Came in at like 5 minutes before they closed. I hated to do it, but I didn't have much of a choice. They were real pros, they were closing the gate when I pulled up and they reopened it right up and went to work. Really friendly. Not the responses that I have gotten from everywhere.

It's ridiculous that they put you on hold for over two damn hours and then when you decided just take initiative and go up there and just talk to them personally because you know they can't even talk to you on the phone they ignore you and then they want to say that there is almost a two hour wait but there's no vehicles. Literally lollygagging for the last hour.

VERY rude man working.We parked in front of an open bay. He snapped at us to park & pay first. So we parked, walked back in to pay for oil change. He then proceeds to tell us it is at least a 2-3 hour wait. He was very grumpy and could have told us the wait time before he had us move car & walk back in.

I arrived at 6 pm on 7-6-23. I stood there 15 minutes while the 3 employees completely ignored me standing at the check-in counter, while they moved at a snail's pace changing some tires. Finally a guy from inside asked if he could help me. I told him I just needed an oil change. He said they aren't taking anyone else because they were putting tires on a couple vehicles and closed at 7. All they had to do was put up a sign saying they weren't taking anyone else or come over and tell me. I am avery patient person, but that place is ridiculous. I would have a blind monkey with no thumbs rather than Walmart auto care. I'll do it myself or use a quality group like Grease Monkey. I was just trying to save some time. Lesson learned.

Helpful and friendly staff, great prices on oil changes. Looses one star only because they balance your tires but don't do alignments.

This was the worst experience I've had at a service shop. They put my truck on the lift right away however It took them 2 hours to mount and balance 2 tires. I have an older vehicle so there are no sensors the employees were lazy and the shop manager was too busy talking inside with his nephew to help the other employees. I will never be using their service again.

I walked in to ask about getting an oil change and was greeted unnecessarily rudely; decided to get my oil changed somewhere else just because all of my questions were only half-answered. Trying to get to this section of the building was like trying to get through Airport Security on a Saturday.

The tire with the cheapest I could place it but at the same time they wouldn't change it the lady inside argued with me over whether my wallet was in my trunk or in the store would not call on the walking to double check and make sure it was not left behind in the cart which it had been and it had been returned to customer service I tried to tell her that and she continually argued with me

Even though we brought our own filter and oil because we don't trust the Walmart junk recycled oil they charged us $20 for a simple oil change. We previously went to the Benton, KY, Walmart where they charge $8 plus tax. Will NEVER go to the Murray, KY, Walmart tire and auto for servicing again.

Worst experience I ve had in a shop. Didn t tell me the price and added a warranty after I said I didn t want it because I m not from around there. I d rather just pay a little more at a normal tire shop and support local business next time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had to have a new battery in ordet to install it you need to take off front tire whoever thought of this needs to be shot well the mechanics installed it even checked pressure on my tires and I didn't have to take out a loan for the service thank you and God bless

Lady named Judy was extremely rude and disrespectful. I got told a 30 minute wait on my service, come back 45 minutes later and come back to find out my vehicle hasn t been started on. She became rude and said I would need to wait my turn because it was a first come first serve store, after other vehicles had been in after mine. Lost all business from me

I went to the tire center and had new tires put on my car. Everyone was super nice and quick service. Thanks Walmart.

Went to the Murray Walmart tire department to get a nail removed and patch the tire. Waited 2 hours for it be done. My vehicle was on the lift for at least 45 minutes. Very very very disappointed in this service

They would not change the Oil to my 2005 Buick LaCrosse because it was not Factory, even though it was not even tampered with.

Took forever to get a single tire I brought in off a bare rim to have them out on. Almost 2 hrs but it was only place open so in a pinch 3 stars

They caused over $3000 in damage to my vehicle years ago. I will NEVER take a vehicle to them again!
