Stay far away from here! We showed up at 4pm to get a tire replaced and was told it would be a 5 hour wait, we asked if we could schedule it for 7am right when they open the next day and night shift said that would work out perfectly and they got it on the schedule! When pull up to the bay like night shift told us to and at 7am a female came out and said you have to move you're not supposed to he here and they had "supposedly" had no idea about us being on the schedule. I went in to talk to them and they said that they had 1 person ahead of us already and they would call us when its our turn. We ended up being the 3rd person and didn't get into the bay till 10am. They are super slow on business, terrible attitudes, and move at snails pace. -100/10 very disappointed in loves for allowing this shop to be run like this. One star is a kindness....

This location has the worst staff ever I met.My truck was towed to them at midnight and the night shift requested to put the truck in the door B1 and to wait till morning they will fix it morning. Except my truck there was no any other truck on the line.Early morning the new shift came and a female came and saying to call the towing to get the truck out and to wait on the line because there are 4 truck on the line. We explained him that your night shift requested to get in the truck. She was ignoring it and saying that we stopped his business and will call to DAT and police.However we did call to towing again because there was all recorded conversation between their night shift workers. Then his mechanic came introduced himself and he said he is mechanic he will not fix our truck.We requested the manger from them and they just ignored that we are there.Hours left they keep ignoring us and we towed our truck to another TA service.

Max helped me out with my oil change. The last tech to work on my truck tightened the filters too tight, but Max was able to remove them without breaking anything and I am so grateful. Rose in the shop took the time to setup my Loves rewards app so I could earn points on my services. She gave me a tour of the app -- so helpful and kind

Trey and Terrence in the speedco bay were life savers to myself and our family!!! Our tire in our car started losing air quickly and we didn t know what to do. We stopped and got a patch kit and these two jumped in and helped us and they were so kind and amazing!!! We cannot thank them enough!Service: TiresService: Tires

Rose helped me unscrew a bolt and reattach my trucks side flaps. She took care of me in 10 minutes and didn't charge me. I'll definitely be back with ny business for PMs and oil changes. Definitely come here they care and they take care of us drivers

Needed to tighten down my quarter fender, but didnt have the right tools. Rose made sure it was taken care of. Took 15 minutes and i was back on th road quickly! Ill be coming back to do business again!

They work very slowly, they more walk and do less. I don t recommend doing repairs here if you re in a hurry

Check in 10Am and they called me 21:45pm,they said sorry we was busy,and see you tomorrow morning. Came back early morning and they said again we will call you, just they wasted my time.

Went here to get a pm and a DOT inspection. Truck failed inspection for brakes, so I had them change the front brakes so it would pass. After changing the brakes my truck now shakes terribly. Called them and they told me to bring it back in the next day and they would fix it. Took it back in Sunday, checked in at 10:30 am and didn't get pulled into the shop until 7pm. The "mechanic" said he didn't see anything wrong with it. He said he adjusted the brakes a little more and then supposedly fixed an air leak I had. The air is still leaking and the truck is still shaking. It wasn't shaking when I took it in, nor had it been shaking for the 500 mile drive I had 2 days before. They charged me $1200 and now I will have to pay more to have someone fix what they messed up.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Complaining about Speedco being slow is the same as complaining about smell of fish at a fish market but this location tops them all! Not counting the 2.5 hrs waiting for a bay door with only 1 truck being there, after I got a call to pull up to the shop, I stood 1h17mis in front of an empty shop, then another 1h8mins in the shop with the hood opened waiting for someone to start the PM while 3 mechanics were just walking past me doing absolutely nothing, no other truck was in the shop! Boy, are they milking Loves for their paycheck without actually doing anything! Oh, after the mechanic finished the job, I was in the office trying to pay and leave for another 47mins!

Don't waste your time or money, just got to Goodyear off exit 89. Wasted one hour before TJ and the female service writer told me the tire tech left for a job that came in after I was already there and was going to be 2-3 hr before he would be back. Definitely the worst repair/tire shop around. Avoid at all costs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Thanks to Rose and Caleb and the rest of the morning crew got me in and out in a timely manner with repairs and then a DOT for both awesome group right here never dissapoints my go to shop when I'm home thanks again highly recommended!!!!

Always trying to get something done at this location. But as usual, you just get excuses why they don't have time to do a oil change. It's getting comical. The worst thing to happen to SpeedCo was being bought out by Love's. Love's travel stops I like. Just their truck repair is a joke..

This shop tried to charge over 4hrs labor but was done with everything in about 1hr. They tried to nickel and dime for every little thing. A flat rate is charged for a coolant flush, then they also added .6hr for the coolant filter, which takes 60seconds to screw off the old and put on a new one. They also had to unscrew the coolant reservoir cap, ya gunna charge a half hour for that too?! These mechanics are thieves, they are paid hourly plus commission, they say they are pressured by corporate to bill extra hours or they ll be written up. Mechanic couldn t explain how he came with with so many hours, so finally had to reduce it to a sensible rate. Alot of big trucking companies will just pay it because they dont know what works actually been done, owner operators standing right there though wont agree to be screwed. Too many middlemen are involved at these big chain shops each with their hand out expecting something. These Mechanics way overvalue their opinions. Avoid this shop, plenty of better options are out there.

So we called and they transferred us to the manager which was very nice and then we called back to try and get an appointment and some other lady was on the phone with me and was omg EXTREMELY RUDE. All we asked was if there was a 24/7 mechanic and she said yeah whatever jenifer said and then she goes I m not sure why you even called back but we didn t ask Jennifer that and then she hung up on us! Extremely rude you lost our service forever.

Got here at 12:13 am they had one roadside tire change in front of me. I m leaving here at 6:23am. Slowest tire change ever. I would have been better off waiting on the side of the damn road.

Replaced two lights. Waited 10 hours until job was completed. 3 trucks in front of me and a shift change. Night shift was awesome

Got me in and got my fuel filter changed and had me out the door with a good price in about 20 mins
