Through the worst of this weather, I had to take my vehicle in before going out of town quickly to get addressed. Marvin and Steven took care of my vehicle professionally with all smiles. Great customer service and they expedited what was needed in a matter of minutes. Tires were ready to hit to road! Impeccable service, thank you!

Came in to get my fluids topped off and air in my tires. Before pulling off i asked a worker if my coolant was really low and he told me it was over the full line. I checked when i got home and it was empty. I had to go buy a container of coolant and my car took the entire bottle. I was on my way out of time that night and i was lied to about my car. What if something would have happened to my child and i ? Safe to say Valvoline lost a customer. First bad experience and will be the last. Very disappointing.

I wish I didn t need to put any star on this review because they deserve negative.I went there last year to get an oil change, it was a great experience hence why I decided to go there again this time to get one as well but this time was different and it turned out worse.The oil change was fine, but they suggested to get my car checked because there was a leak. The guy said he wasn t sure if it was oil or something else because he needs to check it first but I have to agree to pay $499 to get it checked (I ended up paying $529.99 total for tax and miscellaneous). I was worried about the leak because I have a long trip coming so I decided to let them do it since they know more than I do.Everything was good at first. Until we ended up getting stuck by the freeway because it suddenly emptied my gas tank from over half a tank to empty in just 5 minutes. The gas leaked on the road while I was driving.So I got it towed back to their shop and the manager said Well if it s the gas, we can t do anything about it, but you can have that guy (behind the valvoline) check it he doesn t seem nice but he is and he doesn t charge that much. I said, well I don t want to take it there because I never had this problem before at all until you guys touched our vehicle and your guy (I m not mentioning the name) said there was a leak so I let you guys check my car and this all happened. So they did check it. But he kept repeating to me that if it s the gas they can t do anything about. I understand, but I just want them to check first. I said all that nicely and even thanked him multiple times for having them check my vehicle. I wasn t gonna take it to their shop but since they were the last ones who touched it, it was a back job .So just like 20 mns after, he texted me saying the car was ready.When I got there, the manager didn t even talk to me, just another one of his guys who I never talked to before handed me the key and said it s all good now and ready to go. I asked him what was wrong with it and he said they forgot to put something back but now it s good and we will not charge you for anything it s free . I was speechless and just left and thanked him but I was so disappointed to them and to myself for letting them touch my car and me ending up spending more than $1k for paying them to get it checked and all, for paying for another car that I can use while they re fixing mine, the gas that leaked on the road, had to fill up my car with gas again, also lost 1 hour of my pay at work because I was late and them saying it s free , and the manager did not even face me even the mechanic that worked on my car. Now my car acts weird and feels like stalling sometimes, the mileage tracker is not working so well anymore, it uses more gas now than it used to, it just finally worked with the remote starter again (when I picked it up last monday the remote starting did not work) and just really feels weird than how it used to be.So that is all I just want to vent. I am sorry for this long post but I just need to let it out. I didn t know it would all go like that but it did. I hope no one else gets to experience what I did. I ve been blaming myself for how my car is acting now and for being ignorant. But I just want to let this out so people could be aware.Edit: I just found out they have been telling people about having a leak so they can check and charge a lot. Never ever going back to this scammer place.

Went in for an oil change and to fix some other issues they noted. Unfortunately there were some hiccups, but Tyler was able to get it rectified and kept us informed throughout. Excellent customer service.

Didn t screw my oil plug in right, within a couple of days it got lose and had a bad oil leak. Luckily I caught it in time.

I couldn t be happier with this location. Daniel the manager is amazing! He has changed my breaks and 2018 ford focus battery (1/2 sits under the hood) and it was not the easiest but he was still so quick and helpful. The other star employee Calvin is always such an amazing speaker and walks me through every step. Everything is always so quick and worth the wait! All of them employees behind the scene or should I say under the scene thank you!!!

