Service was immaculate, ended up getting a flat about an hour and a half before the store closed. Called in and asked about getting service that day, John over the phone was very quick and easy to talk too. Once I got to the store I was met with the same energy, John was very personable and treated every customer that came into the store with urgency to help them with their needs. I was able to get in and out before close. Definitely a very knowledgeable group at this location. Will be back if I have any Tire/Wheel needs!

The guys at Firestone in Newport are awesome. Super knowledgeable about their craft, friendly and were crazy quick to get my new wheels and tires installed. Highly recommend and will be back to get my summer setup put on.

The only place I go for my car! Prices are always fair, and the staff is always super nice! I went in to get a headlight replaced they told me it would be an hour, but I was not even there 5 minutes before they said I was good to go. I recommend them to everyone!

I ve only been here a handful of times, and they have always been good to me each time, but this last time John made me a customer for life! My Sante Fe was a total wreck and I was stressed out all week over it, John helped comfort the stress with comedy, charm and keeping me completely informed and explaining everything in an easy to understand way. Every issue I face in the future, Firestone in Newport has my business for!

I had John help me at the front desk, kept me updated with the whole process, was nothing but great. A very funny guy, and I highly recommend coming here and talking to him if you need anything done. He will get it done in no time. No issues with service. 5/5

I just recommended Firestone and this location to a friend today! I think Chris(?) at the front desk is excellent- Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and will continue to. Can't say enough great things about this location in particular.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!Store/shift manager and front desk service writer were both very condescending and tried to tell me that I needed additional work done that was definitely not needed, quoted me an extremely high price for repairs and parts that was beyond anything reasonable.Update: Because I ve been going to this location for over 20 years and this being my first bad experience and noticed that the current staff doesn t do what they have always done I figured that I ought to check over my truck. All 4 tires were at different pressures (38,44,30,36), no mention of my remaining tread depth on each which they normally do, and no mention of this torn cv axle boot. If Mark, Cy, or Jeff were still running this location I feel certain that this would not be an issue.

These guys take care of people.I am from out of town and had a tire issue. They were jammed for the rest of the day, but Hibachi, the tech, who was just leaving his shift, decided to stay and take care of my tire. That is the definition of going above & beyond.They didn't have my tire, but the service manager helped me locate a shop who got me a replacement next morning. He too went above & beyond taking care of people who walks into their shopI VERY much appreciate all you guys have done to get me back on the road. A solid team

My check engine light came on when I was out of town. So I stopped at this Firestone they were not able to fix the issue but told me it'll be a dealer repair. Service and diagnosis were fast.

Went to Firestone a couple days ago , about changing my spark plugs , they said they need to run a test before I get anything done to my car, I asked what the outcome price would be, they said 1000$ and they might not charge me for a diagnostic, test , I went somewhere else and I m only getting charged 70$ , Firestone, just saved tones of money!!!

I have been to two Firestones and they were like night and day. This store treated me with respect, explained the maintenance, and preformed competently even though they were quite busy and I had made the appointment that morning. Definitely would go here for future auto services. Oil change, full inspection, and TPMS replacement.

People take the time to complain- but never to praise. I ve been taking my car to Firestone on Carothers Road for the past 9 years & there s a reason I continue to do so. Jeff s customer service is TOP NOTCH. Also ~ They won t try to sell you unnecessary services ~ but they will actually SAVE you money!!I ve never had to show a coupon, because guess what - they find them for you & it s already been applied.I ve never had a company SAVE MONEY FOR ME, and that s something I can get behind! I tend to put things off & call at the last moment and expect miracles lol. Guess what- they try their best to accommodate that!! They ve always worked me in on a moment s notice and get my car back to me in a timely fashion.On This visit I received an oil change and had exhaust work done. I get my tires from here bc of the warranty that comes with them- it s the best around. They take care of their customers, Thanks again Firestone in Newport- we appreciate you!!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Make sure the service writer shows you a receipt before you pay - I had two tires put on and their service writer tried to charge me for new tpms sensors and installation on a car without tpms. When I asked for the bill before I paid they outright refused and I had to ask if they did x if they did y etc

Store needs a manager who wants business! Stopped in my fiance had a slow leak front right passenger tire. The young man we close in another 20 minutes. As in we don't have time !! As you can see in the picture of one of the tires. Next day went to tire Discounters and had all 4 tires replaced. As the saying goes treat a potential customers with respect and you can earn their business.

My visit was quick and efficient. I had got a flat and fixed it with some sealant (big no no), so I had to get at least one new tire. Ultimately, I needed four new tires. I got four new tires and an oil change. My appointment was at 5 and they pulled my car in within five minutes of my appointment time. I was done by 6:45. I really like the Newport location. I always feel like I'm getting quality work done. Plus it's also nice to see a familiar face. The guy at the counter has been there for so many years. This is a great place to get your car serviced.

I had a non-emergency tow situation. My tire went flat in my driveway, and I was trying to get a same day fix. I was told that despite being booked, they'd be able to squeeze me in. They didn't. At about 10 'til closing, I called them to check on the status of my car and they said it would have to wait until the next day but it was first in line to be looked at. They open at 8 a.m. and, after not hearing from them at 12:30, I called to see what was going on and they still hadn't even looked at my car. Since they hadn't looked at it yet, I asked if they'd be able to diagnose a sound my car was making. I figured I might as well have them check it out. And I was told the charge for trying to figure out what the sound is would be $100...plus repair costs. Most places will waive that fee if you get the problem fixed with them.Almost 21 hours after they said my car would be ready, it finally was.The work was fine but I still wish I could give this place zero stars for wasting so much of my time. Would not recommend at all.

Thank you Jeff B. and the mechanics who worked on my car Saturday. I wanted a new set of tires and some other work done. I called my usual shop and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before they could get me in. On Friday I called a shop close to my house and set an appointment for the next morning. They didn't have the tires that they promised they'd have waiting to be put on my car. I called Jeff @ Firestone for an appointment. I expected it to be a few days or a week before they could get to me. To my surprise Jeff told me to bring my car in now and he'd guarantee that it would be done before they closed that evening.His word was gold. The work was done and done right. His mechanics even caught and fixed something my old shop messed up the last time they had my car.I was very impressed that Jeff and his crew were able to work me into their schedule and get the work done on such short notice.Thanks again Jeff. Thanks Firestone. You are now my primary repair shop.

At the Covington Firestone called ahead made an appointment for noon. Dropped my car off for 4 new tires they said it would be ready in 2 hours. Did not hear from them went back up 3 1/2 hours later car had never been moved. Said they had the lift tied up. Ok I know things happen but not even a phone call. Sorry but I won't be back.
