Customer service was amazing Jeffrey really came through with the sub wasn t stingy with the toppings or sauce at all!! Was the best one I ever had! And the everything was so clean, stocked, and well put together..Definitely will be back 10/10!!!

Are you looking for an amazing experience at an gas station? What about having a plethor of options for snacks, drinks, food, etc.? How about a Subway, Wendy's or some store food for a trip on the road? Did you just take a long drive and want to take a shower? Then look no further, this is the place to be. You have all the amenities that you could possibly need. I recommend buying all your convenience items. If you are a truck driver, they have what you need so stop away.

I travel a lot and gonna say I loved this place. A lot of trash cans everywhere, 3ven near parking lots, clean restrooms, polite stuff, good prices and fresh food. 5 stars

Subway horrible customer service, lady making food has hair past waist , pretty but disgusting watching it drag across food bins, sandwiches , asked for toasted but in oven less than 5 seconds was not even warm.

Showers is dirty and moldy. This old diseases can come to us professional drivers.

A busy truck stop / travel center just off of I-24 that has a 24-hr Subway and a full-size Wendy's in addition to convenience station fare. The bathrooms needed tidying but were in working order. The staff was pleasant and helpful. And the 2 for $1 king size candy bars were a welcome pick-me-up on the afternoon of a long drive.

Showers are currently $17.00, facility is clean with friendly staff. 3 stars for the expense of the showers.

Wow! Don't shower here. First here, wanted to grab a quick shower. First of all $17 is pretty high, most places are 10. I asked the girl up front if they had towels and she told me yes and ask if I wanted an extra one and I said yes. Then they gray haired lady proceeded to talk to me like I was a child because no one had informed me about the code you need for the door and then just interrogated me on why I need an extra towel. Untill I just said F it and took my shower. The I had to basically smash on the shower handle to get it to work. Hands down worst morning I've on on this month long trip. Please fire that woman she's going to lose you a lot of business.

Hot food cannot be had here in the early morning, at all. Edit: Plus: Somebody said Something to someone. However in response they microwaved 2 disgusting burritos. Wow. The roller is empty. No sandwiches. Subway closed for 2 hrs straight. At least stock Big AZ burgers to microwave. Christ!

Always terrible. Employees have no personality and are lazy. Hardly ever do you get a receipt at the pump, you have to go inside and ask for it from the unfriendly Employees. That's the whole reason to pay at pump, the convenience of not having to go inside. I got to tell myself never go there. Loves is opposite usually friendly and you get your receipt at pump. You don't have to stand in some long line.

The worst truck stop ever. Rude employees. They should all be fired and store shut down. I will never use pilot or flying j again and I will do every thing I can to get my company to do the same.

Awesome place to stop when traveling. Super clean restrooms, store stocked and clean and the Subway was super fast. Highly recommend this location

Sysco foods uses as there yard dropped trailers trucks like it's a Sysco terminal they dropping and hooking trailers when trying to sleep making all kinds of noise crazy

The service was amazing here! We came here to buy lottery tickets and they sell them here for super cheap and a good deal! The gas prices are cheap and they have road trip stuff here for good and affordable prices. The staff is super friendly and if you ever come on a road trip and need to make a stop then definitely come to this gas station

I am just traveling through, I must say this was the BEST PILOT I have came across so far while traveling. The service was awesome. The food was fresh and the restrooms where super clean. Custormer service was phenomenal the music on the over head had me dancing from the time I came in to the time I hit the exit door must I add the employees were very welcoming. If ever back in KY this will be my location to do my 10hr restart.Keep up the grate work.

No problems at all. Good store and good staff. A funny thing happened tho, I swear I recently saw an employee clock out at the end of his shift one night then go outside to the woods and then step into a circle of blue light and disappear.

Large parking and gas intake area. Clean, brightly lit convenience store with multiple chain fast foods attached. Clean restrooms, easy in and out from the highway. Competitive gas prices

Showers were nice and clean, except for fans and vents but better than most in Kentucky. My biggest issue was with the old white haired lady cleaning them she seemed to have an issue with me and my partner going back to get our shower. She stopped and just stared at my partner like he did something wrong. Seems like she may have had some issues. Not friendly or inviting at all down right rude. This woman needs retrained on how to treat CUSTOMERS!

This truck stop was great. The store was very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean a d they was very busy not like they had no business. I give this store a 5 star rating for the hars work that the store staff puts into the store. The coffee bar was clean and stocked as was the soda bar. There food area was fully stocked a d full. There drink area was fully stocked a d full as well. Thank you Pilot for this store crew.

i have no idea how much of their product.i bought a cartoon Marlboro cigarette. it was 72and some change.then another day was73more. i paid 76 today. how could price go up like this. or maybe they sell whatever they want.
