Usually I have great service, but I went at 9:15pm to get some wiper blades and the second we walked up to the door the lights shut off and the door was locked when they close at 10. So I've had to drive across town trying to see past the broken rubber in the rain. Was not thrilled that the night shift shut it all down almost an hour early.

Outstanding Customer Service... Parts Guy installed my new battery in 7 degrees below zero. I even gave the guy a tip which he highly deserved.!!! I'm a very satisfied customer and I rate this company with 10 stars!!!! Murray Kentucky.

I only been to raise auto parts store once and it was the Best service and experience! Shelly was Awesome and took her time helping me and explained all I needed. No BS at all that women get at auto stores sometimes. She will take care of your needs with patience and care I Highly recommend this place for your needs.

I am always happy to deal with O'Reilly Auto Parts in multiple locations, but especially the helpful staff at the Mayfield, KY store. If they are presented with a question they do not know the answer to, they will discuss among the employees, Google or YouTube research the answer on the internet or call and ask someone else. They go above and beyond to try and help their customers! Thank you!

Meh its ok, if you need advice or expert help this is not your store. If you need to pick up a air freshener or a bottle of tire shine this is your store. Everything has gone up in price dramatically. I have bought and had 2 O'Reilly marine batteries die in the last 14 months... of course the warranty is only for 12 months. Buyer Beware!

Me and my husband had to get a very important part for a vehicle cause we haul stuff with our vehicle. The store closed at 8 pm so I called and there was literally 10 minutes before they closed and so I called and told them we were on the way but we would get there literally one minute after they closed. The guy said don't worry just come on we will stay open. Well we get there and then they tell us they couldn't take the change we brought and asked us what was going on so we told them the whole truth and the story. After explaining everything they gave us a discount and took like 25% off which made the price perfect. If it wasn't for those gentlemen taking time out of the schedule and listening to us and helping us we would have literally been broken down 900 miles away from home. If I could give this store 100 stars I would. I wish there was more people out there like these two gentlemen..

Part stores are not really my thing but store is usually very clean & employees are usually more then helpful (especially when you're sent in for something n don't have a clue what it is) & pretty friendly. I would recommend this store over other part stores

I went in tonight to fix a headlight that was out. Unfortunately for me it required three trips. Every time I went in there Jonah was beyond helpful. He explained everything and eventually helped me figure it out. Even when I came in right at close he was still willing to help me. His customer service was above and beyond.

This store is well managed, store employees are very helpful. I had an issue with my battery bought there a few months ago. Brought it back they charged it, checked it out and found it defective. They called me up and had it ready to go at the counter when I arrived super quick. Had another issue with a nother part same day and they quickly resolved it no questions asked. Great Customer service treated me very courteously and proffessionally. They have gained a customer for life.

So generally there would be a general review here.However this one poticular visit happened at 7:30 pm on a Saturdaynight, not a part stores busiest hrs of operation.The guy's at the counter were very helpful friendly and super attentive, not to mention the parts of course were the rite parts .If you know you know .I would definitely recommend this poticular O'rielly's Auto parts store to others and will return for my future automotive endeavors

I could spend all my allowance the wife gives me here. Cleaning supplies for my vehicles and all the tools and brake cleaner and carburetor cleaner etc.

Worst experience ever. We went in to get coolant and the employee wouldn t help us pour it in. Our truck was overheating. The employee made a rude comment about us coming from across the street at Auto Zone. Mind you Auto Zone had just closed but as they were coming out the door they stopped to help us including pouring it into the truck in the dark. I will never be back to O Reilly Auto Parts. There was no compassion or caring in his behavior. Sometimes people just need help and even though it s not protocol.

My stepdad car overheated while we were in Murray, an hour from home. The blonde lady at the store was the biggest help ever, and super sweet. They were the only store in town with the part we needed, they even offered to let us use their tools so we did t have to buy ones to fix the car. They let me sit inside out of the cold, and were over all just a great help.

They had what I needed oil and filter for my wife's Suv. My vehicle registered with all info upto date . Took less than couple minutes in and out.

This is usually the first store I go to for automotive parts. Their parts tend to be better than Auto Zone, and the staff are a lot friendlier and more helpful. Definitely recommend.

They turn rotors there.. but hit or miss on available staff. And shop online, found less expensive ceramic brake pads for 25% less.

Helpful an the Trans fluid I use is 3 dollars a quart cheaper than advance no brainer where to go O'Reilly is my store from now on
