So far, we are 3/3 excellent experiences.On one occasion, we had an alternator replaced on a vehicle. That vehicle now works very well. The turnaround time for this was quite reasonable, including the time it took to acquire the new alternator.On another occasion with a separate vehicle we had a water pump replaced. The time it took to accomplish this repair was within 1 day of it arriving at the shop.Finally, we had another vehicle and had brakes replaced on it. Again, service was extremely prompt (within 24 hours after being dropped off).Overall, the owner's insights have proven to be spot on: he's helped us look out for things we might want to handle in the future. He also likes to inform you of precisely what he has done, a huge plus if you want to know what's being done to your car--which you should! Extremely satisfied.

Took him our Subaru Wagon that was overheating. Another shop had just replaced the water pump but that wasn't it and they said it needed head gaskets but they couldn't get to it. I had it towed to A.A. and 4 months, $550 , and one new radiator later it still isn't fixed. I brought it back a few hours after picking it up and told him it wasn't fixed. He said it probably just needed a new radiator cap. I called 5 days later to check on it and he says, "It'll be awhile before I get to it. You just brought it in a few days ago". "After it had been here 4 months!", says me. "I took it for a test drive and it was fine", he said. "I couldn't even make it 20 miles home". "Well, I can't be jumping from one job to another I'm too busy". He isn't busy getting my business. No people skills, no customer services skills (He's practically a training poster of what NOT to do!) Rude. He may be able to fix some things, but when the going gets the least bit tough, he's done with it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wiper blade installation

Bobby is very knowledgeable as well as helpful and knows what he s doing. I ve been going her off and on for over 10 years. When we have a VW he is the tech we call and use. Never in my life have i called a business and he answers the phone with who is this. Your calling from an out of state number. Shouldn't really matter where I'm from or what number I'm calling from but that I have cash in my pocket and needing work done on my engine.... Work on your people skills sir. Just lost my business.

Worst experience ever.spent over $1000 and car still not fixed and now he won t even answer or return my phone calls please run as fast as you can away from the gentleman. If I could give him zero stars I would.

An entraproner of great practical skill in his trade, but absolutely poor social skills, professionalism, and can hardly be considered a business but perhaps instead should be recognized as a con artist. -1/10
