WARNING! Do not park in their lot. They have a deal worked out with a tow truck robbing people blind for parking there and not being a customer. Perfectly reasonable that they don't want random cars in their private lot but the small sign on the other side where no body is looking is BS and low. I wouldn't do business with them solely because the guy standing at the door when we parked could have easily popped his head out and told us to check the sign but instead decided to get me charged a 100 dollar drop fee. Hindsight, I don't think the tow guy was planning to actually leave with the car, seems like he pretended to be finishing up until I showed up. He was hooked to my rear and my car is front wheel drive. He had no equipment to reach the front. Unless he planned to dragged it out like a moron.

I brought my car in last week on June 7, I was told I'd be given an estimate on Tuesday or Wednesday on the following week after by the latest. It is now past the time frame that had been given to me and time is in the essence. I gave them a call regarding the issue and they delayed me by another week. I HIGHLY recommend not coming to this shop, if you truly care about your car and time.

Parked here to go next door. Came back 10 minutes later and my car was getting towed. Apparently I missed a 8X10 sign three spots down. I would have gladly parked elsewhere but instead of asking me not to park there they watched me walk off and called the tow company. That was $100.

Got my car fixed here after some minor damage the guys here are great at what they do and do it right the first time. John got me a spot even though they were already full of other cars to work on, he's a good guy with great customer service...

Friendly, trust worthy, hard working & professional. Even on the phone I could tell this place was legit. I'm new to the area and wasn't sure where to go to fix our tailgate especially out of pocket, this place totally took care of it.

Guys do a great job. Their friendly and curtious. Barring any unforeseen circumstances they have everything ready to go as promised on time.
