This place and these people are a blessing! I was dropped off by a wrecking company very early in the morning before the shop was open. While it was very cold and very early in the morning, a shop representative called me Before! The shop opened ro check on my well being! When I finally got to the shop and was able get access to my belongings from the vehicle, the manager on duty allowed me to keep my thinks safe and warm inside while I left to handle some personal business. The shop is very easy to find! Great location and amazing staff! To make things even better, there was a DOG! This K9 employee emediatly made me feel Safe, Calm, and Sacure while I was able to handle some scary and unexpected car troubles. Thank you so much for the amazing! Support I recived and can not wait till my next appointment because I know the work will be trusted! The people are amazing! Thank you.

Our business been a customer, took my personal sienna van to get the brakes bled and I had VSC and TRAC off signs on. Autozone scanner showed a o2 sensor needs replacement but they told me at John Nolan that their tools are better and I need brakes changed and rotors. They quoted me around 1500$ but then Nolan took it down to 800$ich. After job was done I Took the car and while I was driving I noticed the speedometer was acting up and I was driving 20 miles and it was showing 60 miles. I then noticed that some covers where missing inside the speedometer. So I went back and asked them about this issue because it never happened they said someone opened this before. I said yes someone from your mechanics surely did. They all denied it. I asked Noah to see the cameras, he said he saw and nothing was shown that his people did it. After I parked it at home and when I opened the speedometer by myself I saw that someone broke the lights with a screw driver so they never come on again. And I thought they fixed the lights but instead they broke the lights and that missed up with the motherboard of the speedometer that s why the speed was acting up.What is really sad is that I could have done all that by myself but I trusted Nolan and I wanted to save my time and get it done by professionals who know their craft. As sad as it can get I would never step a foot again at their shop. Even if the one who did it was a bad apple, not taking responsibility and denying is even a worse action.I hope who did it can learn to be better human being before being a mechanic.

Great place to go to get auto repair. I have gone there for my last 5-6 oil changes and have nothing bad to say about their service. I had a center cap come off after a tire rotation done there, call and told them about it and with no hesitation my center cap was replaced. Love great customer service and that's what I have received from this place.

Took my car there to get the radio replaced when carvana couldn't find a replacement, John Noland did. I go there now for oil changes. They always honor the Groupon price (with visual representation). Friendly service that fits my timely schedule.

On 11/17/2023 they gave us back an unfixed Camaro with an additional problem that didn't previously exist & said it needed to burp from what was supposed to be fixed(the heat) but wasn't. Good mechanics should know not to take your money & send back a broken car. I drove back here on 11/27/2023 (still cold) & made another morning appointment. On a day, they specifically said it was not going to be busy (11/29/2023). John Nolan kept my car ALL DAY, and NOT ONE PERSON called to say NOTHING. I went back after 5p to ask about my vehicle (I see it was still on the lift). The guy tells me the obvious (it's still on the lift). Really?!?! He then states they needed to remove the new part they just put in to replace it with another part because this one isn't working for my car (This, imo tells me they tried to put something cheap in & thought it would pass, not) and now, to add insult, to what is now an injury, my car wouldn't be ready until the following day when the part arrives Then, after it's somewhat fixed (the heat), they inform us that the Camaro would need to be sourced out for further fixing (should have initially said this, but that piece wasn't broke when they received the Maro) In my opinion.. they didn't know what they were doing from the beginning & their customer service is absolutely without a shadow of doubt, straight up terrible. No, I would not recommend this place.

John Nolan is officially my mechanic shop. It's the only place I'll go to for my car. They are professionals with great customer service and you don't ever walk away feeling like you got scammed. This was a return visit for squeeky brakes. They replaced front and back brakes. The tech states could not hear squeak and that it was just being worn in. I left no squeak until got almost home. Customer service guy was friendly but heard him complanning of work load for 5 hours i was in waiting area. Also com0laining about original tech that completed brakes. Gave me no confidences in there work. Request about the other issue for the die test being done. Asked guy to check the warranty see if covered and his responce to busy could not. Would not recommend this service place to anyone. Ill get my brakes looked at some where else and not go back as they could not fix brakes and not do what is requested of themServices: Auto brake repair, Air conditioning

They had my car 5 months doing a engine replacement! When I got the car back it had the check engine light on but they suggested I take it and bring it back at a later date but after I had the car 3 weeks the engine caught fire on the highway with my 8 yr old and my 15 year old in it and we were fortunate to get out with out and injuries.. I called John Nolan and they tell me they re not liable buyout I still had a warranty on it and my insurance company won t cover the internal damages of that sort so I m out of a car now .. no accountability for them whatsoever I thought they were reputableServices: Auto battery replacement, Engine repair

I never had a bad experience here until about 1 week ago. I brought in a used car that I had recently purchased because it was stalling at red lights. I noted that the ETC light came on when it stalled. I obviously agreed to have a diagnostic run for $100 and the only thing they noted was an ABS sensor needed to be replaced. Great, but that's not the main reason why I took it in. It was still stalling after that was replaced. I brought it back in, they said they would need another diagnostic (I wasn't charged for that although they initially said I would be). They said there were no issues after driving it over 15 miles. I picked it up, and it was still stalling at red lights. I didn't bring it back in after that. Took it to Midas on US 27 and they had it fixed in 1 day. Turned out to be an issue with the EGR valve tube. I will never deal with Nolan again.

