Absolutely will do business with this company again if the situation ever happens again. They kept an open line of communication with me keeping me updated on how the repairs were coming along on my car. Pretty fast service to. I highly recommend this business!

I can't express enough how grateful I am to Caliber Collision, and specifically to Justin, for their exceptional service. After my recent accident, I dreaded dealing with another collision company that would simply tell me what needed to be done, without considering my own needs and concerns. I can t sing enough praises about this place! Amazing customer service, Justin and Brandon kept me informed every step of the way. They re honest and reliable. They went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was safe for our family of 6. We will only take our vehicles to them in the future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

After the unfortunate accident, I was feeling lost and unsure about the next steps to take. However, Caliber Collision came to my rescue and their expertise was nothing short of amazing. They guided me through every single step, ensuring that all the necessary insurance matters were taken care of. I must mention that Justin, with his exceptional communication skills, was a true gem to converse with. He addressed all my concerns, soothing my fears and worries. To my surprise, I received my car back in a remarkably shorter time than anticipated. I am truly grateful for their outstanding service and support during this challenging time.

Don t wait more than an hour and if staff hasn t checked on you, immediately ask for the manager.I have mixed feelings about Caliber: my car is not fixed, their communication was terrible and customer service was unacceptable. Lex location informed me that pick up for my car could be adjusted as I travel for work and could pick up first thing Monday. Come Monday at 730, my car was still at the shop in Nicholasville and not the original shop in Lex and hadn t been planned to be picked up until the afternoon. This is unacceptable when I was informed by the Nich shop that my car would be in Lex Friday evening for a Monday morning pick up. I arrived first thing Monday morning at 730am for pickup in Lex and was not informed until 930am that my car would be towed over with a pick up time at 1130am (mind you, I called the Nich shop to get an update as no one could provide me with information at the Lex location). Towing services did not pick up my car until noon and my car did not arrive until 130. Additionally, when I had communicated this to the front desk staff member within the first hour of waiting, I was give a nonchalant, nonapologetic passive sorry as if to say they were not responsible for this and the buck was being passed. I was not given any options in terms of being transported over to Nich or even a voucher for a ride share option. I was under limited resources on having an available ride, I was left alone the entire time at Lex and not checked on while waiting in the open waiting room where staff members walked through and I was the one who had to call to get updates as no one was updating me. After 5.5 hours of waiting, the Lex manager comes out to inform me that he was just told of my waiting period. I appreciate the manager coming to talk to me and can understand that someone can t do something unless they know, but there needs to be some serious customer service training completed on the rest of the office staff as NO ONE should wait more than an hour in a waiting room EVER without any updates or acknowledgement. To have wasted over 5hrs for my car to be transported and another 2hrs to be inspected and no communication or opportunity to fix the situation in the beginning is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. After 7ish hours waiting, the manager came to inform me that the car was not fixed and it would be a few more days longer. Thankfully, the Lex manager was pleasant enough to have one of his staff members drop me off to home. Once home, I called the Nich manager to find out that my car was not ready for pick up and I should ve never been told that on Friday. I am thankful for the manager at Lex for correcting what he could have, but the lack of preparation, communication, resources and customer service to fix the problem is beyond unprofessional, not even to mention the frustration I feel in the time lost, paycheck lost from work and gas money to travel back and forth.The next week when I was able to pick up my car, I inspected my car with one of the reps in Lex but it was quick and not thorough. When I went to my errand, I took time to inspect more and noticed that the pieces were not connected together and my seals were already peeling. I took my car back to the Lex shop and the rep gave a nonchalant, it will be ok. With me traveling for work, I do not want to risk any leaks. I called the Lex manager and he helped me to set up availability to get my car fixed at my next work location. There I was told that the person slammed the plastic pieces together which broke the pieces on the inside. This location was ready to fix my car and provide a rental however, now it s an issue of shipping due to the strikes.If complete satisfaction isn t just a goal, it s what drives you, then I can guarantee that I am not satisfied.I debated on submitting this after the Managers from Lex and out of state (Shane, Greg and Al) did what they could do but I still feel responsible as customers should be aware of limiting their waiting period and their poor customer service seriously needs to be addressed.

Update . I had an issue with a screw in my back tires . The store manger and area manger replaced my tires and exhibited top notch customer service . I m very pleased with how they handled my situation .

My experience at Caliber Collision on Wilson Dr. was A+. Alex and the other staff members were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They communicated regularly throughout the entire process. I ve literally never had a better car repair experience. I was recently in an accident that caused damage to the front end and front fenders / doors of my vehicle. The staff at Caliber was great. They kept me informed of the progress and expected completion date, at least every other day. They would either call or text or both, depending on the issue. They also work with a lot of major insurance companies, and mine was one of those. They have a nice, clean facility. Alex and Christy were always respectful and on top of things and treat you like family.I have already referred people to this Caliber location. They are the BEST!Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I hit a deer in my new (to me) truck after only three weeks of owning. Alex and the team at Caliber Collision were extremely helpful and did amazing work. Alex called me weekly with updates, and as it neared completion, he called me twice a week to give me updates. I could not have asked for better results. The truck looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work. Great team, great communication, and great work overall

This facility knows the definition of customer service. Alex was wonderful about communicating what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. The entire process was fast and handled professionally. I highly recommend Caliber.

After I wrecked my van I brought it here and they did an amazing job. It looked brand new! Very professional and Ben detailed it better than the detail shop I ve taken it to in the past. It s rare that I trust an auto repair place. This body shop made my hail-damaged Corolla look brand new again. They impressed me by wanting the work done right because that s their reputation.When my car was ready for pick up, the manager found a place that still needed work (even though I didn t see it). They made it right - even though they could have let it go.I hope I never have to need a body shop again, but I d return here without question.