Do Not Go Here!!! I got a oil change, my car was fine, just needed a Oil change, so we go get an oil change and now my car is spurting out oil, now my check engine light is on from driving it 5 miles, filed a claim, and asked to see the security footage they refused to show me but claim there was no negligence. I will having my lawyers get involved, and we are military.Service: Oil change

Pulled up and Rider was really kind when talking to me about pricing for the oil change. Rowan I think that was his name he was really kind too. Most places I go I feel like they try to add all the can to make the best buck off of you. Recommend this place!

Will destroy your car because they can't seem to do the very thing they advertise.If zero stars was possible, I'd give them that. Checked my oil only 3,000 miles later after coming here for an oil change, and my engine was bone-dry. And then Valvoline on Dover Rd. informed me that they also put on my oil filter on wrong. Now my car has died twice because of their mistake, and I have to put in a $2,000 catalytic converter. Do not go here. They are not professional and will ruin your car!

Well y all are real special. I ve been bringing my truck and car to this location for a few years and today y all decide to tell me you cant put my truck in your bay!? Manager is incompetent af and told us he will not service my truck anymore at this location. Get the old crew back the ones who will actually work.

My husband went to this place less then a month ago for new breaks and now our breaks are actually bad and damaging our rotors which wasn't even happening at first. They gave us faulty breaks calling them new. We will never use another Vavoline again. Not even for a oil change. The best thing about this place is it is quick and the staff are friendly and professional. Sometimes there is a line, but it moves fast. Once they needed to get my vehicle oil filter that was out of stock and it was there in like five minutes. Unfortunately they don't service some European vehicles like my mini Cooper, but I regularly use them for my wife's van.

Customer service was great. The technicians seemed to be knowledgeable with the services. 4 stars just for the waiting period, but it was still fast considering the line and I'd rather have thorough service than a quick in and out.

They were very friendly and helpful since I didn't know how to do a couple of things, the suggested sold but due to budget I couldn't do it today, but I am going back on Saturday for a rotation of my tires. They were a good team, i heard the communication between the staff and thought that was top notch. will be going there for now on!!Service: Oil change

OMG.. where do I even begin? I stopped by this place months ago and talked to Kayce.. I told her about a terrible experience I had at a different place, and she explained to me that that would never happen at this shop. she encouraged me to come back and give them a try so today I finally did ..an OMG am I glad! they gave me top notch service! Explained everything to me in detail to make sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing. I even learned something new about my car that I didn t know and I ve had this car for three years! Kayce ,Brandon, and Donald worked very well together and I swear they earned my business and I ABSOLUTELY will be back! Kayce .. you are amazing! About a month ago I came here with intentions on getting my oil changed and transmission fluid changed. Well after waiting in line for about an hour they tell me my car is too old and they can t service me. I informed them that I have been to others and they serviced me before. Regardless they said they cannot service my car. Now I am at another valvoline getting my car serviced and they don t understand why they didn t service me either.. Very weird..

**Edit 12/10/2021**A year ago I thought the service here was awesome and if I could give you more then 5 stars I would.Today I went by for a oil change and was greeted by Ms Sadie and Kaycee(?). They not only were very professional and informative but they also helped guide me through where I could go to fix other issues with my vehicle.They were absolutely two gems .They made this oil change not only enjoyable but I felt like I was among friends who I could trust. They have pride and integrity in what they do. I will always recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.And the other girl that worked there. She was so sweet and kind with the biggest smile . That made me smile. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you definitely made this gloomy day shine with wonderful customer service skills. **2020**Jason was really helpful kind and very polite. I dont know much about cars and I had just got off work and my brain was mush. He explained what services were needed and why. He asked me things before he did anything and it was just a good experience.I've always liked the service here. Thanks so much.

The employees at this store are awesome!! They are friendly, fast, honest, and great customer service. No wait. Straight in and out in just a few mins. They knew they couldn t fix what was wrong with my ac so they told me up front and I didn t have a charge for it. Didn t take my money knowing they couldn t fix it. Very honest workers! These guys were great here ! Super friendly and polite. Got me in and out right away.Full synthetic oil change was a tad expensive here but the $25 off coupon helped.I'd say it was worth that though. Especially afterwards when my Pilot started overheating. So I came back and they checked things out for me. :)
