Honestly, it was the best experience I've ever had. They stayed with me as I waited for their tow truck and made sure I was taken care of at the repair shop before leaving. I felt like part of the family, and like they truly wanted to make sure I was okay. They helped me understand what was going on with my car. Ethan, the tow truck driver, was very sweet and respectful. I felt very safe. Although I hope I won't need any more assistance, I feel better knowing they are here for me. Thanks so much!

Had a terrible time getting to change a tire on Easter Sunday but the Riddles came thru. Quick response time and Miss Emily went above and beyond in changing our tire and getting us on the roadWith a smile on her face!! Thanks again for great job

Sean came all the way from Hopkinsville to the south end of Clarksville on a call for AAA, and I'm so glad he did! Dude was courteous, efficient, and got me towed exactly where I needed to be with no issues. Kind of unfortunate that he had to make such a long drive, but I'm grateful he made it down here. If everyone else at Riddle's is as good as Sean, they must have an excellent team. Somebody give that man a raise, and pronto!

Sean was phenomenal, and a amazing, very respectful to us, my daughter and our lil dog. Made Willow very comfortable with getting into the truck and how the van was being lifted onto the back. She was so excited. Your towing company can tow us any time. Thank you

Had a transmission failure at 5:30am. Called and had a tow on-site in about 45 minutes. Sean was the driver and true pleasure to talk with. Very professional service. All paperwork handled over the phone. Too easy

We got stuck on a trail yesterday and they were more than amazing at making us feel better about the situation. Steven Duke pulled us out and made sure we got back to solid ground in one piece. He was so nice and understanding, and the woman on the phone was equally as friendly and kind. Price wasn t too bad either, at $180. Definitely saved us on our vacation. We had a truck the trailer jumped off the hitch and went under the tow vehicle. Riddles Towing came out and towed the trailer to Walmart for us. Even stayed and helped get the trailer on the tow vehicle. What a great move, thank you all very much!!

Mr Sean came out to help me move a car back onto my property in the correct a spot and space where I wanted but a wonderful service a kind and patient person Mr Sean was to manure this big old car that hadn't been moved in so long he solved my problem and I feel more secure he was very safe and careful and I am satisfied of the job that was achieved for my vehicle security.. thank you very much Mr Sean

This a Great Company and a great group of guys ! They came to my rescue twice about a month apart and loaded up my truck where the wheels came off and gooseneck trailer ! They were very fair on the price and I highly recommend them !

Hit a pothole on I-24 in Kentucky while on a long road trip and blew out a tire. Called AAA and they dispatched Riddle s Towing. Daniel called within ~10 minutes to say he was on the way, arrived promptly and handled the situation very professionally. Drove me, my aunt and my dog (who rode in my car on the bed of the truck) 60 miles to Paducah where I could get a new tire. His truck was clean and he was very pleasant to talk to on the long ride. I can t express how reassuring it was to have someone like Daniel show up. It s a very vulnerable feeling being stranded on a treacherous stretch of highway with a fully loaded vehicle miles from the next exit and hours from home, but Daniel made us feel safe and secure. Maybe it sounds funny to say this but if I ever get another flat tire, I hope it s in the same location!

I was really impressed with Mark! He was communicative, professional, caring, and really personable. He was good about calling me before he arrived to let me know his ETA and to ensure he had the right address of where I needed to be picked up. When we got to the repair shop, he even took a look at my car just to show interest in what my issue was. He didn't have to do that, but it meant a lot that he did. He walked me through the process of filling out the necessary information form for my car and gave me an envelope to leave my keys in. He thought ahead and came prepared! He was extremely kind and I knew I was dealing with an honest person. While I hope no one has car issues and needs towing, I HIGHLY recommend Mark if you ever have towing needs! My car wouldn't start down the road from my house so I had to call a tow truck. Mark, the driver for riddles 24-hour towing and lockout showed up faster than I expected. It is never fun when your car battery chooses not to start first thing in the morning, but I am so glad I was able to have the amazing service provided by Leon from Riddle s Towing on behalf of AAA. Mark was so great, kind and supportive while helping me tow my car! I had been stranded on the highway for a while and once AAA finally connected me with him he was fast and careful and helped me out quickly! I really appreciate his help and really glad he was the one to pick me up after such a long ordeal. We had some laughs and nice convo in the ride and he even gave me an envelope i needed to drop off my keys. Riddle's is a great company! From the quick, professional courtesy of the woman who answered the phone, to the timely arrival of the truck, I don't think I've ever had such an easy experience with a tow company before.Besides that, I want to give a special shout out to the driver that helped us, Tommy. Not only was he quick to arrive and get the car on the flat bed, but he was funny to boot! This was my friends first time breaking down on the highway and we were both a bit frazzled, but Tommy helped ease a stressful situation. Great job!

Steven Duke came to my rescue tonight. He is very professional and knowledgeable. My husband turned too short into our neighborhood and the car went into the ditch. The passenger side front wheel was not touching anything but because of Steven s expertise, he was able to pull and back my car out with no damage. He even offered to tow my car to his place of business for the insurance company could come to look at it if needed then he jumped my battery as well as tried to put the fender on the front passenger side back in. (Now that s SERVICE). He didn t seem irritated to be called out after hours and his mannerisms was awesome. If I had to recommend any towing services, it would be Riddles Towing because if I need their services, I m definitely calling.
