If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Do NOT do business these thieves! Took my Peterbilt in for a front end alignment. Dropped truck off and they called me the next day and said I needed kingpins after they had already disassembled the front end( just had kingpins checked by another respectable shop) I told them no to put it back together and do the alignment, went and picked it up and wore a set of steer tires out before I got to Denver! They wouldn't refund me to even replace my steer tires! Had alignment done in Denver and replaced tires. Did great until I sold the truck 4 years later!

One of the best on road service experiences we have ever had! Great communication from George really knew what was wrong with the truck and had the parts quick even with everything being on back order thanks to COVID. I can't recommend these guys enough they are fantastic and I wish more of our services went like this.

I felt obligated to write this review! Customer service from Michael in the Parts Department was above and beyond what I ve experienced from other dealer parts departments. I received 6 different part numbers with absolutely no pressure to buy from said dealer. Professionalism like this makes me want to tell anyone with an International Truck to support this dealership.

I do not recommend Tri-State in Murray. Took my truck there had king pins put in and the mechanic put my bearings in upside down, had a front-end alignment done and two weeks later ruined a set of tires. Had it checked by another mechanic to prove the alignment was not even done. They would not reimburse and stand behind their work.

Great staff but slow to get your truck in for repairs once they actually start working on the truck the repairs are done right and in a timely manner. A appointment is definitely recommend.

I have not personally had anything worked on here but tow stuff there all the time ! Everytime I'm here the staff is so polite and friendly
