them a try, they really are the Best One !

I was driving a fully-loaded, 24-foot box grain truck to Owensboro Grain when a rear tire blew out. I called Best One and they were SUPER HELPFUL! They quickly dispatched a service truck and Brandon had it taken care of both quickly and professionally. Very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Highly Recommend!!

I was in for the first time for a routine oil change. Great deal for $49.95 with tire rotation & wiper blades. While up on the rack..they looked at the source of a noise I had been complaining about & gave me a reasonable estimate on repair. Travis answered all my questions & was straightforward, honest & very informative. No high-pressure sales. He also gave me several estimates on different tire options upon request. I recommend this Best One to anyone looking for knowledgeable technicians to repair their vehicle!

Best one tire really lives up to the best in their name. They always follow through with their work, are fair in prices and i would trust them with all my vehicular needs. The store manager is excellent and the staff is professional and courteous. If your looking for a one stop shop you can trust with your vehicle then look no further.

Everyone there is super nice. Nobody is pushy or tries to get you to spend more than you can afford. They were fast and you can't beat their prices anywhere in Owensboro. I checked! Definitely where I will take my truck from now on.

The last 3 times I have been to best one tries have been a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lounge is neat and basically clean. During this pandemic the staff is wearing a mask during the interaction with me and hand sanitizer is out for anyone to use.

I went in for a safety inspection for my car for a job and they were very speedy in getting it done. The only complaint I have is that the mechanic didn't put down a paper mat before he got in and moved my car and it left my floor mat very dirty. I'm not usually one to complain about a little dirt but I had just cleaned my carpets and I have a brand new car. So maybe mention it to them if you would like to keep your floors a little cleaner. No fault of the mechanic's for having dirty feet, just wish I had mentioned a mat before he did his work.

Had a flat on Christmas. Tried to plug it myself but it was flat the next morning. Called 4 or 5 shops in Owensboro and none would touch it where I'd already plugged it. Called best one and they said sure we'll look at it bring it on in. After 15 minutes they had it plugged and me on my way. Great service, super friendly guys. A+++ service

The guys there are always nice and helpful at the front desk. However yesterday was not a good testimony to their work. I went in for an oil change. They changed oil rotated tires and replaced some filters. By the time I returned home the oil light had been coming on, and I kept smelling oil. When I got home oil was leaking under my van and I had lost so much oil I couldn t drive it. This is the second issue we ve had with their service. I m not a happy camper

They live up to their name, because they are the Best One to deal with when it comes to your auto needs. They also pride themselves on customer service and you can see that once you talk with one of their representatives. Travis is knowledgeable and friendly, he also makes sure you know exactly what your car needs and doesn't. I recommend you talk to Travis or Billy if you have any questions about your vehicle.

I went here to get new tires put on my woman s car. I ve always used Best One to get services and tires for my truck, but this experience was beyond all expectation. Kevin not only helped me decide on the right tires but walked me into the garage and explained and showed me why these tires were the perfect choice to keep my family safe thru all weather. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I will not go to any other store unless I have to and will definitely spread the word around.

Still 5 stars. I take mine and my wife's and our boys vehicles there. Would not take them anywhere else. Kevin is very knowledgeable and fair and all around great guy. Thank you for all you do.

no other place in owensboro wanted to touch my car because its lowered. but they got me in and aligned my car to exact specs i needed. guys in the office and in the shop were super nice. 100% recommend them
