I took in my 2023 tundra to line x in Nicholasville to get a brush guard, nerf bars, and some window tinting on the front windows. Matt was awesome the whole way through and the truck looks amazing. The price was fair and the service was excellent. He even got me a great price on spraying lineX on my brush guard. It looks tough and I m so glad I did it. Definitely recommend line x to anyone looking to add some accessories to their truck.

I wanted to take the time to let everyone know what a great job Matt Gabbard and his team of technicians at Line-X of Lexington did on my 2012 Ford Raptor. I took it to them to freshen-up and restore my truck to its original luster. They by far exceeded my expectations! They performed a complete undercoating of the whole truck including the fender wells and the receiver hitch. Also during the undercoating they made me aware of any issues that concerned them which I considered to be outstanding service! Then Donny and Line-X spray technician performed a new premium bed liner over the rails and several custom color match options including the front grill, the fender flares, the front bumper, the rear bumper and the running boards which had to be stripped of a factory coating before they recoated them. All Line-X used on the truck was premium grade to prevent fading and had a beautiful metallic shine. Donny made a suggestion to remove a handle on my tailgate that I didn t like that would also remove the plastic cover on my tailgate. His spray technician helped me find the correct cover panel from ford and they coated the tailgate and the cover panel at no extra charge! After the Line-X was complete Matt did a full detailing job on the truck, inside and out. Finally Matt performed a stage one polish on the entire truck to restore the paint to its original luster! I could not be any happier with the work everyone performed on my truck to make it look as good or better than it did new! I ve included pictures of the work they performed. We recently had a hitch installed on our 2020 Dodge Durango and had the 2 front windows tinted to match the back windows and were blown away by the service and integrity of the LINE-X team. There was a miscommunication/misunderstanding about the pricing that we landed on (via email before the installation) and Connor and the team that stayed late to finish our install, worked with us to come to a new a price that was fair. Thankful that this business has integrity and that I can leave a 5-star review for them. Also thankful that our Dodge looks badass and can tow our trailer and toys!

Very disappointed, I bought an Extang tonneau cover for my TRX after I picked up take it home and installed it half way not complete yet I feel I don t like it much so I go back to exchange for a different style that is cost more than Extang but they said no because i has been installed.

Snobby group Shoddy work unless you buy their products. Didn't tell me about not being able to fully attach a piece of equipment. Didn't tell me a piece was missing. Completed the job without checking with me. They were hoping I would leave without checking out their work. When asked for the box so that I could get a refund they said they already shredded the box. 100% truth I had a rusted out spot on my truck that I was trying to make less noticeable. They ended up making the whole bigger. 100% truth again, the actual mounting was strong and sturdy. Just not happy with the rest

This was my first visit to Line-X of KY. From the promptness of service, to the competitive prices, to the quality of workmanship, I have gladly given 5 stars.My experience actually started with a referral from one of Line-X's vendors, Roadmaster Active Suspension. They loved the business relationship they shared, and strongly suggested I turn to Line-X to purchase their product that they reluctantly couldn't ship quickly due to COVID. I took their advice and am glad I did.When I called, I spoke directly to one of most professional and personable sales representatives that I've ever encountered. John was his name. John had me outfitted with exactly what I wanted/needed for my truck, and at such a reasonable price, that I had to reassure we included everything. When I asked when I could get it all installed, "Tomorrow afternoon" was my answer.When I dropped my truck off the next day, the showroom at Line-X was ABSOLUTELY full of customers. I was shocked that within a minute, I was helped and had my truck ready to be worked on. Now, having worked customer service at several large retailers and hospitality chains, I tend to be a bit shrewd when it comes to customer service, and what I feel entitled to. However, I will attest that Line-X of KY stands out as a fine retail establishment, and hope they serve as a model for other local businesses, and even national businesses to emulate.Keep up the great service, Line-X! I will certainly bring my business and refer others your way.

Update: they have now done my third vehicle with tint since my first review.. since then 3 tints, andersen hitch, road master active suspension. Amazing work fantastic crew highly recommend.Great customer service! Local family owned and operated. Got a bed liner, and bed rail anchors. Only took a few hours. Very happy with the quality and look of the liner. They also have tons of accessories inside the store. AMSOIL dealer.

These guys really do great work. They're courteous and in my experience they live up to their word. Not to mention the Line-X brand has a lifetime warranty. I don't think you can find that in any other truck bed liner on the market. I'm sharing two photos of work they've done for me. One is a yellow bed liner in a 2021 Gladiator, and the other is pink fenders on a 2019 Wrangler JL.

Matt/George & the whole team at Line-X of Kentucky were amazing to work with. I got a full detail on my car and had it Ceramic coated, which exceeded my expectations!! Line x is honestly the best bedliner out. My dad got it 20 years ago still good as new. I just got it on my 2020. Of all the professional bedliners out there I'd go for line x well worth it.

I had a great experience here. I got my truck bed lined and it turned out great. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and got everything I needed taken care of. You can t beat the price and the quality of work is outstanding. Walking through their showroom I was shocked at all of the other services they offered from lift kits and custom rims to window tinting and tool boxes. I will definitely be back again!

Tom and his team do a great job! We had a hitch put on our car and things were done without a hitch or we ll, with a hitch. Definitely the place to go for truck, SUV and UTV accessories

Called on a Wednesday for a Saturday appointment was lucky enough to get in. Arrived about 5 to 10 minutes prior to appointment and already others were there. My appointment was at 8 am. They took my truck around and put in a Line-x bed liner and installed a bed cover. I waited on my truck because of the hour and half drive to get there. The team were nice and finished in two hours. The bed looks great and so does the cover. My wife was with me and she thought it looked great. The staff there were very nice and answered all my questions and provided a demonstration before we left on the cover. Great job

You guys were great today. Not only did you all all do a good job putting the fifth wheel In our 2015 Chevy dully but you could tell you did care about this virus and keeping the customer safe. The owner when around clean as fast as we were in and out of a area. So let me thank you all for showing us that you not only needed our business but you were thanking about our safety and c comfort. This is not my only trip to line x but I also highly recommend them.
