The rooms are adequate however the initial booking was not correct when i arrived. I am a non- smoking citizen who requires a accessible room. The room i was booked for was a double queen smoking w no accessible bathroom.It took sometime to fix this issues and find the provisions i requested.Food & drinks: There is a McDonald's, Wendy's, and a Dennys nearby as well as convenience stores/gas stations as well.

Keep in mind when you give this hotel a $50 cash damage fee. He seems to think he can just keep it for any reason well he s not keeping mind since I m going to Hoptown anyway from medical that s why I m here I m gonna take him to the courthouse I want my $50 , he seems to think he can keep it. No, no keep in mind the name Patel is all throughout Tennessee as hotel ownership under several different names, including Wyman , and Quality with Choice. Several others stay away from them because they will seem to think they can help their self to your pocket And try and their ethnicity how do I say nicely has no respect for women exactly court date is shortly with a police report because I called was informed it happens quite often and instructing me. The best thing to do if you want your $50 damage deposit returned is to call Choice and see if they ll resolve it and if not go to the courthouse and Hoptown which is Hopkinsville Kentucky and I m gonna go. Oh damn straight keep in mind all Choice is going to do is document the occurrence because just like Wyman Choice, the proprietor of the hotel is the owner operator. The name Patel, our owner operators throughout Tennessee very few in Kentucky, but stay away from any property that they are the owner proprietors because they will try to swindle you one way or another no doubt Semper Fi.Noteworthy details: Beware when he asked for $50 damage deposit before he even looks you up in the computer for your reservation. He ll tell you cash so he can give it right back to you when you go to check out instead of putting it on your card they can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days to get it but guess what he doesn t plan on giving it back to you anyway

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Have worked in a motel so checked all the forgotten spots, picture frames, etc... goodNoteworthy details: Very close to Fort Campbell where we visited family.

My family stayed here for one week. The staff was absolutely horrible. They got a weekly rate on booking and as advertised, went down for continental breakfast. They were told breakfast was NOT included in the weekly rate, even though it s on booking, quality website AND THE SIGN OUT FRONT. After my dad fought back on it, the man he spoke to said the listing hasn t been updated. Ok not my families fault!!!After that altercation the staff would watch us like birds. Every time we went to the pool, came out the room or even pulled into a parking spot from being gone all day they would come out and stare at us. Even when having a conversation outside, staff would come out and stand in the group but not interact or engage in the conversation at all. 0/10 will not get business again from us!

Very disappointed in this Quality Hotel. Was only looking for a room for the night and couldn't find anything else and they had a suite left and I paid an exorbitant amount of money to sleep for 8 hours. They did not tell me I was renting a suite and felt they were not forthcoming about the room. I have had this happen before at other Comfort facilities and they only charged me for a room .There wasn't even a coffee pot in the room. There was no bath mat for the shower. There was a charge for a room safe and the only way you could get your money back when you didn't use it with to go to the desk in the morning. The room was older. The hot breakfast was inadequate, there were hot eggs, no meat, only white bread and the sweetest inedible muffin I have ever tasted, no fruit. The bed was good. I would not stay here again.

Normally happy with my stay here. Friendly staff and for the price it works for me. But my most recent visit had a couple irritating things happen. The second day my key card quit working so I had to go back to front office and get the card reactivated. Then on my final day I come back with an hour before check out to find the room cleaned and ready for the next guest. Glad I packed the car before doing my last bit of work this morning.

This place was as expected. Upon entering the room it smelled pleasant and appeared fairly clean. There was hair and small debris in the shower and sinks. The rags were stained and towels had holes in them. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room seemed to be in working order (tv, ac, etc). The floor had some crumbs but seemed mostly clean. The nightstands had stuff spilled on them. Overall wasn t a bad room, worth the price for a night.

There was a last minute storm and I was grateful they could accommodate us. There were no other openings in hotels nearby. The service was good but of course when we woke up we noticed signs of BED BUGS around the edge of the bed. We stayed in room 234. I thought I looked close enough but when the sheet came off the corner of the bed I saw it in the edge of the bed in 3 different spots. I hope they will be able to accommodate a refund!

Scrambled eggs (powdered) is NOT hot breakfast. Waffle iron was turned on but no batter. Definitely re-think your stay if it's for the breakfast.Edit: I'm adding this in response to the owners comment. Inside, to the right of the check in desk, there is a sign that says "Free Continental HOT breakfast". Toasting bread or having waffles is not considered hot.

Nickel and dime you with fees! I booked a non-smoking "pet friendly" room for three days with them through Priceline. I called them in advance to make sure and they said they were pet friendly and it would be no problem. Once arrived they checked me in and charged me $22 extra for each day for our 6 pound lap dog and put us in a smoking room that they just cut the "smoking" part off of the room sign. Smoke smell was terrible and cause my asthma to act up. Poor poor business practice to trick you. Stay across the street at the days inn.

Was charged twice for 1 room. When brought to their attention, i was told the charge was reversed. Here we are almost 5 days later, no refund. I called hotel, no help so i had to call my bank n dispute the charge.. still my money hasnt been refunded. They are theives n will rob you blind if you dont pay attention to what they are charging you for. I even specifilly asked if they were charging me twice, n the lady said no. But the next day at check out the same girl was like...oops. unexcusable! Not to mention ibwas out $80 while on vaction...Thank god i had extra cash to cover there mistake!Noteworthy details: Thieves! Will take money n caim they will refund you back weeks later.. but never really refund you...