We had vehicle issues while we were doing a campus tour at University of Cincinnati. The business was recommended by Pompilinos Restaurant. The staff thoroughly looked over our vehicle even though they were swamped and it was getting close to closing time. I would give them no stars if available. Customer service is absolutely horrible and talk to you like garbage and an inconvenience. I had a scheduled appointment amd as soon as I walked In they told me they didn't have time and would have to wait or make new appointment. When I stayed and waited they finally started my appointment this is the third time I've been there for this issue. Amd got stranded numerous times because of terrible electrical work. Which was verified by the service center I took It to next. As he complete re did all there work while he sat and talked to me and showed me, said he couldn't belive my vehicle hadn't caught fire or started at all ever. Also keep in mind I was stranded in there parking lot with hood up after they said they fixed the problem. Then when went in and said it still wouldn't start said sorry we closed out your appointment will have to make another one. And continued about there day while I tried to wiggle wires connected and disconnected battery for 30 min not once coming out to help me. This is there shotty work to begin with. Finally got it running and took it to savior 4x4 audio and they fixed the problem in 20 min. Shame on John Nolan may you receive the same treatment as you gave me what goes around comes around.

I called as a new customer and asked if they take walk ins for oil change or how they work and he laughed at me and said no. I brushed it off and asked to set up an appointment he asked my name and address. Out of habit I started spelling my street name and starts spelling it with me and says he has a college degree he doesn't need me to spell it out for him. But it was his tone when he said it. I'm sure he'll be fine without my business anyway.

Took my sons car up for a diagnostic check. The customer service by the assistant manager is beyond horrible!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone if they don t treat their customer good you definitely the service for your car will be just the same

brought the gf s car here to check out the front end ended up diagnosing cv axle, lower control arm while somehow completely missing the silver dollar-sized rotted out hole in the frame right where the control arm mounts, a massive safety hazard. and then had the nerve to quote $300 to replace an air intake hose, an $18 part that comes out with two screws, probably the easiest part on the whole car to get to. if you care about your own safety and wellbeing, as well as that of your wallet, take your vehicle somewhere else.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I took my car in for replacement of my coolant reservoir and for some reason the emergency brake was stuck and they couldn t move the car no one called me about this. It took almost two weeks before they worked on the reservoir than when I called they said that the car was ready but didn t tell me the car wouldn t move because one put the emergency brake on and it was stuck until I got there to pick up the car so the car wouldn t move, he should ve called and told me that before I called him than he said they needed to do a diagnostic and it would take about three hours and cost 125.00 hr that they had already did one hour of diagnostic which would be 500 dollars just to see what was wrong with the car. I told them that wasn t what I bought the car in for ,he said real smart well you can take it somewhere else and I told him that it I wanted to take it somewhere else I wouldn t have bought it there.Just a bad experience the tickets were wrong concerning the vehicle ,just a bad experience I won t use their service againService: Auto A/C replacement

I went there today for an oil change, they were courteous and quick, I really enjoyed being there, never once felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. Furthermore I witnessed another customer come in requesting a service, and when they realized that performing the service would be of no benefit to her, they were honest with her about it rather than taking her money. They also told me that for an approximate 35% increase in the labor rate, they may allow customers to provide their own parts. I don't know of any other shops that would ever let you do that that these days, and with the way car parts prices are increasing by 100% to 200% over pre-pandemic prices, that may be the only way someone can afford a repair service. Overall I am very happy with my experience and I will probably go back there again for future work.

I wasn t sure if I needed a new tire or just patch up the one I had. There was a screw on my tire. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and came outside with me to see what was going on with my tire. I asked if I needed to make an appointment for tomorrow and I could walk to work and pick it up at 3pm. But Carlos said he could repaired it and I was in and out in 30 mins, which is great for a walk in. The price was not even half of what a new tire would have cost me. It was great!Service: Tires

I highly recommend John Nolan to anyone looking for an excellent, trustworthy, client-oriented auto shop. Multiple times now the staff their have gone above and beyond for me- a person who knows almost nothing about cars- and I trust them to take care of my car at a fair price. Overall, great service and I will be a loyal customer for years because of it.
