I wouldn't recommend this place. They tend to take advantage of soldiers. When I first got to Ft Campbell I purchased some rims and tires from this place. I asked multiple times to make sure I was purchasing the correct size for my car and they kept assuring me everything was fine. Well when they went to put them on the car they didn't fit and things went downhill from there. I reminded them that they assured me I was purchasing the correct rims/tires for my car and they pretty much blamed me for buying the wrong size. Eventually I got fed up with them, they wouldn't help me re-order the correct size rims/tires for my car and they wouldn't refund my money after they made a mistake. They were supposed to hold my rims/tires there because I didn't have anywhere to store them on base since I was a new soldier and living in the barracks, but when I called back to pick them up they somehow disappeared. I never got my money back or the rims/tires that I purchased. I ended up having to go and buy rims/tires from another business because I didn't trust them anymore after everything that happened. I reported them to the base and I believe they were blacklisted for a period of time, (not sure if that's changed since then.) I know plenty of other soldiers that had horrible experiences with this business, they were definitely taking advantage of being next to a military base. Needless to say I learned my lesson and now I make sure to do plenty of research before I make a purchase for auto parts.

They diagnosed and fixed my tire with a slow leak.Very fast and efficient service. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

The place where I bought my tires misquoted the amount I was going to be charged. Upon finding out I told him I understood and I assumed he was going to charge me what it actually cost. I didn't even realize that he only charged me the price I was originally quoted, which was about 40 dollars less, until the notification came up on my phone. I did not see what you did to thank you at the shop so thank you. I really appreciate it. Also they were very fast.

I had a nail in one tire and nobody would patch or plug it for me but they did and were so friendly! That s why I bought 4 new tires online and brought them to ricks for the install on my 23 Elantra. They re very fast and do an amazing job. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service! They wasn t playing around with the first come first serve! Very friendly, affordable and fast! Very professional! I bought all 4 used tires today and they are in great condition, looks like new! Thank y all so much for serving me today! Definitely a place to go for affordable tires/ services! God bless y all!

Needed a new tire because mine had a puncture in it. They gave me a used one (which was totally fine) and that one had a puncture in it in as well.. $50 wasted and later I m getting it replaced brand new somewhere else.

Today I went to Ricks to have my tires looked at for the 3rd time. My car shakes. They said, it's you CVT transmission and on and on. So I took my car to Mathews Nissan, they checked my car over, it's the tires ma'am. I had them balanced and balanced and my car aligned. Nothing, it's the tires, one or two of them. I asked them to do something, the guy said when did you buy them, presented my receipts, wouldn't look because he knew it's only been months. He said walmart and Nissan didn't balance the tires correctly. I basically told him he knows they're bad tires and he said, "I'm not helping you." He walked away and left me standing outside with his bad tires I paid over $600.00 for. Not to mention the trips to the dealer and numerous trips to Walmart for balances and rotations. I was a military mechanic for 23 of 29 years in service. I have contacted BBB and am going to start blacklist procedures. You're not ripping off anymore military folks

Prompt service and affordable. Didn't try to get one over on me for my ignorance of rotating tires or trying to scam me with buying new tires immediately. Will recommend 2/20 had to come back -fairly painless experience but was sad to be told my rear alignment is funky so I'll have to be figuring that out. Wish everyone there well -hopefully we don't have 6 more weeks of winter

Thought I had a broken belt on one of my tires,well after swapping every tire with a good one the problem was still there, pulling to the left and shaking my teeth out. I went to Rick's Tires explained my situation, a guy came over and knew immediately what the problem was (it might have been Rick himself I don't know)my left break was locking up, explained to me what needed to be done never charged me a dime. I went bought the parts and fixed it myselfYou don't find very good people like that anymore!

really great experience here!! the gentleman who helped me did NOT treat me like an idiot because i'm a woman driving a truck. he answered all of my questions (i admittedly do not know much about tires) and he took the time to explain things to me. gave me tons of options as well. i ended up ordering wheels and tires for far less than i was quoted at other shops. i'll definitely be a returning customer!!

Absolutely great service. Period. Al, an older gentleman took great care of me. When I asked if he had the tire I needed, he said he would do his best to find one. About a minute later he comes back with the correct tire and a very reasonable price. For mounting, balancing and installing and removing the old tire it was $50. (for one tire). I maybe waited about 10 minutes. It was the easiest in and out I've experienced in a while. I wish I could give them 6 stars. I tipped the gentleman that actually did the work $5. While I was waiting I nicely asked if he had a good value tire that I could replace all four of the tires on my wife's car. He searched and recommend a very reasonable tire for my wife's Jeep compass. The interior of the shop just looks like a plain old shop. They also had cold water and an ATM machine. It was simplistic and just enough to keep you comfortable while you wait. All I can say is, COME HERE FIRST! You won't regret it.

