Do not go here!!!! Brought my wife's vehicle in for Honda suggested maintenance based on mileage. Timing belt and tensioner, alternator because of flickering battery light and an oil change. Paid $1475 and my wife called when she pulled out of their lot saying the car was making a horrendous noise. Took it back and they said it needed a new pulley assembly ($280) that they had taken off and put back on once already. Mechanic said that he had never given the car gas so he didn't hear it. Nothing wrong when we brought it in, but $1475 later and the car is now broken. Part was actually $150 so they tried to up-charge after returning a broken car to us. Person at the desk is extremely rude! Owner Billy screams at his customers and is absolutely unhinged. Beyond a horrible place to take your vehicle.

I tell ya these great people here a reasonable price they do professional work stand behind there work get a tire repaired here or balance I ask what brand of stuff they used TECH brand been around over 20years always best quality

Stay away! I had $1,500 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. Immediately after leaving their shop, my car was making a loud screeching sound. The car was brought back within one mile. They did admit that a road test was never preformed before I picked it up. I could see the owner's immediate agitation that I brought the car back. I quickly left, leaving the car, and asked my husband to speak with them. They reluctantly agreed to change the part making noise. It's important to state; they had removed and put this part back to do my maintenance work. Within a half hour, their story quickly changed. We were told they had no interest in ever working on our car. Told us to immediately pick it up, that it was running, and at the street. After relaying my experience with this facility to friends, neighbors, and coworkers, I could not believe how many people were shocked that I went there. Folks felt bad, they weren't able to warn me about Quality Plus. Apparently their extremely unprofessional and angry behavior towards customers is common knowledge.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After my car sat for a whole year with only very minimal driving, I knew it needed to be serviced before putting it back on the road . I called the folks at Quality Plus and ask if they would check it for me,. They got me an appointment very quickly. The necessary items were looked at and checked. With each repair or replacement that it needed they were courteous and called before the work was done. There were no surprises when I went to pick up my car. Which was done when they said it would be. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Quality Plus. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent. The ladies that man the desk out front are very courteous and friendly. No complaints on any front from me. I will certainly be calling with any future problems with my car.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have gone here twice, and the last time was a nightmare. I got my headlight replaced (you have to partially take the bumper off to replace it) and they charged me $100 more than Lilly s Body Shop charged me to replace it three months ago. The headlight is out not even two weeks later, and they refuse to change it for free or even look at my car for free to see if it s the lightbulb or my car after overcharging me. They left my brights on over night before picking my car up and worked on it 4 days later than my appointment was originally scheduled. I understand they need to make their money, but don t take advantage of college students by over charging them and acting like we know nothing. I will never be going here again and strongly recommend going to Lilly s body shop or anywhere else for your car work needs before even considering this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The people were nice. The price was fair, and when my wife called them they gave her the same price they gave me. Best in town. No wonder they are called QUALITY! Will never let Dodge dealer touch my truck again. You want honest, dedicated, intelligent, did I say HONEST mechanic work done? Bring your vehicle to them!!!

Horrible place! Our daughter goes to Murray State and had a fender bender a month ago. Not being from around this area, it was towed to this shop. She called checking on her car every week and kept being told it would be done the following week. He was putting in a radiator, headlights and front brakes. Their dorm is nearby. The car never moved until miraculously the day I called to see why after a month this car was not fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude. I told her if it wasn t done by the following day I would file a complaint with the better business bureau (which I have) and that I would post this on the parents page at Murray State to warn other parents of how they are taking advantage of a college student. I was told to do whatever I needed to do. My phone rang not even 5 minutes later with a very loud, rude man asking to speak to whoever just called. I told him that would be me. He proceeded to be very rude, cussed at me, told me to blame my child for her car not being done because she s the one who wrecked it and told me he was pushing it out of the garage and I BEST have cash in hand because that s the ONLY way that car was leaving! We drove 2 hours to get to this place. We had to push the car to the trailer to wench it up. All the over priced parts are shoved into the trunk. My daughter was charge $600 to get her car. What the $600 is for, I have no idea. I took plenty of pictures, have the receipt for a real mechanic to look at and I will be contacting the attorney generals office in the morning. Oh! And he told my husband he d load the car for free if his wife didn t post bad reviews. Lol. Ya. That s not happening. I ve posted pictures and this experience on every Murray page I m on to warn others of this horrible place. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! Read the other reviews! My Daughter is at Murray State and we are 7 hours away when her car broke down. She asked friends for a recommendation and they said Quality Plus is honest and fair priced. I called an they made arrangements to have it towed and got it in right away. Within a few hours they called with the good news that it was a simple fix. As a parent that cannot get there easily to help it was great to see that we now have an auto repair facility that we can trust when something else happens with her car. Thank you for being honest, fair and giving be peace of mind with her car while she is away at school. Their 5 star rating will well deserved.

