Quality Auto Body was amazing!! Our daughter is a student at Murray State University and we live in another state. During the last big snow storm her vehicle slid into a lamp post causing pretty severe front end damage. Quality Auto Body did a great job working with us and making us feel comfortable with the whole insurance process. All our daughter had to do was drop her vehicle off and pick it up. They even offered to give her a ride back to campus and also wait around after closing to make sure she had her vehicle. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Great business but I hope we never need their service again (LOL)!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Had cracked taillight. They ordered it quickly and installed it even though I was coming in at closing time. Definitely will be back when I need a repair

Quality service with a smile. These were the nicest guys, and they fixed my car fast. They made it easy for me to understand what they were doing, and the price can t be beat. Highly recommend!!! Wish I could have given them more than 5 stars. Amazing customer service. Handled everything from dealing with the insurance company, rental car reservation and speedy repairs. Thanks for the amazing job!! Will definitely recommend!

This place is AMAZING! They dealt with every insurance snag and got my truck fixed and back on the road fast! They saved me from paying my deductible without cutting any corners, and even fixed my out headlight! Wonderful staff here as well. I d recommend this place to anyone and everyone for body repairs!