Super fast! Friendly, easy to deal with. I bought my tires online and needed a place to put them on, they had them off, balanced, and back on my truck in probably 30 minutes.

Disappointing. There service is very weak, management is rude and condescending, and they will use any lie to try to up sell. $275 later they still had not fixed my tire problem and stated they gave NO WARRANTY for their goods or services. This conduct has been reported to the Kentucky Attorney General with a request to suspend their business license.

Friendly service but the prices are too high! Brought my own valve stem and was still charged $30 for them to put it in, other places charged 15. I won't be returning.

Always great service and company with Rick and Al! Had two tires put on that we purchased from him and balanced all. They found one of our stems was leaking and threw in that for free!They take care of us everytime!I highly recommend him and his team.

Do not recommend at all. This place takes no pride or care working on your cars. They broke multiple lugs because they over tightened them and tell us to kick rocks after they caused the damage.

I like this place. I'm a cheapo for tires I'll admit it. I even tried to haggle the already good price for a set of used tires. I was denied my haggle price, but I will say I felt respected for even allowing me to try and haggle. Needless to say I got a great price on a set of gently used tires. Awesome service, walked away feeling like a winner. Would reccomend to anyone.

Hands down, the best tire shop anywhere near Fort Campbell. The best prices, and best customer service. Right outside gate 6, very convenient to base. Forget about anywhere else until you've been by here. They always go above and beyond. Definitely a "Soldier friendly" place.

Customer service is the worse. I went there because my tire was losing air about every 3 days. I told him it had to be something in the tire but he insisted it wasn't anything but the valve which was 5.00 and shuffled me on the way. Two days later tire going flat again!!! Took it to PO-BOYS and the 1st thing he did was take the tire off and bam there's the nail. He fixed it and I was on my way. I called RICK'S back and he was very rude and made excuses telling me they had checked it. 1st of all the man I spoke to never came to see what the guy was doing so no it wasn't checked properly. He never took my tire off. Had it been taken off, they would've seen the nail. So, I would not refer this place to anyone. I'm on the interstate 4 -5 days a week and this could have caused a major problem had I had a blowout. This is unexceptable.

Mr. Al ordered the incorrect tire and refused to correct his issue or come to common ground in giving my deposit back for the tire. Even after looking at my tires I needed and yet mounted the wheels on my vehicle and said since they're mounted I will have to pay the complete price. I've had soldiers to tell me he was very disrespectful to them as well. Unfortunately, we live in a world whereas the money we all hold is green but the the color of our skin is different. And that will be determined how you get treated in this place.

I recently moved to Clarksville Tennesse from Ann Arbor Michigan. Shortly after that ride I decided new tires were a must. I called around I went to a few place I only ended with 2 tires in Clarksville. The vibe in Clarksville and their customer service is everything but welcoming.***** However I found this Places Ricks Tires as soon as I called he checked they had my size I got there as a mother of 3 I was iffy because sometimes service can take a while or they change prices once they see your a woman and kids get irritated if we have to wait. RICKS WAS EFFICIENCY & QUALITY on a whole new level. Price was good, I was in out & entered in a raffle in about 11 minutes GREAT SERVICE & I will return for any tire needs

I am a full time college student with a part time job. So in other words, I'm broke. I came to ricks to get a good used tire. When I went to pay I asked to do $20 cash and then the rest on my card. He charged the whole amount on my card anyways. This was after taking the cash out of my hand (he of course gave the cash back after I asked). I was going out of town for vacaton and the whole time I was gone I had to put air in it every day. I woke up one morning and it was completely flat. When we pulled the tire off it was dry rotted. I called the store and he was no help. It had been more than 7 days therefore he wouldn't fix his mistake. So now I am out $46 and a tire. Would not recommend!

Good tire place I've bought 6 tires from them no problems, still haven't won the raffle though XD for the walmart gift certificate. Al is a good guy, so is Thomas. Fair and honest folk. Po boys is a little cheaper but have limited selection.

The customer service is terrible here! I called to price 2 New tires the service member refused to provide more than one price on a tire. I had already called a few other places to compare prices and they had no problem quoting more than one price. I took my business elsewhere. Just warning others that the customer service is terrible

Installed some tires and large rims ,kid didn't balance well , went back to see if they fix the balancing, nop they started say there a mechanic down the road they can check your car. Pricey and bad customer service!!!
