From the moment the girl answered the phone to when I picked up my car, my experience with this business was exceptionally good! This is the first business I've had a good experience with since the pandemic started because Customer service is actually a goal for these guys, and it shows. Friendly people, great price on a full detail and the end product was very similar to driving my car off the lot brand new. They got 3 years worth of filth and chocolate milk stains out of my upholstery the same day I called after a local search. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you want your car to look new again, these are the people to trust.

Amazing job again on my buddies Mazda C-9 ! We bought it used n it was rough inside and out! Looked practically brand new after we picked it up from the shop! Appreciate the hard work n getting us scheduled so quickly! Be back with the other rides soon!

I took my car there to be detailed, inside and out, full wash, wax and clay bar, with full engine washing. I had just received this car from my best friend, he passed away and it was given to me in his will. Sadly the interior was in rough shape and needed a deep cleaning.I was first quoted 125, then they tacked on an extra 50 for the dog hair, then they tacked on another 100 for the supposed smell of "pet urine" in the car.Now, I have known this dog for 6 years, it has never once had an accident in the home or vehicle, it has held its bladder for over 24 hours before.While my best friend did not take care of himself, he took care of his dog like it was the most precious thing in the world, there was no urine in the car.Either way, I paid it.When I picked it up I noticed a few small spots but took their word things were good, the detailer told me he removed the back seat to clean under it and everything.At first glance, and due to the way it looked previously, it looked OK, we noticed a few things but figured it was not a big deal and left it at that.When I got it home I started going over it.I noticed busted glass in the trunk, so while it had been vacuumed, it was not done well. And this was sitting out in the open, not in a corner or anything.As I was checking the back seat I dropped my phone into the seat crack, so I reached back and found my phone, along with a massive amount of dog fur, papers and even the receipt and warranty for the new tires on the car.So clearly, they did not actually remove the back seat.Upon close inspection I found many small areas they missed but which would not be seen when picking up the vehicle (under seats and inside seat back pockets etc).I opened the hood, and that is when I saw the worst of it, they did not even bother to clean the engine. Clearly they had not even opened the hood. I have attached pictures of the underside of the hood the day I received the car back.They also did not actually claybar the vehicle. I am not entirely sure if they even washed it, as it still has a rough dirty feeling surface.I have spent the past week calling and trying to get anyone there to speak to me, each time it goes to some random ladies voicemail rather than the dealership.I have yet to receive a call back.I wanted to try and handle this privately, but apparently once they had my 275 they were done with me.They took advantage of a grieving person and then didn't bother to do the actual work.Overall, I cannot recommend them.They were nice, they were very great about things, but the work left a lot to be desired.I should have had an idea when I shut the door on their office and the door handle fell off and one guy said it happens all the time. That should have told me attention to detail was not their best skill.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I ve only come here to get my car washed and am very pleased each time I visit. The staff give you a very thorough cleaning. They take their time hand washing your car and vacuuming every crevice. Plus, they are super personable, respectful and make you feel welcome there. Reasonably priced as well for the quality of work. Definitely recommend to all.Service: Full body wash

I feel like they don't care if some spots need extra washing or polishing. Overall, I was not satisfied with the wash, my car had quite a few dirty spots that they missed.

This place is hands-down the best. After trapping two neighborhood cats to be neutered and released, I ended up with cat urine on the carpeting of my car. I called Supreme Auto & Detailing, and although they couldn't get my car in that day, they told me I could drop it off so they could leave it in their garage with the windows down for it to air out until the following day when they could work on it. I picked it up the next day and, knowing how difficult it is fully eliminate cat urine and the odor, Elijah told me if it didn't work the first time, to bring it back and he'd go over it again. Elijah and his team worked on it twice, and the scent is now completely gone. Awesome work, friendly service, and very fair prices. I'll definitely bring my car back here in the future - though hopefully not for the same reason.Services: Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

Long due on this review but when I took my 73 Mercury Montego the previous owner did not keep it clean and it was Years of dirt and who knows what. I brought it over and in a day they managed to clean out the car completely! It was like night and day. And for a good price. They did an awesome job, forgot their names but sometimes when I go to work they recognize my car and wave to me. Nice guys!

Great detailing service for a great price. I have a convertible and had water come in from rain. Did not catch the water damage till it had turned to mold. They detailed the entire inside of my vehicle, did a deodorizing, and mold treatment on my vehicle. It looks nicer now then it did the day I purchased it 5 years ago. And it smells nice and clean, no more mold. Service is great and price is great too. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Great service and a great price. Expect full interior/exterior detailing to take all day, and don't forget to tip! Trust me, they'll earn it.A quick tip based on some other reviews I've seen here: car detailing is not the same as car restoration. It's unreasonable to expect a terribly treated, or horribly rusted car to look like new with a detail. What you can expect is a CLEAN car with careful attention paid to the nooks and crannies, and smelling fresh as a daisy.Been here twice, will give a detail as a gift, and will definitely come back.

