They have had our Skag for 2 1/2 months, today tell me there's no work order. Nothing has been done & it has been sitting in the sun & rain all this time. Rank incompetance

Seek parts elsewhere they are passing freight cost over to customers, many customers being charged $30+ on $3 or $4 nuts and bolt transactions and their refusing to waive them despite the parts not being freight items and coming in a small envelope

I wish I could leave a 0 star !!!!I tried to return a lawnmower tire and the women at the counter was the rudest B____H I have ever seen. The last time I will step one foot in the store.

I buy all of my Stihl farm equipment from them. They have the parts and supplies for my weed eater and chainsaw. They also sell Stihl products and farm equipment.

The place reeks of cigarette smoke. It is very heavy in the air. Parts people seemed to be having a bad day.
