I wish I could give 0 stars! The worst experience ever! State Farm recommended. Took car in for an estimate after hail damage, told them I thought it may need a new hood but hopefully they could just pop out the other dents. Shane told me oh it s not that bad probably won t need any parts at all. Get a call back 4 days later saying yes it needs a new hood but the rest isn t bad. About a week after I get a call from insurance saying they won t replace all the panels and both windshields, etc they are totaling the car out. I buy the car back from insurance ask to come pick up the car and they tell me they have to put it back together!! Why if they never got permission from insurance to start fixing the car? It took another 2 weeks for them to put the car back together. In the mean time no communication at all! After the first call, I had to call weekly to check on the car after being told over and over only a couple more days. I get the car back today and there are scratches all over the car that were not there previously. The whole situation felt so much like a scam! Save yourself and do not use this place for body work!

Great Service! Even after my car was finished I was still having problems and they had no problem working on it and completely fixed the issue. Working with Chris was great, he made everything easy to understand. Great place to go especially if your like me and get so nervous taking your car in when you know nothing about them. They definitely put my worries at ease.

My car got hit on Christmas Eve , and damage the front end of my car, and I took my car to Kentucky Collison. They told me they were backed up because of the Pandemic, and I was ok with that, but they never called me to bring my car in, I had to call them, and when I did take my car in, I was told that it would be maybe a week and a half or two weeks. Well I had to call them four times, and every time they would say that they were working on it, and then it would be something else when I called back, and like I said this went on for four weeks, and never called to let me know what was going on. Bad business and service, never again will I go back to them and will tell others the same. Really don t deserve a star, but I gave them one. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

They were AMAZING. The owner even gave me his cell without me asking for a minor repair. The kicker? They went so FAR out of their way to scrape off a bunch of house paint that had splashed all over my car because it fell in the road while wet a long time ago. The workers said they d feel bad letting me drive it and went and bought things to get it off when I tried everything! I was so happy I could cry. Did it out of the kindness of their hearts. We had Chris and his crew fix our 2007 Kia Sedona van after a collision accident. we were kept up to date on progress. we went to pick the van up and were pleasantly surprised it looked perfect. we want to thank Kentucky Collision on the job they did and the excellent serviceMike and Lois Pasley

My boyfriend and i were in a head on collision-accident early August and his truck had to have its frame replaced. Chris and his whole team around him were great throughout the whole process. They explained all of the needed repairs, identified and stuck to a realistic timeline and made sure all of our questions were answered throughout. He would also text pictures of progress to keep us informed. We will definitely come back for any future situation we find ourselves in and would highly recommend Kentucky Collision center in Nicholasville KY!Thanks again Chris!

BE WARE!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend letting these guys put air in your tire. I hired Glen Collision Center to repair the front bumper of a 2015 F150. Chris is the one who estimated the damage. He had guesstamated some clear wrap on the corners @ $150.00, but when the repair was finished which took four days they informed me I had to wait 45 days to install the corner pieces and that they had out sourced the work. Well I decided to not have this work performed and at this point Chris tried to say they didn't charge me for the service but the estimate still came out as if he did. SHADY PEOPLE over at the Collision Center. My family has bought two brand new vehicles from Glen Ford in the last two years if they can't resolve this I will have to find a new FORD dealer!!!! I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLEN COLLISION CENTER! THIS GUY Chris is worse than Pinocchio! You have been WARNED!

Shane was super helpful during the whole process of fixing my car. He made sure I was updated regularly, and this was as seamless as possible, given I was in a different state.
