They made it very fast and easy on my purchase. I came from over an hr away. They made it worth the drive. Also Gunner may be their best salesman. I purchased 05 pontiac vibe.

Update: after owning the jeep for several months, some issues have to come to light with the Jeep that weren t detectable from one test drive. I fully believe the staff knew about these issues and did not share them with me. I have now had to spend several thousand dollars to fix these issues. I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership anymore.Excellent service. I found the vehicle online but couldn t get there for 2 weeks. They held the vehicle for me until I could get up there and drive it. We made a deal once I got there and I couldn t be happier. Highly recommend!

I searched and searched for a dealer and had no luck! Ron at champion is awesome . Not only did he get me approved but he got me approved for a truck I wanted! If your looking for a great car salesman that s not trying to pull one over on you , then go to champion and ask for RON. Highly recommend! Thanks Ron!!

Wonderful Customer Service!! Friendly Staff. If there was a 10 star button, they would get it! Curtis was the best car salesman I could've asked for! He was very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted! He got me in and out quickly, comparatively to other lots I've visited.Very patient and kind individual, will be coming back to him if I make another trade in I recommend this lot to anybody! Curtis is the man!

I have to say Tim was awesome! Shannon was great also. Both worked really hard at getting me into a car. They are really friendly and professional! Great prices! On a side note Gunner was the dog ever! Thanks guys for all your hard work it's a huge step for me and I couldn't have done it with out your help!

Thanks to all the guys @ Champion Preferred Auto!! Scott, Tim & Shannon was professional and awesome to work with, they were very helpful when it came to working with my schedule and not being a local resident. Scott handled all the paperwork and called me once finished to come drive her home! I am the proud new owner of a absolute gorgeous Mercedes Benz GLA 250. I spent a whole day going to multiple car dealerships, and I don't think I was ever disrespected as much until I went to Champion. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and what number I wanted to walk out with, and they couldn't match what I wanted (which is fine). The weird part was that they didn't want me leaving the premises. I sat in my car and talked over my options with family and friends to humor them, but still decided that it wasn't a good fit for me. As I was trying to leave, I was stopped and the dealer offered to give me money from his own paycheck if I bought the car? The next day, I got multiple calls from them and gave me inconsistent numbers with what I was told the previous day. I was pushed so hard on the phone that I told them I would buy it and offered to put down a deposit, but I had such a bad feeling (not about the car) that I backed out less than two hours later. Since I left the lot, I've been getting calls left and right from them for over a month, no matter how many times I block the new number they call from, and even though I've told them I went with another car. I feel I made the right choice in not buying from Champion, and I think it's highly unprofessonal the way they conduct buisness.
