Beyond grateful. When arrived I met Chris Raynor. He was extremely kind, understanding, took his time on finding the best car for me and price wise. Very much worth my first purchase on my credit. This man went hard for me, and I totally appreciated everything he did. We spent a few hours together and he was nothing but kind and driven to find me something for what I needed. Definitely recommend to others, especially first time buyers like myself! very friendly and professional staff and setting. Thank you all.

I bought a Rio back in 2020 everything was perfect back then. I went back in 2024 traded it in on a 2024 Forte. Derrick Miller was very helpful, super nice,answered all our questions,introduced us to everyone setup our first oil change with service. Everything was perfect again.Would highly recommend to buy there. Thanks again

My salesperson was great, the only thing he did wrong was schedule my oil change for a Wednesday when I could only do Saturday.Got to service early, was told my car would be ready 1130a. That came and went.I texted my service person no answer back.Finally, my car was ready. 1215p but it sat there because no one was there to check me out . Meanwhile I had a another appointment at 1p.Finally, I was checked out and was told my service person was busy because someone couldn't pay their bill.You washed my car but it was a horrendous job. See pictures, look at the pictures of the spots on the car.This is not the way to run a service department.

This was the most most difficult lease to own experience in my opinion. In the beginning told it wouldn t take that long because I m just dealing with finance. Then they send a salesman to try and get me to look at a different car to lease. I had to start being as straight forward because I just wanted to buy my car and go. When leasing the car I was told don t worry about mileage. I go to buy my car and now the mileage matters. I am given the run around about why my car cost the same even though it has been devalued then I was told I would receive emails. It takes weeks to receive emails. My information was mixed in with a bunch of different information that was not mine. I kept staying on top of getting these emails to sign because Kia already took an additional payment from my lease! It was the worst long drawn out process I have ever had. In general the people were nice. But I won t be buying/ leasing from Kia again after this.

2024 Kia sorento : Warning!!!! Don t buy anything from here!!! My family drove two hours to buy a car for the car town Kia price = CTKP of $43,585 they came out with 51,000 and some odd dollars !! But after reading the other reviews it has happened before. Salesperson: DJ I have never seen anything like this in my life ended up buying same car same everything at Hernnsteins in Chillicothe Ohio. If I could put no star I would ve it was ridiculous and terrible customer service !! My husband needs a truck, my daughter needs a car .. it pays to be honest !!! I've spent over 10 months trying to get Kia to address and fix my serious oil consumption issues with my 2016 Kia Optima. My Optima burns over 2 quarts of oil in less than 1,000 miles driven and I'm spending $40 a month or more to put oil in my car. I also spent $750 to have combustion chamber cleaning on the engine and that did absolutely nothing. The service department even told me it probably wouldn't fix my problem and it didn't. Cylinder #4 experienced misfires causing me to take it to Kia service department and oil was found inside the cylinder. Another $300 spent and nothing corrected my oil consumption issues. The service department is very candid and will tell you that basically Kia will not address this serious consumer issue (and believe me this problem is very widespread) until the engine blows up. Not a comforting thought. I do have one positive to mention and that has been Sophia Dixon my customer service rep. that I have been dealing with. She is caring and understands and tries to help my situation. However, nothing has still been addressed and I have made my mind up that I will never, and I mean never, buy a Kia again. I do hope Kia will take this post seriously and the many other consumers who are dealing with this problem as well.

This is absolutely the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They work on their own free time to help complete the process. Christopher Michael is an all star employee with a great attitude and work ethic that is without comparison. If you want a vehicle come to these guys first. Trust me!

I checked in with Anthony at my scheduled appointment time. Said they could shuttle me over to Sam's club, but forgot and left me in waiting room. I verified with Anthony that he had the correct phone#to call me when finished, yet my husband received texts and call during his work day! I did get to Sam's and the shuttle driver was very nice and prompt. 90 min overall for service maintenance

Previously I had excellent experiences, and my last experience started out poorly. I had leased an EV 6 and was not satisfied. However, this week I was contacted by the dealership who worked to get me a Tesla I had been trying to purchase previously. They worked to get me out of the lease I was unsatisfied with and got me into a dream car. After this, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and look forward to working with them again when it s time for my next purchase!

I had the pleasure of working with Payton Hale as my service writer. She got me in promptly and sent recommendations to me on my vehicle. She greeted me at pickup and already had my vehicle pulled up. She was kind, courteous and respectful of my time. Highly recommend taking your Kia to her for service!!

The service department is terrible! Spoke with them about a known issue with 2016 Kia Sorento engine going into "limp mode". I know it's a known issue bc I have the tech bulletin on the issue. First never able to talk to a human!! Then after scheduling on a Saturday my only available time, I was told there's nothing that they could do to help me. The car is in severe risk on breaking down on the side of the road. We'll if you feel it's unsafe to drive don't drive it says the smart sassy attitude Mr. Collinsworth!! Never have I been treated so rudely in my life! Frankly just a complete lack of interest in me as a customer or the product! My car only has 65,000 and it's paid for. What is a disabled veteran like myself suppose to do when my car breaks down due to KIA DEFECTIVE ENGINE? PUSH MY WHEELCHAIR UNTIL I GET HOME!! UNACCEPTABLE!

