Showers - Fairly clean, hot water, good pressure. The light flicker mentioned in a previous review is from the light timer, located next to the door, just push the button for the time u want the light to stay on. Part of the reason I m only giving 4 stars is because the lower shower head didn t have good pressure at all.Parking - Lot fills up fast but has adequate space for easy parking, we arrived about 3:30pm and there were a few spots left. 2nd reason for 4 stars, parking lot is slanted so it s a long uphill walk from back of Lot.Laundry - Only takes quarters at the moment but all machines work.Customer Service - Polite and accommodating staff. Thank you for all your hard work to make our visit relaxing!Cleanliness - Store was clean and well organized. Outside trash wasn t too bad and by morning was cleaned up and organized much better than when we arrived.Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Derek is doing an exceptional job at the pumps cleaning, filling washer fluid, and very personable. Rae was hard at work inside on shelves, and zipped over to the counter to provide a receipt. As the pump didn t print one outside.Really impressive inside. Having traveled the county seen a LOT of loves. The unique contemporary vibe is outstanding, clean, and well stocked. Nice gift shop area for travelers collecting their favorite local memorabilia.Huge double lush green dog parks with pups scampering.Clean bathrooms, though the gal tidying them was on her way into the men s room to tackle germs. Didn t catch her name as a result.This is my first visit since beginning my Loves app map planning recently. It s on the way to my sons. After my Nashville Loves experience being so negative will make this my regular pit stop to a from moving forward. As a result of its overall vibe and Loves mostly consistent National standard I ve grown to trust when I pull up. Safe, gas discount, employees, more.

Stopped here on way to Nashville. VERY clean Love s Travel Stop. So, it IS possible to have a clean truck stop. Evidently people here thought I was an inspector. Nah, just trying to help out fellow travelers. This place even has a dog park and dump station for campers. Definitely stop here for a clean rest stop.

Showers were extremely clean and inside was extremely clean. But the trash outside at pumps (all trash at pumps was overflowing and strung on the ground), it is disgusting. Clearly, no one is picking up or maintaining outside. Do better for truckers. Without them, we have nothing.

Parking is limited yet organized. Not a lot of room to "make your own" spot. There is a Marathon across the road with around 15-20 spots available as well. Very clean inside. Got a Tire Pass done on my tractor and trailer while I was here. Techs were training but still got me in and out within the hour. "Amanda" (Miranda) who was working the desk in the maintenance shop was awesome and fun to chat with while the techs were doing the work. Thank you each, and I'll definitely be back if my travels send me through this way.

Trucker Life! My visit here happened late at night as I stopped by to get coffee before heading to my next destination. So far this has been the neatest Love's I have come to visit. Restrooms are very clean and cosmetically well made. Very pleasing to see such a nice restroom for travelers and truckers. Shopping area are well stocked and organized. All around this place is well kept, kudos to it's employees and management.

On Easter Sunday 2024 I had a technician ethan go above and beyond to keep my company delivering loads across America. Niagara Falls bro lol Also the people inside were extremely cool had issue with Landry & they resolved that very quickly.

Wow! This new Love's is fantastic! Extremely clean with LOTS of room for parking! They have really set the bar high for other truck stops! They have the largest showers I have ever visited. So clean and tidy! The store has so much to check out. Including....... lots of knickknacks!Whoohoooo! Love it! The staff working were very friendly and extremely nice! Like, they were actually happy to see you.I know! They made you feel welcomed as soon as you step inside the door! Got my fingers crossed that it'll stay this way. Bonus for our fur babies: they have two huge dog parks! One for the big dogs and one for the wee ones!

This new Loves is on point! Amazingly fresh and clean bathrooms and a great store layout with plenty of parking and pumps. Great selection of energy drinks as well. Can t go wrong with this spot!

Big place, lots of parking and extremely helpful staff. Paid at the pump, Over $800 worth but for some odd reason it didnt register on my rewards card so no shower. After I told the about it, they looked on the computer, truck # couldnt find me, swiped card couldnt find me, finally they scanned my rewards card and found me. I really appreciate how patient and how much they wanted to help me. The clean shower was the cherry on top. It was big and spotless.

Coffee needs attention.... I mostly get Decaf.All these Loves seem to think that if a Bean to Cup Machine breaks down it's okay to Leave or even Move the Decaf over to the Broken Machine.I prefer Brewed coffee over Bean to Cup and these BTC Machines Fail All The Time!!Going thru these Loves and Rating them according to How FAST they get these Machines Repaired...

Worst loves stop, bathroom was not clean, some stalls needed to be cleaned, someDispensers didn t have paper to dry hands. No dark bold coffee which was my main reason to stop, cappuccino machines out of order( both of them) but that wasn t the worst, when I asked for napkins they had none and when I asked the lady she said no we don t have any napkins! Wow really

Today is Feb 28 Wed 5:50pm. Friendly staff, showers gets prepped quick. If there s a line for showers you won t have to wait long. Thumbs up for these guys! Thank you!

Nice , new, clean Loves ! I We come to Loves because of the dog parks. This one is nice , big and has two separate fences in areas. Most Loves parks don t have water but this problem is, is that here, they have bowls filled up with water, and a spigot for more but a sign reads NON POTABLE WATER! DO NOT DRINK!!!! We saw the sign which is on the concrete AFTER our dog drank from it!!!! Someone better hope our dog doesn t get sick!!!! Why would this water be here , for dogs, with bowls, if it is non potable?????