I urge people to avoid this awful place. The room they gave us at the Quality Inn Fort Campbell was absolutely disgusting! The room was filthy with BED BUGS!!! There were dead bugs all over the bathroom, I book a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room! The carpet was covered in cigarette burns. The wood furniture was falling apart. I could honestly go on and on! It was absolutely horrible! Filthy dirty! We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. My husband asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager refused to speak with my husband but told the women working at the desk that he went and looked at our room! He basically called my husband a liar and said the room was fine to stay in and that it was clean! It was nowhere near clean! They refused to refund us for the two night we paid for because we booked online, they said we need to call the booking site to get a refund. Which ok I get that so I asked for a receipt with the check in and check out date and time to provide to the booking site for a refund if we needed it! They refused to give me anything! They said they don't give receipts at checkout and refused to print me anything. The whole experience was a nightmare! Management was unprofessional! At this point I accept that I'm out a couple hundred dollars but I will make sure people know about this horrible, disgusting hotel and how terrible the service was!

We are so very pleased with our weekend stay at this motel. The room was super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling. We had a king room with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on with plenty of fluffy and full pillows. The outside area was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this motel.

Good place for one night. Decent price.Leaving 4 stars because there was a lot of loud yelling that we had a hard time falling asleep with, had to unplug the fridge because it was loudly ticking. The breakfast was alright not a lot of options but did the job.Overall a good stay at a good price.

When I arrive to the property checked and got my room key open the room door and the first thing I smelled was cigarette smoke had to change rooms to non-smoking so get to the non-smoking room a little bit better and smell but to me it s still had kind a like a mildew wish smell the floors were not vacuumed well the bathroom the showerhead hair everywhere showerhead had water stains hard water stains built up all around spiderwebs in the corner greeted by a spider toilet paper holder dirty rusted shower curtain was dirty stained towels a few of them were stained not clean well bathroom vent dirty rusty coffee maker was definitely not cleaned Noreen stout microwave was dirty had food stains inside of the microwave starting to rust like I said small pieces of trash on the floor as if they did not vacuum the bed was comfortable but had to buy sheets to put on top of the sheets that were there because the mattress looked very dirty should have had a mattress cover or pad on the top of the mattress because the mattress looks very old dirty and dingy I would not recommend staying at this hotel I understand pet friendly but they would definitely need to do a better job with cleaning the floors and the beds and the rooms. I will not be at this hotel ever again do not recommend it And the breakfast was not very appetizing

Room was adequate. Bed and pillows were ok. Shower was ok, water pressure wasn't that great and the shower curtain has seen better days. No (complimentary) lotion or conditioner available and the shampoo was half empty. Heat worked, tv worked and has closed captioning available. Breakfast was slim pickings. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs, No bacon, sausage, biscuits or bagels. No fruit. So just basically powdered eggs, small muffin, white bread toast and the standard waffle maker. Front desk personnel were really nice though, keeping this from being a 1star review.

It's an older lodging place but everyone is friendly. The do not disturb sign for the door was found on checkout day on the desk we piled luggage on instead of on the door. That made made for an annoying morning after a late check in. It is extremely noisy there in the mornings, but not the hotel's fault. My last morning there, checkout day, housekeeping is knocking on my door as I'm trying to sleep in because of yesterday's early knocking. Housekeeping should not be knocking on doors on the day we are checking out until the desk tells them the room is clear. I don't need you to clean my room and make my bed before you need to change all the bedding. This is concerning but again, very friendly staff

Where do i begin... Rooms next to each other room #111 has service equipment for AC unit. Which had what looked like black mold all over the vents! Yuck! The chair and foot rest were filthy!! Wouldn't sit on it. Asked for non smoking. Put us in smoking! Burn holes in carpets and bath tub side.Toilet had not been cleaned. Tub was so stained i was not sure if it was dirt or just needed to be replaced. One roll of little too no toilet paper( and no back up roll!) Used shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This place needs an update,maintenance, repairs and a DEEP cleaning! On a positive the beds were very comfortable with nice down comforters and great pillows!!!Rooms had Microwave,mini fridge and a safe(which did not work). Decent Amenities! Needs some work & Deep cleaning!!!

The bed was clean and comfortable. I would not stay again almost$100 a night with stained carpets and tub. The sink was cracked and appliances dirty. Our last few experiences with quality inn has been poor and we will not stay at this chain again.

The hotel is pretty old and there's some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but all in all the room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were soft. The cleaning person was wonderfully helpful and polite. Too early in the season for the pool, but someone was cleaning it already. Conveniently located near a huge variety of restaurants. I would stay there again for sure!!

I give it to Stars because the staff that I met with both check in and check out were wonderful people. But the room had a humid feeling in it so I had to keep the air conditioner down low. Not until the next morning did I realized that there was a moisture collection bag to prevent mildew. Now I am wheezing today from being in that room all night. But that's not the worst part. Not until I got naked for bed and on the toilet did I realize there was no toilet paper. Zero. The cardboard was removed from the rung and not replaced
