I loved the attentiveness to my situation with my vehicle. The repair was great! The ability to communicate via text worked very well for me! And Ben made it incredibly easy on my end as far as dealing with a warranty that covered all but a fraction of the cost. Absolutely will use them again for vehicle repairs.

I ve been here twice and was very happy with the service both times. I feel that they are honest, professional, and not trying to oversell services. They prioritized what needed fixing urgently to less urgent and sent an awesome comprehensive diagnostics test via email with pictures. They will be my first stop moving forward!

The customer service and overall convenience of having service done at the Brannon Crossing location in Lexington, KY, is absolutely wonderful and above expectations. From the shuttle car service to the wonderful waiting room, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, I could not recommend Christan Brothers Automotive enough. Best experience I have had getting my car serviced and I do not plan on going anywhere else.

This is the only auto repair shop that made me feel good spending so much money! They were very knowledgeable, did not push unnecessary things on me, took time to answer a lot of questions I had, and treated me with respect. They even had a nice little surprise in each of the kids car seats when I picked up the van. Amazing customer service.

Friendly Service. My car was in and out of the shop within 24 hours. Great explanation of all diagnostics and services provided. Please note, you are paying more when you go here. But you get what you pay for. Better service!

What an amazing experience! Christian Brothers Automotive @ Brannon Crossing is much more than an auto shop they truly care about their customers. From the moment I entered the business, I was treated with respect. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the time they worked on my car via text, email & phone calls. (Great communication)Christian Brothers exhibited high levels of professionalism at all times & provided a shuttle service to & from my home. (An unexpected luxury )I will definitely return to Christian Brothers for maintenance on my Toyota Camry.It s so nice to know that I can count on an honest establishment to assist me in keeping my car running smoothly. Very open and honest about costs of repairs and recommended the necessary safety items that needed priority repair. Detailed line item estimate including images and video of the vehicle issues. Highly recommend for any service repairs.

Service and care taken by the technicians to get the job done correctly is immpecible. The only small complaint I have, is that the first associate that I was "assigned" to (I guess is the term for it?) did not communicate with me very well. And as my vehicle had issues that required Christian Brothers to keep it for nearly 2 weeks, I found myself calling him for updates, rather than him providing me any regular status. At any rate, about halfway through the ordeal, another person took over, apologized profusely, and made everything GREAT! He took the time to listen to everything that I had told the first guy, which (evidently) hadn't been all passed along and led to expediting the repairs.All in all, I know places get busy and sometimes things fall through the cracks. To their credit, Christian Brothers owned their mistakes and did not charge me for the extra inspection work that they had to do after I had to give all the information over again. CLASS ACT!!! Vehicle has been GREAT ever since. I plan on doing more business with them. This was the 2nd car that I've had serviced there, and I had NO ISSUES whatsoever with the 1st. Love them!!

I had an oil change done and a few other fixes to my car this past week and the whole experience was excellent from dropping off the car to picking it up. I dropped the car and registered, got dropped back at my house and within a few hours I had an estimate. I picked my car the next day. I like the fact I could look at the quote and the inspection from my phone. Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly. That was the first time that somebody did an oil change on my car and the gad cap didn't leak afterwards:) I am glad I didn't have to get under my car to tighten it, which happens everywhere around town including the Toyota dealership. In addition, I didn't notice but when I picked my kids up there were 2 stuffies in their car seat and that was absolutely the nicest.

I m in the automotive industry as well, and I have to say the service here is exceptional. Today was my first visit to Christian Brothers. The customer service and care was outstanding, and the vehicle progress report was great to follow along with seeing pictures and a breakdown of what was checked. You can really tell the detail that they put in. I m usually very picky about where I bring my car to, but they ve got a new customer in me!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very thankful for Christian Brothers Automotive! I have been having so much trouble with my car and got used to having a beautifully lit up dashboard They got me into the shop first thing in the morning and my car was already done by noon- super speedy service. Thankful for a place I can trust and know that they are not taking advantage of me because I am a woman who doesn t know about cars. My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive could not have been better. My car was covered by a Max Care warranty through CarMax and I was so grateful that Christian Bros handled all of the communication with the warranty company so I didn't have to play middle man. They kept me in the loop from start to finish and Ben was always so courteous on the phone and in person. Car repairs can be a major headache sometimes, but this whole process was as easy as can be. Would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers!

Seeing is believing, go by there get an oil change and a free inspection. So you can tell me i need this or that but when you see the HD photo suddenly you will realize, yes I do need to have them fix the issue. They will keep up the maintenance so you ll know your family is safe, what is peace of mind like that worth? Comprehensive service, kind people, and transparency are what made this experience the best car maintenance appointment I ve ever had. As a young woman without a deep understanding of cars, dealing with car issues can be stressful to handle alone and I have often felt condescended to, unsafe at times, and worried that I ve overpaid for a service because I was easy to take advantage of. Now that I ve gone to Christian Brothers Automotive, I know I will never have to dread dealing with my car ever again. Everyone I interacted with was professional and truly kind, the place was clean and they patiently explained what they did to my car, what might need to be done next time, and how serious an issue is that may need immediate attention versus a cosmetic upgrade that is a good idea by not necessary right away. Professional, knowledgeable, and Honest people to deal with there. I had a very good experience with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical repairs. The price was what was told to me at the beginning, they took loads of pictures and sent them to me so I could see how the vehicle looked, they dropped me off and picked me up from my home, and they left a Christian brothers stuffed animal in my child s car seat, which was the icing on the cake. This is my first time using them, and I will continue to use them

I cannot say enough great things about Christian Brothers Automotive! When my push-to-start on my 2013 Honda Accord was acting weird, I didn't know where to turn...I had someone recommend I take it to a local shop in Brannon Crossing.I looked them up online and created an appointment in 5 minutes, which was a super simple process! They offer an after hours drop off option, which is covered by plenty of camera surveillance and super convenient. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service if you need be somewhere during normal hours, which seems very convenient aswell.The next morning I recieve an email and a call from a technician with a super in depth diagnosis of what the issue was...the main issue was that it needed a starter replacement. They also recommended some other issues that needed attention, but weren't as critical...and unlike so many other mechanic shops, they weren't pressuring about these other miscellaneous issues.The pricing was fair (considering the cost of the parts) and transparent. As a broke college student who is running between class and work...the fair pricing and convenient services were the perfect remedy to my problems!I wouldnt expect any less from an organization representing Christianity!Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a pleasant experience! Christian Brothers Automotive is not your typical mechanic shop. The staff was extremely friendly, the facility was clean, and the work on my vehicle was excellent. I was able to get work done in their comfortable, hotel lobby-style waiting area. This was the best auto service I have ever received. Everyone was amazing. My first contact was with Wyatt at 7a. He was professional and courteous. The service manager was Ben. He was professional, courteous, understanding and kind. The owners were on site also. Brad and Laura were, kind, humble, godly humans. They were incredibly fast. They had my car back within minutes of me arriving, which was honestly so surprising because that just doesn t happen at most places. I was fully expecting to wait nearly 2 hours and was out in under 1! Their customer service guys were so professional and welcoming. They never tried to sell me on anything that wasn t needed and the prices were great! The service overall was phenomenal! Will definitely recommend and be back!

I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone needing auto repairs. Brad and Wyatt were very courteous and professional.
