Since when does the oil not get topped off during an oil change? Took 30 minutes after it was pulled into the bay. Cost more than dedicated oil change shops considering the extra oil I had to purchase to top it off myself. Left my steering wheel, shifter, and door greasy. Just get your oil changed at a place like take 5, Vavoline or jiffy lube.

Had a tire blow on me 4 hours before they closed and they had the tire I needed in stock but I was told I d have to wait until the next day before they could throw it on the rim for me. I said you have got to be kidding me I need my vehicle to take my child to school and get to work. The lady said I m sorry we are short handed. As I m walking out I notice three tire center employees just hanging out in the bay not a single car being worked on. Very frustrating that they are so lazy and unwilling to help people. So I made it to tire discounters 9 minutes before they closed and guess what. One of them was willing to throw it on for me real quick before they closed up shop for the day, now that s service!

This was my first time ever using walmart for tire replacement and let me tell you it wont be the last time either i had scheduled on friday for saturday at 11am and i got here right at 11am and i had 4 tires replaced and keys in my hand at 11:36 am. I was always one of those guys that went to other tire shops and sit for atleast 2 hours or more. These guys at the nicholasville tire center absolutely killed itService: Tires

Had arrived 20 minutes early to a scheduled appointment to have my new tire that had taken weeks to have shipped in already put on. Come to the desk and at first the helper asks if I was the person who was ordered tires online. After saying yes... she proceed to tell me that Walmart didn t receive the tires in, granted I only ordered one tire and had confirmation from email it was received. So two lies at once... then after going to check and see if it was in the back, ohh magically there was the one tire that I ordered under my name. Then after confirming what I already knew, proceeds to tell me they have new hours and close in 15 minutes so that my scheduled appointment that I was allowed to do was not being upheld. I could come in anytime I could in the future, just not the scheduled time that I had agreed to in the beginning and as well I don t think I ever agreed to being lied straight to my face. Horrible service and experience all together.... would never recommend this unless you have NO OTHER OPTION.

Very unprofessional. The manager does not know anything! Very Rude makes you look dumb!I came in to get a new battery; when I looked it up online it gave me a H8 battery ; when I came in the manager looked at my battery and said we don t have that . When I went and looked on the shelf they had an H8. He rudely screamed at me saying he doesn t have that and it won t work . And then he goes if you think your smarted then my book go for it yourself ! He looked at the book and looked incorrectly apparently because it referenced to H6 which is half smaller then my battery.Don t go here ! Go somewhere else !Btw I put the H8 battery and starts right up !

Went to get my tire changed. Ordered online and it was shipped to the store. My appoint was for 11am 12/13. Got to the store about 1045am. Waited for the attendant who arrived at 11am. That was fine he was helping another shopper. I told him i had an appointment for a tire install. He sharply said I do not have a tire install scheduled. I said I have an email and a reminder text stating I have an appointment. He again said "I Dont have an appoint for tire install sorry" and started to walk away. I said excuse me I have an appointment for 11am! He said "oh im sorry I thought it was noon". He was just going to walk away without even looking at my email or text.Then they could not find my tire. The tire was there but had not been scanned delivered. This took a while to get corrected. They told me it would be about 30 mins to get the tire changed. I went to go get a few things while i waited. And less than 10 mins later they page me to come back. I walk back across the store and they said "where do you want the tire put on?" I said "I clearly said the back driver side". He said "oh I put it in wrong and had it for passanger side, sorry". I then was frustrated and just stood there. Not walking away again. I waited the tire to be changed and left.

I m the type of guy that I probably wouldn t write a review if all I did was get four new tires and they did a good job and sent me on my way. I had a couple of problems with my TPMS tire sensors and the guys took the time to show me what I needed and fix my problem. These guys have earned a very solid five stars for going above and beyond!

my experience today was not good, I have been having trouble with the battery I bought there about two years ago, having to jump it 4 times in the. Finally, I had to have my mechanic tow it to their garage, they themselves had to charge the battery twice in 24 hours. From there I took the car to Walmart to have the battery replaced since it was still under warranty, and after waiting for about 30 minutes a technician comes and tells me there is nothing wrong with the battery and they removed the corrosion that wasn't allowing the battery to charge. I have been under my hood for a week now and there is or was there any corrosion on the battery. after explaining that it has died 4 times and it has already been looked at by my mechanic they did replace it, But the employees still kept wanted to say that there was nothing wrong with the battery. On another note, the man in front of me when checking out most likely got the wrong tires put on his truck, when he was paying the price was 100 dollars less than he was quoted and he was positive that the price was wrong. When I got to the counter the man at the counter had no idea how to do my return and neither did the automotive manager standing right next to him. After having to deal with this and see that other people were having concerns about their service I will not be returning and I advise that others don't as well.

Inaccurately displayed time of the auto center. The times of operation are posted as 7am-7pm on weekdays but upon arrival was informed they will only do services if they ll be finished by 6pm the rest of the time is only for emergency services. That information would be useful to have posted somewhere seeing as how it would save people from making a useless trip.

I've always had good experiences with this place. Rotated and balanced tires for free since it bought them there as well. The service mgr is always on top of things.

The people at the front desk Brenda and another not sure her name but they were absolutely phenomenal they were able to squeeze me in last min when I had my sick son with me would recommend 10/10 everytime

I had a flat tire in the front parking lot. They came and put air in the tire and drove it to the back and put new tire on it. They went out of there way to help me. Very satisfied. Thanks for all your help.