Another great job by these guysI I discovered them a couple of months ago when I had a stain in the back of my car. They did a great job so I returned for just a basic wash and again they delivered! Fast and friendly!!

I had a wonderful experience with this place. Called the day of to get my seats cleaned b/c I had spilled ketchup and wing sauce on them. They were able to get me right in and at a very affordable price compared to the other places I called. Got my stains right out and I was out of there in 30 min. They also vacuumed for me and I didn't even ask them to. I love a good family business!

Looking for a local company to support, I took it to Supreme.I've worked in body shops and have detailed cars on a professional level some years ago so, I know what to look for and expect.I took a car there that was by no means in perfect condition, but not too weary either. I did not expect a perfect car.He told me that it would be an extra $20 for "the condition of the floor mats"... there weren't any. And the floorboards were nothing terrible. No pet hair, heavy soil/mud etc. Just a normal type of vacuum was needed.The outside: The outside was clean, and they did a pretty good job on the wheels. They said they ran a polisher over it the body, which had little to zero effect on the most questionable surface imperfections. (swirl marks you would get from a few years of washing)The Interior:The interior looked about 90% vacuumed. Wiped down about the same. Some common things overlooked in the console area, and zero effort between the console and seats.The inside of the windshield was'cleaned" with a dirty rag and left a coating of streaks so bad, I had to pull over when the sun hit it the next morning to clean it, in order to be able to see comfortably. The inside of the sides and back glass, were untouched.The Engine Bay: Cleaning was needed, but it was left untouched.Perhaps the day's workload overcame them that day as he was referencing not having enough help.Suggestion to Supreme in that regard: I would be to not overschedule your day's inflow of customers to where your companies quality suffers, due to quantity you're trying to turn.Services: Full body wash, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

They cleaned my car inside after a having it a year & for $25 it looked brand new! They have very professional & friendly staff. I pointed out some very small things & for that cheap the one younger gentleman was working on it hard in the cold, in short sleeves... Posting this review now because I am looking for a new detail place in the spring. I visited last April and they asked that I drop my car off at 8 AM. I asked when I could pick it up, they said that the car should be ready around 1:30. When I called them since I hadn't been notified that the detail was finished, they said to come pick it up at 4. When I did, the car mats were still soaking wet and they advised me to lay them outside so they wouldn't mildew in the car. Definitely unprofessional and not what I expected/paid for.

I have heard nothing but great things about this business so I decided to give them a try. Not as good as when I've been there in the past. Saw some dirty spots in and outside of the vehicle on the windshield. Workers were late getting there I was one of the first appointment of the day. More interested in smoking and talking on the phone then getting the work done not to mention more interested in drinking their coffee. Very disappointed not sure if I will go back

I called and made an appointment and asked how much detailing on a Scion inside and out would be. They said $130. They did a good job but when I went to pick it up they had increased the price by $20 from what they said it would be. I realize that s not a significant amount but I really don t appreciate it. There wasn t a reason given other than the guy who gave me the quote gave the wrong price...

Amazing and fast service. Within 45 minutes my Ford Transit look like new again and all for $25. I had them vacuum the inside which was filled with sand and lord knows what else.

Great people and Fantastic work.I had my wife's 7 year old Dodge Nitro done for a full custom detail...$150.Vehicle looks like new.Engine detail. Interior and carpets cleaned and detailed . Chrome wheels polished . Tires blacked. Body polished. I am a picky detailer.They met the challenge. PERFECT.

Best place to get your car washed, detailed or waxed in greater Cincinnati. They do top notch work and at a reasonable price. Taken several cars there for the last 6+ years.

I was quoted over the phone $65 for an interior detail clean including shampooing and when I went to pick up the car they tried to charge me almost double that!! I am never going back here again. After calling around I would of been about to get a $65 cleaning at a number of other local places that probably would not of tried to rip me off.

They must have seen me coming. Out of the hundreds of reviews I have written for restaurants and services, this is the only single star review I've ever done. I paid $120 for what was supposed to be the best detail job they could do including steam cleaning my engine compartment. It looks like I paid them $120 to wipe a dirty rag over the inside and outside of my car. The instrument panel inside and dash are covered in muddy streaks. This is not what I paid to have happen. The engine compartment is filthy. They wiped the top of the engine with the same rag used for the dash I'm sure.

I drive Lyft, has a passenger vomit. They got it in within the hour and cleaned in under an hour. Fantastic service, fantastic price, GO HERE IF YOU NEED A DETAIL!!!!

Small shop on the corner, that can be a little difficult to get in and out of with all the cars. All those cars are there for a reason, these are nice people that do really nice work and a fair price.This is the only place my I will take my cars.