Wi-Fi connection took 10 mins of creating an account & linking it to Love's number. Then Wi-Fi dropped & didn't reconnect after visiting bathroom. Pump would not recognize bar code on phone. I tried 4 pumps & none worked. Screen said, "swipe card". So, I went in to get discount & pay. Tried to pay with my phone (never had a problem at multiple places) but card reader would not take my phone. Pumped gas & waited for receipt but pump screen said go inside for receipt. So, a third trip into store. What should have been a 10 minute stop ended up being 30 minutes of frustration.

Excellent place to stop. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. Most importantly, they had a dog park for our dog! It was very clean and perfect for him to stretch his little legs.

This Love's truck stop has a Hardee's in it Stopped for breakfast . The food was fresh and hot and very good. Keep up with the good work, and you will have lots of people coming in.

I Visited here a few days ago to get a shower and 10hr reset. This Loves location hands down has to be the cleanest and most well put together Loves truck stop I've ever been too. From the front door, to the isles, to the shower and of course the restroom, was very well put together. The cleanest and welcoming of the the staff was like none other. I have saved this location as one of my favorite. Can't wait to return. Great job staff!!!!!I was unable to get pics, but I will upon my return.Thanks for great trucker experience.

Whoever is in charge of the temperature of the shower water and the thermostat of the room should really try taking a shower in that environment. Freezing room, lukewarm water, and a light that keeps cutting off makes for a bad experience.

BY FAR THE CLEANEST RESTROOMS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!! The place was immaculate. The bathroom even smelled nice! Extra bonus points. The employees are super nice and Shommorrow works extra hard and it shows! If your traveling never Hopkinsville, KY pass jump all the other stations and visit Loves on Valor drive!

Loves Store #782 at exit 86 eastbound on I-24 to Nashville is My ALL TIME favorite place to stop! My friend introduced me to this Loves gas station months ago and we now make it out regular stop on our way to Nashville. Not only do they have an awesome dog park, but this store has a Hardee s. I prefer the fresh selections of foods in the main shopping area while my friend grabs her favorite Hardee s breakfast sandwich. The women s Restrooms are the cleanest I have EVER been in!!!! When we walk thru the door the staff members greet you and are so friendly. This Loves Gas and Travel Center really set the bar high for all the other Travel Centers. Thank you Kiya and Keisha you guys really do make a person feel welcome!!!

I had a serious brake down with my truck. There is a gentleman there (Caleb) that properly diagnosed my problem and fixed! Very thankful!! The staff was very nice too!

Nice truck stop is new, but the problem that they work very slowly first take a break to start work at 9:00 in the morning and on the other hand I think they do not know what they are doing or if they do they pretend not to know, quite a bit sad this situation for the truck driver

I just want to give a BIG THANKS to Trevor and Trey at Loves truck center! Me and my 10 year old son had a flat tire and thank goodness I was right by Loves. They didn t think twice and plugged my tire for us! We made it home safely! I m so grateful for people like them! God Bless you both

I frequent many Love s Travel Stop as a Sprinter Van Owner/Operator and today I had the pleasure of stopping for fuel at this location.The young lady who waited on me should be the corporate trainer of all Love s Associates. She smiled, made humorous small talk and took care of my purchase and questions very professionally and efficiently. While she was waiting on me she was also quickly glancing around the room to see if others had questions, greeting the customers who came in and just completely filling the room with her charisma. She was professional in her look, pleasant in her demeanor and when she welcomed you it wasn t the regular drone of the robotic cashier who is sick and tired of saying the same thing a thousand plus times a day (as an aside this is a dumb policy it only serves to make 95% of your staff look and act like they hate their job) but with Rose it was real, you could tell she saw every customer as an adventure, someone new to interact with and give a smile to or hopefully share some fun banter. Having been a grocery store customer service manager prior to driving, I tend to key in on what the interactions with staff are like everywhere I go. Rose, who I had never seen before today, is what every manager longs for in an employee. This Travel Stop, and Love s in general, are lucky to have such an outstanding person serving their customers. Many of your store associates throughout the U.S. could learn a lot from Rose. You should seriously consider making this young lady a trainer.If you are traveling in this area I d highly recommend this Travel Stop for your fuel, snacks, etc. and for a smile if you are lucky enough to be helped by Rose.

I had a great experience at Love's Travel Stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and the food was delicious and affordable. The store had a lot of options for snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. I bought a cute magnet for my fridge and a bag of chocolate-covered pretzels for the road. The gas prices were reasonable and the pumps were easy to use. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a break from driving.

Very clean ! The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The also have a sale on power inverters. We even ask the clerk about our previous inconvenience and showed her the picture and she agreed that the store was supposed to honor what was clearly advertised!!!!

I was about 10 mins away from this loves and their service tech came within the hour and got me back up and running quickly. I didn t get the service tech name but I was thankful he came out quick

Always love Love's! Fantastic dog areas, we always plan our road trips around where these are for that reason. They also always have very nice clean bathrooms and abundant food and drink options.
