Drove all the way from Knoxville Tennessee to pick up a 2020 Denali 3500. It was the perfect truck for what I needed and they made the process so simple and easy. I would 100% recommend these guys! From veteran to veteran, thank you Neville! You made us feel right at home!

After a long week of no luck I got into contact with Jeff Tipton and now I m a mini van mom! I got an as is used Honda odyssey for a really good price. Jeff was super nice and kept me company during the long process. Will hopefully be reaching out to him again for my husbands car

Jeff was my car salesman at Cronin he was awesome and very helpful with my wife and I getting new cars. He was very helpful and even worked for like 5 hours with us trying to figure out if we could get two cars and getting insurance switched over. I ended up wanting to get another car and he was very helpful with that unfortunately I wasn't able to afford the different car we had in mind but he was very helpful even checking on pricing on his day off for me. If you go there ask for Jeff and he'll help you out for sure.

Josh was absolutely amazing to work with! He was super laid back and did not pressure me into doing anything during the entire process! He gave me his honest opinions and even told me what he would do if he were in my position! I had been car shopping for about 2 months before purchasing from him. So happy I actually found a decent car salesman and got the car I ve been wanting for so long!! I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and laid back salesman!! The level of excellence I received from Cronin Hyundai was top tier. My check engine light came on. I called Don Franklin Hyundai to schedule a time to take my car in and they told me they couldn t get my car in until mid April and they wouldn t give me a loaner which is unacceptable. I ve been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs. My car was not driver and I was pretty upset and didn t know what to do. My best friend told me to call Cronin Hyundai. When I spoke to the young lady in the scheduling department, I told her my issue and she said they could get me in on Wednesday morning and told me if brought it in today, they d be able to do a diagnostic test before Wednesday. I then spoke with Alex in the service department and she was EXCEPTIONAL! She looked up my warranty and went over everything and assured me that whatever the issue is that it would be covered under my warranty. Although they didn t have any loaners, I wasn t upset because I was so thankful they could get my truck in asap. I took my truck in the same day and Alex was so welcoming. She called me on Tuesday and told me they were able to run a diagnostic test and found out it was my fuel injector. She told me that the part had been ordered and the part would be in Thursday and my truck would be ready on Thursday. She called me Thursday afternoon and told me my truck was ready. After this experience, Cronin Hyundai has gained a new customer. The staff there is exceptional and I look forward to developing a relationship with them.

I worked with Joey Davidson in the service department. After dealing with a much less helpful and rude Hyundai service department in Lexington, I was so glad to finally have Joey to help! I had a BIG issue and not only did he get it completely taken care of, but the process was quick and Joey communicated with me every step of the way!! He answered all of my questions and was honest, didn t try to charge me for unnecessary things! Would recommend Joey and Cronin to everyone!!!

This was the best dealership my husband and I have ever worked with. We were in and out in 2 hours and no pressure. Matthew Tipton, was personable, honest, and down-to-earth. Joseph in the service department was very kind and professional. I'd only had my santa fe for 2 weeks when the check engine light came on. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this dealership, so wasn't for sure on what to expect. He was able to not only get it diagnosed, but was also able to get it repaired the same day. This saved me time and traveling! I will continue to bring my vehicle to this facility for any future services. Thanks again Joseph!!

I just made my second purchase from this dealership in two years. My sales people were Josh and Jeff and they both were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision. The sales manager, Austin was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. The value that I believe I get from this brand is above, and beyond what other dealerships had to offer The service department is great and taken care of my services, and everyone is always extremely pleasant and friendly

Drove 9.5 hours to Kentucky from rural VA buy a Hyundai Kona N from these guys because they had the best price in the entire US! Very few dealers around anymore offer a no runarounds way of buying a car, and at an amazing price no less, so it's extremely refreshing to deal with actual professionals who genuinely care about their customers experience.I spoke with my salesman Wayne over the phone before we drove out there and he came off extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. Never once did he lie or try to pull a fast one like most dealers do nowadays. He helped me to do almost the entire deal over the phone before we drove out and even picked us up from the airport when we dropped our rental car off there and personally drove us to the dealership where the car was waiting out front. We had a great time chatting and we went on a drive with my new car together where he explained all of the features and helped me to get used to and understand everything. He was extremely helpful and even showed me some not well known tips and tricks with the car that really helped out!Everyone else we spoke with was extremely courteous and friendly as well at this dealership. Taylor helped us greatly when we were on the drive up and even went so far as to call us after she had already gotten off work to make sure everything was going okay.Jordan who was our finance person was also very helpful and friendly and he greeted us a couple of minutes after we got there and we had a good chat with him as well. He then explained in a helpful and detailed way all of the loan details as well as all of the other services Cronin offered.At no point during any of my conversations with any of the employees here was there a sales pitch where you felt compelled to buy anything extra that you didn't want, and they always immediately took no for an answer, they simply told you what they offered and if you declined it, then that was that. The pricing was clear cut from the beginning and they immediately let me know in our very first email exchange what the exact out the door price would be and it never changed.I'll also add that out of the seven vehicles I've bought, I've never once left the dealer decal on the car. I've always taken a heatgun to it and peeled it off when I got home because I think the cars look better without it and most dealer experiences are mediocre at best and terrible at worst. When we got home my wife asked when I was going to remove it and I told her I plan on leaving it on there because it reminds me of the awesome time we had going to Kentucky just to get this car and turning it into a 3 day mini vacation where everything went great and we had an amazing time where even our time at the dealer was fun.Overall I HIGHLY recommend Cronin Hyundai when buying a car if you want a friendly, no runaround or price switching car buying experience that's quick, easy, and fun.First photo courtesy of our awesome salesman Wayne (the guy with the hat!)

Blake is by far the fairest and coolest car salesman I've dealt with. Buying a car can be super stressful but he made the decision easier for me. I felt very educated and not pushed to do anything I wasn t comfortable with. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. He helped me get a great rate and trade in value! I would recommend him highly to anyone!

Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. Zero pressure from anyone who works there, and they don't play games with the pricing of their vehicles. Easily made the 2 hour drive to the dealership worth it because of everyone there. Shout out to Taylor Callahan who helped me get exactly the car I was looking for, a 2022 Elantra N. We had a great experience at Cronin Hyundai of Nicholasville. We actually ended up leaving with two vehicles. The best part was the dynamic duo of Taylor C. and Bradley B. Taylor was incredibly patient with us as we want to look at and test drive several options until we found the perfect vehicles for us. She didn't approach us with any pushy sales tactics. She accommodated each our requests, answered every question and even helped to get fair trade-in values. Bradley was just as professional and just as helpful with the financing process. I highly recommend you personally request both.

I needed repairs to my vehicle and I was honestly getting frustrated - until I found Cronin. Another dealer in the central Kentucky area was unhelpful, rude, and had no sense of urgency to help me. Interacting with Cronin was like walking in to the sun - they couldn't have been more polite, professional, or helpful. They kept me informed on the status of my repairs, were honest about what I needed (and what could wait), and vastly exceeded my expectations on repair timing. Joseph Davidson (Joey) was particularly helpful, and made sure to keep me up to date with my vehicle. The service I received will definitely make me think twice before going anywhere else. Great work. Needing car repairs is never pleasant, but if you're wondering whether you'll be treated fairly here, don't. You will be.
