Had to run over here for an emergency tire repair & my car was looked at right away! They updated me every step of the way & fixed my car quickly. Definitely would recommend this tire discounters to anyone with car trouble! The staff was very nice and helpful!

I would like to preface my review with the fact that we are generally very happy with the service provided by tire discounters.However, this experience with the nicholasville location has been nothing but a prolonged nightmare. I purchased a full set of tires in November at that point in time all of the TPS sensors worked. Once the new tires were installed the rear tires TPS sensors no longer worked. Also the rear driver side tire loses air overnight due to not being beaded and seated properly. I took the vehicle back On Friday and received a call on Saturday, attempting to upsell me on multiple things. I asked for the tire to be fixed, and the oil to be changed as we had previously discussed, and was assured that that had been done. I came out to the vehicle this morning (the following day), and the exact same tire missing the valve cap it had before service and it being flat again! It obviously was not repaired or even rotated due to it being in the same position. This is a company vehicle and every time I have to leave it at the shop it s off the road not generating revenue.Unfortunately, it seems like the incompetence at this tire discounters in nicholasville is going to force me to move our entire fleet to another shop for service that is not tire discounters.(The photo added is the day after tire discounters guaranteed the leak was fixed)

The folks at Tire Discounters are honest, timely, and do what they say when they say it. I was told by a dealer that I needed new tires so got them checked out at Tire Discounters. They told me I didn't need new tires. However, I also had then check out my brakes which needed some work. Great job on time at a much better price than quoted by the dealer. I recommend Tire Discounters.

I found out I had a nail in my tire, and I went to Tire Discounters in Nicholasville to get it fixed last week. The manager was really nice. I got my tire fixed quickly, and he even washed my tires himself. Great service, and I will definitely use them again.

Marcus is an excellent greeter and service technician. He explained the issue very well and gave me several choices for tire replacements. Service was very quick and delivered as promised. Will definitely be doing business with this location again.

My fianc� and I dropped off our car here today and they did an amazing job. Had the tires we wanted in stock and got the job done same day. They were very smart, professional, and gave us excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business and will do business with them again!

The quality of tires and rims I purchased from Tire Discounters is second to none. The Black Rhino rimes with the BF Goodrich K/O2 they help me pick out were a perfect match. They were very honest and very helpful with my time and theres. They caught every flaw that the rims had and made them send news ones. Thank you Tire Discounters for everything. You will always have my business everytime.

I ve entrusted our family s vehicle care/repair to GM Wes Hardy and his Team for over a decade. Yesterday, working with Marcus to get my son s vehicle lined out was just the latest installment of top-shelf customer service and support! If you ve not yet given Tire Discounters Nicholasville a try, well, maybe you should? I don t think you will be disappointed!

They fit me in at the end of the night 5 minutes before close to help me out with changing my tires. I appreciate them taking that extra time when I'm sure they wanted to get home to their families. I've done business with them in the past in a less emergent circumstance and they also had great customer service then too. Highly recommend the Nicholasville location for all your tire needs.

Marcus ALWAYS takes such good care of us. We ve lived in the area for years and I heavily wear my vehicle down with kids and a long daily commute. He keeps us safe, not bankrupt, and is up front about everything. I know what I need and I know why I need it. What can wait and what has to happen now. I trust this place with our safety and they do not disappoint.

Excellent service! There are two gentlemen (Wes and Elijah) and another young man (Marcus) who make this facility special. My new tires arrived quickly and were mounted/balanced soon thereafter. Happy customer! Addendum: I aquired a screw in my nearly new tire. Pulled into Tire Discounters of Nicholasville and pulled out 20 minutes later with a tire repair free of charge. Customer service is second to none!

We brought our car in because we had a nail in the back tire. We have purchased several sets of tires over the last several years. Marcus took it upon himself to go a step further and checked over the rest of the tires. We aren't due for an oil change/tire rotation for 1000 miles. He found that the front tires which had 30000 of the 60000 miles used were bad. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible on 2 new tires. He's incredibly polite and helpful, keeping us informed through the process. Highly recommend marcus and wes at the nicholasville store.

Super expensive and bad customer service. Because there are not many options in Nicholasville those guys treat customers like an assembly line. I bought 4 brand new tires and one of them was damage in less than 2 months.

I bought my tires which cost over 750$ included non prorated warranty. When I try to come in for serving, I have to to wait 2-4 hours even with an appointment! Today. 10/16 I came in to have a tire patched or replaced. I was advised it needed to be replaced. Now remember these tires cost over 750$ non prorated warranty. This individual notifies me there will be a 75 $ installation fee for new tire! How absurd! These tires are under warranty! And to charge for something that is under warranty is so obscene its beyond poor customer service! After these tires have served their use. I'll take my business elsewhere.Some of the staff here act as though we owe them something. Sure, they can treat us like this because they're convenient. But no wonder people from nicholasville take their business to lexington!

Would not stand be hind there work when the installed bolt in valve stems wrong. Had to fix them myself. First two photos is there work the last two photos is after I fixed them.

What can I say if you need friendly fast efficient look no further then this tire discounters have helped me keep my dream car healthy and road worthy will keep you updated and never upsell on anything you don't need I've been going to them for years and will continue to till the wheels fall off

It was 15 minutes until closing and they didn't hesitate to plug my tire. Marcus sold me new tires due to mine being a safety issue and even got them put on after closing. What a GREAT group of guys!

I have had a great experience at this shop. I recently brought my car in (after another shop told me that they could not replicate the sound I was describing) and they did an EXCELLENT job on all ends of service. I should have brought my car here in the first place. From now on I will. They were timely, respectful, and I honestly can say that I felt as if they had my best interest in mind. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends.On the customer service end I worked with a man by the name of Drew. This man deserves a raise. Excellent customer service! He exuded a peaceful presence with a straightforward and respectful demeanor. I was once again feel as if he had my interest in mind while he was giving me the news. He seemed like a very authentic man who can be trusted.Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I have received at this shop. I will for sure go back in the future.Thank you all for your service and the way that you perform your jobs in an honorable manner.

Always a trustworthy place to go with knowledgeable staff. Wes is wonderful and will get you up and running in no time. If you just need a tire patched, that is all they will do. No upsell, no funny business. And they back up their work 100%. I trust them with all my vehicles and with my mom's car without question. They are that good.

Had a patch put in a tire and three pressure sensors replaced on my car. But they left my lug nuts loose on the three wheels they took off. My front driver side wheel almost fell off while I was driving down the road!!! It started making a noise on my way home from work and when I inspected the wheel and it was barely on the car! I could take all the lug nuts off by hand!Never again

I was told from one business they could not change the oil in my vehicle due to a damaged drain plug. In the middle of a severe storm with tornado warnings I came to this facility for help. I was promptly greeted, given an accurate idea of waiting time, even offered to arrange transportation if I needed to be somewhere. I was promptly taken care of, tech was Robert. Most importantly, manager Wes Hardy was amazing. I will not only recommend them to everyone I know, they have a loyal customer with me for all my automotive needs..plus I want to mention Marcus who wrote up my ticket, really courteous young man even retrieved my umbrella from my car!!!! They really made what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience! Thank you, Wes, Robert, and Marcus!

Marcus has been a fantastic help in checking the wear and tear of my tires and evaluating the need for an alignment. I feel that he made an honest evaluation to provide me the information I needed to make an appropriate decision about repair. Excellent customer service and excellent work. They called the next day to thank me for going to them and I really appreciated that. While I was there they had offered to take an elderly couple home to wait since it would be a few hours. Such sweet and caring workers.
