I went here because I suspected the oil in my car was low and just needed help because I literally know nothing about cars.I didn t catch his name but thank you to whoever helped me!The best customer service I ve received in a long time.Will definitely be coming back for my car needs!

Today I needed assistance buying a new battery for my truck and Carrie was absolutely wonderful with how kind she was and the work she put in to ensure I was getting exactly what was best for me. All other employees were nice but I am very grateful that I got to work directly with Carrie! Thanks again!

Went in to buy break lights for my car and Neal went a grabbed them off the shelves for me no problem and even put the new one in for me. All took less than 5 minutes. I've never had such an amazing experience at AutoZone but neals the reason I'll definitely be going back for all my auto parts needs.

The van started acting funny, so we brought it to AutoZone to get the battery checked out. Turns out it was the alternator and the guy who helped us out by testing. The battery was efficient, friendly, and took care of us quickly. Very pleased with the service here And they helped us get out of a tricky situation!I wish I got his name, but whoever he was, he was very helpful!

My name is Clifton I just had the best customer service at Newport AutoZone from a very nice lady whos name is Ang. Went to return an item for a refund but apparently the receipt that was giving too me wasn't for the item I was returning. Ang said she could possibly find on there system if I knew what day I purchased the item. Well when I bought said item it had just went off sale the day before well the person I delt with at that time was her. I had called before I went there and talked w her and said item was quoted to me for 21.99 when I went to pick it up same day said item had went off sale the day before. So her being the best customer service had not only apologized but gave me 10 percent off for the wrong quote. Cool. Well this item worked one time then never again. With all that said she found the receipt on her system printed it out and gave me my refund. Very pleased w how she treats her customers. Thumbs up Ang.

Called first and was indefinitely placed on hold. Drove there and they were terribly understaffed. Operating one register with a line to the back of the store. I understand operational issues like this which is why it's 3 stars instead of 1.

Let me start off by saying I m not from Cinci, and I know nothing about vehicles and always am anxious to walk into autozone bc I m clueless about vehicles and sometimes people aren t always the most willing to help especially if they are busy.CARRIE at this AUTOZONE is seriously wonderful. I m in a pinch before the holiday and even though they are super busy, Carrie refused my tip to help me put a lightbulb in my car and I then asked her about my serpentine belt, she was quick to give suggestions and had me purchase power steering fluid and helped me with that too!Wished me a happy holidays and I can t think her enough. Glad to come across good people. Thank you

Ang went out of her way to make sure that I had the parts that I needed. We contacted numerous AutoZone stores and also outside vendors to try to locate them. Once we were able to find them she was able to help me secure delivery at closing time. I would recommend.Ang for any parts you may need she ll work hard to make sure everything is correct and what it supposed to be and make it right immediately if not great experience.

My jeep needed a new battery. The staff and the gentleman that helped friendly and very helpful. He put the new battery in for me. So very thankful and it took about 25 or so minutes.

Great people working here, they go above and beyond for their customers. I was stuck at a truckstop down the street for them with a busted fuel line and Alan was able to take my order over the phone before they closed and drop off the parts I needed after his shift. Thanks guys! You saved my load.

I want to start by saying my interaction with Robert today, at the AutoZone Newport location, was hands-down the best ever!I came in with a 'check engine' light; Robert ran the tester on my truck and put the info in the computer - he let me read the error, which could have been in Latin for all I knew. In layman's terms, Robert explained it perfectly, so I purchased the parts.I told Robert I was probably going to have a mechanic do the work but he offered some advice and knowledgeable suggestions so I thought I would try.I was able to replace one of the parts easily but needed additional tools to replace the other, so I returned to the same AutoZone. Very professionally, Robert (and his co-worker, but I don't have his name) loaned me three different tools.I was able to complete the job in the parking lot, but had to come in and out of the store once or twice with a question. Robert was able to multitask and quickly answer my question while working with other customers.The "above and beyond" aspect of my interaction with Robert was when he stopped-out to check on me. That was awesome!I do minimal work on my truck but with Robert's helpfulness, I did the job, and easily saved several hundred dollars (by not going to mechanic).AutoZone...you have a very good employee, keep him happy (for your customers sake).Thanks again, Robert. Preciatecha!!!

Carrie what is great I loved her customer service. Her satisfaction was awesome. I live in Latonia will definitely be coming to Newport to see her and buy parts from the store. Very good as a manager.!!

Knowledgeable staff hookup my car for check engine light and sluggish power. Turned out it was my #1 ignition coil. Picked it out for me and told me how to replace. I'm not very mechanically inclined but he assured me I could do it and with his advice, I did! Been running great ever since. Thanks!

Called to ask a question and whoever answered laughed at my question and was no help. Will not be going to this location and will be recommending to other to choose a different location. Definitely need to do more training on proper customer service.

Came in here was greeted by a super tall guy with curly hair he was awesome we had a tail light out he replaced it and everything even checked my fuses!! I love him that right there is the best customer service I've ever got in my life. He should be running the store.

Friendly individuals who easily helped me find what I needed. Also helped give me advice on my car troubles. While they haven't worked on my car, I've seen employees open up customers' hoods and take a look to try and help. :)
