Toyota in Murray made my first experience buying a car easy and exciting. Very helpful and outstanding customer service. Great quality vehicles for fair prices. I'm very pleased overall. I recommend stopping in and giving it a shot! I did and I unexpectedly left the proud owner of a new car.

I waited for a long time to get the truck I want with the right mileage at the right price. I found it on a large online website and I drove 2 hours on a Saturday to test drive the vehicle. I talked to an amazing salesperson named Amber who had me test driving the vehicle within minutes. The vehicle checked out and I went inside to talk details. For one, I was alone so I needed the vehicle delivered two hours away so I would not have to drive up again. It was told it could be done free of charge. I filled out the loan application online and it was very easy and truck was pulled from lot while we figured out which bank to go with. I had planned on paying down payment with cash and I was told that I could do the transaction when the truck was delivered. A few days later my truck was delivered by the nicest elderly man and his wife followed to drive him back home. He said he has been with Toyota of Murray for like 20 years and that says something in itself about the dealership. The truck arrived, and I filled out paperwork in my house simply signing where the sticky not said I needed to. I paid my down payment in cash and was give a receipt and that was that. I am so glad I found this dealership. The truck was thousands below what trucks in my area are selling for. Truck is in tip top condition. It was a simple process and everyone was polite along the way. Thank you all!

Just bought a 2018 Kia Soul and was very impressed by how nice of an experience it was working with the Toyota of Murray staff. Ginger was our salesperson and was very helpful without being pushy, and Jason was our financing person and made the process quick and easy. Would recommend them and will definitely buy from them again.

I really cannot say enough good about my experience at Toyota of Murray. From start to finish they helped me find the right vehicle, showed me all the bells and whistles and I could not be happier. Drove 4-5 hours to buy a vehicle from Toyota of Murray. Most everything was completed before I even got there. They were honest and upfront about everything. I would definitely go back for another vehicle when needed. Best experience I've had buying vehicle.

I paid an expensive bill for a friend in the service department and requested a receipt. No one has sent me a receipt, yet. Also, when my friend arrived to pick up the vehicle it wouldn't start. Now, they'll have to drive all the way home without their vehicle. This business gets a low rating from me because of their customer service hours and poor customer service overall. A business should keep the promise it makes!

Russ was absolutely fantastic to work with. He did his absolute best to stick within our budget, gave what I thought was a fair trade-in value on my old car, and did his best to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. A lot of things were stressful this weekend about getting a car, but working with Russ was not one of them. Thank you!

Very polite, accepted my discount. Offered extra service that was needed. I feel my car was checked out thoroughly, ready for a 2000 mile road trip. One issue I had was easily taken care for no extra charge! I'll definitely let them care for my car again.

Unfortunately for us, our car was hit by an out of control driver while sitting in a parking lot! Hit hard enough to total our vehicle! So, we suddenly found ourselves needing a car ! Toyota has been the cars of our choice over the years! ! So, that is what took us to Murray s Toyota! Jason, our salesperson, worked with us to try to find us a new car! He was very patient with all our questions, understood our unexpected needs, and gave us our space when we had to make a final decision! The car we were contemplating was not our first choice, but because of our immediate needs and lack of cars available these days, it worked! Not only was Jason excellent, but all employees were very friendly and helpful! They even welcomed our dog giving her treats and pets! We would highly recommend Toyota of Murray, KY! We will be back for future purchases, and thank you!

Went for a oil change service. Took less than 30 minutes. Efficient service at a reasonable price. Due to computer/printer glitch, MPI report was not provided. I asked that it be sent later by email. Let's see. Overall, it was a positive experience.Update: The MPI report was sent by email. I appreciate the follow through.

My daughter was leaving Murray State to come home today when her Rav4 wouldn't start. After getting it jumped I had her take it to Toyota of Murray. She arrived at 4:30 and was on the road by 4:48. They installed a new battery and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you for taking care of my little girl.

All staff was very accomadating and courteous. Car salesperson Russ went over and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a very comfortable lounge for customers to wait until their car is serviced. Service is very quick and reliable.Overall a very good place to shop for your next automobile.

After doing research on what car I wanted I found it at the Toyota of Murray. I drove almost 2 hours to get this car. I love my chrysler 300. Russ was so kind he had it up front waiting for me to test drive. If your looking for a vehicle it's well worth the drive to check out this dealership.

It was my first time going here for maintenance on our Toyota. I really enjoyed the friendly staff, and expertise. I was even offered a loaner car for my wait time. The lounge alone is really nice with tv. Even had a children s play room. I m very satisfied with them, and feel even better knowing my wife and kids could go up there while I m at work and be taking care of to the fullest. Keep up the great work!!

First, they treated me as if I couldn t afford a car - when I was purchasing with cash. Next, they do anything to get out of doing warranty work. If that s not enough, they won t even provide the phone number for service (toyota PDR) purchased at time of sale.

Did all my research online, crossed T's and dotted I's. Then Chad reached out, we chatted a bit, then I went and saw them, drove 58 miles and the experience was exceptional. Not customer focused. Arrived with a road-hazard damaged tire as they were opening. First and only customer there. Guy asked me if I had an appointment. I explained I didn't, didn't plan for a damaged tire. I explained I bought the set of tires there a year ago, which is the truth. He said they were booked solid. I asked if I left the car there if they could fit me in. He said he couldn't commit to that. Wow, how the place has changed. The previous guy would have fit me in. He was a "can-do", things sure are different now.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Jason Freeman was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I love my new car so much! They were everything and more when it comes to customer service. If you re looking for a dealership who takes your best interest into account and is there with you every step of the way, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Had service performed on Rav4. When I came in this morning to drop it off I asked for loaner car to get me to work. The woman behind desk said we don't have any. We don't do that anymore. And pointed to a sign that says starting July 1st. No loaner cars!! She then made no apologies and said we'll try to get it out as quickly as possible.I always get a loaner so I can go onto work. No one mentioned that little detail when I called and scheduled the service. I was there an hour. Was not pleased with her response. The gentleman that were always at service desk were much more professional.IF YOU CHANGE YOUR LONG STANDING policy of loaner cars, you must inform the public when making appointments. Not after the fact.

This place was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say that I will never bring my vehicle here again. They were wonderful some years ago but over the past year, there have been instances of what I believe to be gross negligence on the part of the service department. Brakes: good, tires: good, concerns about CV joints, no problem... fast forward a mere two months and two other mechanics are quoting me several thousand dollars for significant repairs that could've been avoided with some preventative maintenance. I have since gotten a new set of tires and been quoted thousands in brake system repairs. The little sticker provided by Toyota of Murray lied. Furthermore, my vehicle had sustained some damages that I had not noticed before turning the vehicle over to them. When asked about it, they promised to check cameras and get back with me the next day. Several months later, and that call still hasn't happened.I award them no points. May God have mercy on their souls.

We purchased a new Camry here last summer and this is where we bring her in for her routine servicing. Everyone is always really friendly and the AC is on full blast It was probably the easiest car buying (with trade-in) I ve ever experienced!

Friendly service and reasonable price for some major maintenance work. It was even a little cheaper than another reliable local shop I have often used. Everyone had a mask on, and the service area is quite open if you're concerned about the coronavirus. Provided a nice loaner vehicle and the work was done faster than expected.
