If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they quote me over $1,000 for my brakes and rotors when it doesn t even cost that at the store. My brakes and rotors are less then $400 from autozone. Btw same place they order their parts from. But they also broke my lugnut and stud. And told me that they didn t notice it until they put my tire back on. Which if the lugnut and stud were broken they would not of been able to get my tire off. While spending way more money now into fixing their screw up for my lugnut and stud to be taken out and then replaced. My rim has also been damaged by them. I ve also heard they have told other customers that their calibers have adjusted which is not a thing. They do not adjust they seize up if anything. This place is an absolute joke. Beware for price gouging you and false information. Another thing I was told is that my rotor was warped. Confirmed with another shop they are not warped. This place is a straight scam.

I stopped in as a recommendation from the Toyota dealer I get the rear brakes changed. They did a complete inspection on all brakes. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable definitely will go back there again. Ended up getting the rear brakes changed very reasonable price will be back when it's time for my fronts to be changed. In and our including inspection 1 hour and a half or a touch less.

I got a quote from somebody down the street for almost twice as much because it was their store policy to replace the rotors regardless of whether or not it was needed. Nathan at brakes for less was super helpful and got me in quickly. I would definitely recommend brakes for less and Newport.

Just got my brakes changed and I can definitely feel a difference. It was costly but still cheaper than the other places that quoted me. They were quick and efficient. Great customer service as well!

I was very pleased with this business. I was feeling a difference in my cars braking power so I took it in for evaluation. It turned out I only needed brake pads, etc. on 2 wheels not all 4.The manager was extremely personable, the brake work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable.Being a single woman, a lot of other places would have sold me brakes on all 4 wheels plus any extras they could think of. Had my breaks done here after getting a quote at a different garage. Cost was over $100 less and they have a same as cash loan if you qualify. Team was very helpful and great customer service.

I just want to say that I have been working with my brake issues got them first done in Florence and have had some issues and Nate from Newport store, and all the workers are so amazing very compassionate and make sure everything is thorough and I just want to give a shout out to them for a great job and taking care of the customers I am always satisfied.

After being quoted $1200 @ Jake Sweeney (I bought a used Toyota Avalon 2008 from them) & took it back for an oil change & they told me I needed brakes & rotors which was going to cost me $1200 on top of the oil change, tire rotation &they told me they couldn't plug my spare tire so I had to buy a new one so they got $460.00 out of me & I thought I was going in for an oil change... ) I told them NOT to do my brakes. I knew I was getting slammed so I called Brakes 4 Less & got a completely reasonable quote. I booked an appointment for Noon on 7/6. After reading all these reviews I'm actually looking forward to getting my brakes done by these guys. Sounds like I may learn something while I'm there!

Christian & his crew were able to get me in and out in about an hour, super fast & didn't try to upsale me anything. 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely be back for more services. They even noticed a nail in my tire I didn't catch!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I called Nate in the morning, on a Saturday, and he was able to get me in the same day and get everything fixed and put together. They took us to look at the car after an FREE inspection and showed me everything they were going to fix and explained why. The prices were very reasonable! No hassle brake shop that takes care of what you need and nothing more. Booked our appointment online... great communication after drop off... very fast turn around... brakes are smooth and no issues after a couple hundred miles of driving. They also have a military discount. First time customer, but I'll definitely be returning when that time comes.

Friendly service quick to get me in make sure you call as you have to have an appointment best price for a break job 199$ and they machine the rooter's.Every other place wanted 500$. Glad I found Brakes 4 Less..

It is really what the name says it is!! Can t beat the price for the services received. Perfect business to be placed in that location! Nate and his team got my car in and out within 3 hours of my appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone! Will be back if/when needed.
