Caliber is a really good company. The ladies in the front office and management were very responsive, professional, and are very knowledgeable. It did not take very long for my SUV to be fixed and it looks just like new. I'm very pleased with their work. I would definitely take my car back in the future.

Claiber was very professional in how they handled my repair situation. Through no fault of their own, my repair was delayed by difficulty in receiving parts to complete the repair. Jessica called me frequently to keep me updated, and was very professional in how she handled the situation on behalf of Caliber. I have been very satisfied with my car and how it has performed since I picked it up, and I definitely recommend this Caliber Collision location.

This company goes above and beyond on their offered services, definitely a recommendation for anyone looking to get some work done on their vehicle. Customer service was absolutely amazing! I knew any and everything going on with my vehicle every step along the way due to excellent communication. My collision specialist, Alex was amazing throughout the duration of my vehicles repair. My vehicle vs a deer I was devastated as my car is newer to me. Alex was informative and walked me through the process, so there were no surprises and I was kept update about its progress. From estimate team to part ordering, paint shop, inspection, and re-calibration team and quality control. I was never left to wonder what was going on. My car was ready before estimated completion time, which I know may not happen all the time for everyone due to supply chain part ordering, but I was grateful. The price was fair and I would recommend caliber collision to anyone who needs vehicle repair. Thank you again, caliber and more so thank you again, Alex.

I ve had to take my vehicle back at least 4 times due to them not doing a good job with the pain or replacing damaged parts from an accident. There was overspray/paint drippings all over my vehicle, indentions from improper sanding, and paint is bubbling already. Management doesn t call me back and the lady at the front is very rude when I call to schedule a time for them to fix the issues. I also called about a current estimate and she was rude stating they don t work with State Farm even though payment would be handled by myself not State Farm.

Recently, I took my Durango to Caliber to repair/replace my lower front bumper and grill. They really did a beautiful job, and they kept me well-informed throughout the process. I was concerned about the length of time it could take (in the case of shipping delays, availability of parts, etc.), but it was all completed in about a week. I would definitely take my car back to them--though I hope I won't have a need for a collision repair for quite a while!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It has been a while, but when this was Fortune Auto body, we took our car there. It was hit on drivers side. Rear door had to be replaced, the rear quarter panel also should have been. I did body work professionally for a lot of years at a body shop. The guy there said they would use body filler to repair rear quarter panel. . I told him we did not want to do that. It would rust later. He guaranteed me it would not, they do rust protection, we kind of became hesitant to leave there for repairs. Told us this big spew about ALL WORK had a lifetime warranty. if anything goes wrong, just bring back. Well guess what, the WHOLE side of the quarter panel over the wheel well is about to fall out, FROM RUST. A giant area. When we first noticed the rust, we called to get repaired. we were informed there was not lifetime rust warranty, by a guy who was extremely rude. They flat told us there was LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRS. BULL. It took me while to do review, as my wife said not to do. But They deserve it.June 6 2023. The owner replied back, about my review. Asking me to contact them about my issue. I did 2 times. Never heard back. I guess that shows they do not care about customers, or their quality of work. My wife wanted to keep this car, but rust is forcing us to sell. How sad.Service: Body & Trim

We had a superb experience working with this body shop to repair our 2020 Subaru Outback, which had been rear-ended on two occasions in an 8 day period. Our service advisor, Ryan, was excellent, working diligently with the two insurance companies involved to be sure the claims were paid. I had numerous text message exchanges with him and he was wonderful in keeping us informed as the repair was done, even though there were minor delays (not the fault of the shop) in securing two needed parts. The body tech working on the car was an older gentleman with a great deal of experience and he did a wonderful job, as did the paint tech and the electronics/ calibration tech. The shop did not mind when I stopped by (announced) on two occasions to check on the progress of the repair. We cannot tell that the car has been repaired. I would highly recommend this shop to others and would use them again should the need arise.Service: Body & Trim

Professional, courteous, and timely service provided with great expertise and attention to detail. Excellent repair...absolutely no evidence remains of the damage sustained by the accident. I also really appreciated the calls they made to update me on where they were with progress on the repair. Can't say enough about how positive it was working with Caliber Collision Nicholasville and how pleased I was with every part of the service and repair process from start to finish. I brought my car here for repairs after I was side swiped on 27. I am so impressed with the work! My car looks better than it did when I bought it. It was so easy to schedule the estimate and repairs and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely use Caliber in the future if I ever need work done on a vehicle in the future!Service: Body & Trim

I was so impressed with the customer service! The team here is so nice and attentive. My Jeep looks like it was never in a fender bender and the few little bumps we had during the process the employees made right quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy through the process. Caliber Collision and their great staff saved the day for me- I accidentally scratched my new car pretty badly while packing it for a move- I had a quote for $100 to have it buffed out elsewhere. Christopher and Ryan wiped it off using a compound at NO COST and right before they closed to boot. The whole staff from entrance to exit was so helpful and I am SO grateful to them for their kindness. Could not recommend enough- they will definitely go the extra mile for you and I will be back with any body work needs.Service: Body & Trim

without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. the insurance company handling and approving repairs refused to approve all required repairs or cover the entire rental car expense. Chris with Fortune made all required repairs at no charge to us. He certainly did not have to do this but felt it was the right thing to do. The integrity and professionalism of this group is first class!

After hitting an animal on the interstate I needed a bodyshop i trusted. I went to Caliber and they did not disappoint. Chris kept me up to date along the way and explained everything going on. Chris and the team are outstanding!!!! Enjoyable to talk to and they really go out of their way to make an otherwise negative (car repair) a positive experience!!!! I had a wonderful experience with these folks. They helped me get the insurance squared away with the person that hit me.