I took my car here on a Friday because the coolant light was coming on, they said they would look at it next Thursday. When I went in that Thursday afternoon they hadn't even moved it out of the parking lot. I went to pick it up the next morning because they didn t seem interested in working on it, and I was going out of town and wanted it home. They had put a thermostat in it and half a gallon of coolant and charged me $80 (I purchased the thermostat and gasket myself beforehand and they charge $60 dollars an hour for labor, so apparently their coolant is $20 per half gallon) and they busted my coolant overflow reservoir. I opened the hood there in the parking lot and noticed it immediately, but the mechanic insisted it was like that when they got it. I went home to find a picture of the engine bay I had taken before bringing it into the shop and the reservoir tank is completely fine. I called them to tell them I had proof it had been damaged in the shop and the girl on the phone refused to believe me and said she wasn t going to argue about it. Horrible people that refused to listen to me (they kept telling me it was a blown head gasket even though it was a brand new motor) and kept talking over me any time I tried to say anything when I first brought it in. And my coolant light is still coming on. So they charged me $80 to bust my coolant reservoir and put in the thermostat that I bought myself and didn t actually even try to diagnose the issue. 0/10, find another mechanic.

Today my daughter called me when her car wouldn't start. We were able to get a tow truck to jump start it, and these guys worked on it for a couple of hours and got her up and running. Being an hour away, I was super thankful to have someone help her and get her on her way safely. My battery terminal was broken and needed to be replaced quickly. I work at night so I really couldn't afford to lose sleep for a lengthy wait for an appointment at an auto shop. I was referred here by a lady at Interstate Battery, and I am so happy to have found this place! The mechanic was so helpful and so nice, explaining everything in detail and going out of his way to make sure that everything was correct. My wife loved helping him out as his "work bench" as well as his attitude and explanations. I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you guys for the fast and excellent service!

I am from out of town and had a issue with my vehicle while visiting. I called a few places and went to a few places and wasn't impressed with service what so ever. When I called the amazing women had the mechanic ready to look at my car as soon as I pulled up. The mechanic was just as nice and explained things to me and showed me what was wrong instead of just telling me. All I needed was a tire and even though I couldn't afford a new tire they recommended a place I could go and treated me with the same respect if I had the money for a tire. They both cared for our safety not money. I highly recommend this location to all the locals. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain things to me and making me feel so welcome in my time of worry.

I took my car to two generic auto stores to test what's wrong with my car, due to it dying the day before classes, and they said it was the alternator and the battery was "good". Took it here and they said they've had other people being tested for batteries at the same places, saying they're "good". My battery was really dead. Alternator was completely fine.They even do 10% discount for students with ID!!! GREAT PEOPLE and service. I'm a happy camper

Wow, this place is just awful. I spoke with their very kind representative on the phone a week prior to bringing my car in for a simple brake change. We had an in depth conversation about what I needed and when. I was told they were a mechanic behind due to illness but if I brought my car in on Monday, it would not be a problem at all to have it done by late Monday afternoon (3/4ish). I told them exactly what the dealership said needed to be repaired. Longer story short - when I called to check in some OTHER lady, who was VERY VERY Rude and who has absolutely NO business representing a company - informed me that not only was it not ready, they hadn't even looked at it yet. It was coming on 1 PM at this point. A little while later, the same woman calls me back to inform me they will not be able to get it done as no one in town has the brake pads. I tried to explain the situation and find out the process in getting the equipment required and honest to God the woman was so incredible crass and rude that I was left baffled. I did not realize it was MY responsibility to ensure that their staff communicated. I did not realize it was MY responsibility to ensure they have what they need in stock to do the job THEY promised they could deliver. It is one thing to be a poorly ran business as this, but to be RUDE and hateful on the phone to a potential customer. What's worse? I get home and my tire has a hole in it from a screw. So these people actually ended up causing me stress AND costing me money to repair the tire that got damaged in their pathetic excuse for a business. AVOID them.

Best auto shop in Murray. They do a lot of free services - basically they will find out what's wrong with your vehicle without charging you first and then they will give it to you straight. They don't charge outrageous fees for labor or parts like some shops do. They can break it down into simple terms and will not take advantage of people who don't understand a thing about cars. They give excellent customer service and they are family owned and local. We refuse to take our vehicles anywhere else in Murray.

They fixed my truck. All I asked them to do was diagnose the truck and call me. They ended up fixing it without asking or telling me anything. They are very nice and do decent work.

I have been here once and that will be my last visit to this auto shop. I took my car for headlight problem. They just replaced the light in 10 minutes and charged me 50$ (light 15$ and services charge for 30 minutes is 30$). They haven t gave the information about the problem till I asked them.