He will help you through the process step by step and doesn t make you feel pressured to make any decisions. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly to help with any concerns you may have. I really appreciate chris for his kindness with an excellent customer care and professionalism,i had an appointment but not found in their system after my advisor Christ found out my car's problem he let me checked in quick and work on my car!after job done I get my car back washed and cleaned..THIS IS WHAT WE CALL CUSTOMER CARE!! Edit: I initiallly rated 2 stars, but have switched to 1. I just checked my car and I have no washer fluid even though the paperwork shows that all of my fluids were topped off and marked green. Another example of this place not checking everything on your car and not even doing the bare minimum. There is also no point in going back after you have evidence that they didn t do their job because you ll just be met with a bad attitude from staff.When service advisor Michael worked there, I would rate it 5 stars. Now I rate it 2 because the service has gone down hill. 2 out of the past 3 times I went, I specifically asked for no car wash and it got washed both times anyway. They ve made it clear that they are not checking everything on the car. The sheet they gave me marked everything off as being perfect and I showed the advisors and proved there were things that shouldn t have been marked off. Nothing changed and this is the second time that has happened. I made an appointment and sat there for an hour before my car was even checked so I m not sure what the point of an appointment even is anymore. I only go back because I can t switch my warranty to another dealership.

I love KIA but I do not love it when I make an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 11:00 and I don t have my car until after 1:00. Why make an appointment if you re going to sit there for 2+ hours? This is why we left Honda because the servicing of vehicles became untenable.

I came in to CarTown Kia to look at the new Soul s. I decided I didn t want that high of a payment and my wonderful car sales woman showed a 2020 and I fell in love. Jessica was great! Down to earth. Very helpful and informative. She helped with the whole process. If you need a car go see Jessica. She is amazing. I lived working with her.

As a single woman, I was afraid of going to a repair shop based on being taken advantage of in the past. Car Town Kia surprised me! I was treated very kindly the whole time. I felt that they were very honest on what was needed and what wasn't. Plus, it didn't cost me an arm and leg for the repairs. It was very affordable! I will most definitely be back for any future maintenance on my Kia Sportage.

I m very disappointed in KIA right now. I m a long time customer, and I ve referred several people and that apparently means nothing. My Sorento needs major engine repairs. Repairs that should not be needed for a vehicle with 113k miles. The people in service were friendly, but not thorough. In addition to a diagnostic appointment, I was assured they would address the recalls on my car. They have given me zero indication that the recalls have been fixed. Also, the estimate given to me for repairs wasn t even a formal document. It was hand written and highlighted in marker. I expect way more from a dealership. If you expect me to shell out $4500 in repairs, the least you can do is give me a formal estimate. Furthermore, since the initial diagnostic appointment three days ago, I ve been trying to reach the general manager (who sold me the car). I ve called multiple times a day. Despite me leaving several messages, he has yet to return my call to discuss potential options with trade-in, etc. Im stuck with a car that I m still making a payment on and it s not drive-able. I haven t been able to drive the car in months, their service center is that backed up. I was told we have 20 cars sitting here with 60k miles that ALL need new engines. I d think long and hard before dealing with Cartown KIA. You re just a number there, and quality customer service is out the window. Maybe JP Hunt (general manager and the one who sold me this car) will read this review and finally decide to return my call. In the meantime, my family is down one vehicle with no resolution in sight. I have other complaints, but I ll save them for another occasion. BUYER BEWARE!!

Payton was my advisor today and she us AMAZING!! She kept me up to date on what was going on the whole time. She met me at the door as soon as I pulled in. She was just a great person all the way around. The service department was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

My service advisor Mike was wonderful as well as the other staff. They offered shuttle service to Starbucks and a free car wash. My service was completed within 2 hours. Will definitely return.

I would like to give this a higher rating because of my salesperson, but my experience with this dealership and Kia has been atrocious.I bought a new Kia Telluride at the beginning of November. I had it for three weeks and now it's been in the shop for three weeks with NO diagnosis. The engine is running rough and the front suspension is loose (I can feel it through the gas peddle).At this point, they are needing to run new tests without telling me what is happening. I am the one who has to constantly call for an update - each and every day. They either don't respond or say, "A techie will look at it." Then NO follow up. I paid my hard earned money for this car and they clearly don't care.The head of the service department, Zack (and Anthony) have been no help and said "Well, you will probably get a new engine out of this, so isn't that great?". NO. That is NOT great. It's a BRAND new car! And you haven't even addressed the poor suspension.I have been asking for management to check in, with no success. The salesperson said he is going to connect me with the GM, but that was last week. No word. And I even followed up. Once again, I had to follow up with them. Very poor customer service.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY A KIA.This experience has taken the joy out of owning a new car.

I've been getting my oil changed here for 4 years after getting my Rio. Recent appointments have been taking 2 hours instead of taking 45 minutes like they used to. Customer service has went downhill. There seems to be a high turnover rate as there are always new employees. They're impossible to get ahold of over the phone. The service prices have also increased significantly. I will not be going to Kia for service anymore.
