I purchased a trifold bed cover and Amp Research steps from Linex of Murray for my 21 Sierra AT4. They knew exactly what items I was calling about and which ones properly fit my truck. The customer service was amazing especially when I made a mistake on the dates of a camping trip.They rushed to get my truck back to me and still did a professional job. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I needed my truck bed cover reinstalled for my older model truck. The guys at Line-X had me back on the road in less than 20 min and didn t charge me! Great folks and professional with a can- do attitude. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome. Great service, friendly employees. They did an excellent job on my window tint, rain guards, running boards and bed cover. It's exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Not Happy ! Purchase an Under Cover on 4/29/21.. After having it installed.. I had to go back to shop as the cover would not open.. One side the hold down / locking rod was not clearing the hold down tab. The cover had to be forced up.. They looked at it and called their sales rep.. Said, they needed to order a new rod mechanism and it would be overnighted.. Should be in in 2 days.. They would call me when it came in.. Well, its been a week and still no call.. On 6/21/21 I stopped in to find out what's going on... - No Mechanism .. That along with no call made me upset to say the least.. So, I then called the manufacturer to see if it was shipped.. The manufacture check orders and said no parts were ordered.. They ask what the problem was and what the cover was doing.. They, then asked for the serial # of the cover.. They informed me " Line X of Murray " ordered and installed the wrong cover for my truck and no parts were going to solve the issue...I was informed they needed to order the correct cover for my truck. So, I went back to the shop and informed them... Gave the the correct part number for the correct cap... What a run around, said they would have to talk with their sales rep, but would not call him, while I was there.. This made matters worst.. Mid afternoon, I got a call from the owner, they will not order the correct cap, said the cap on my truck will work.. This made thing worst again ! Their screw up has cost me over $400.00 for an RV Site, while I was waiting for the parts, that I did not need to start with.. They will not order the correct cap... They told me to come in and they will remove the wrong cap and issue me a check.. So, I had to make another trip to the shop in Murray, Ky. to get the cap taken off.. I don't think they were ever going to call me and probably hoped, I would just keep the wrong cap on my new truck..

I have used them for numerous times for window tinting, adding leather interiors, auto detailing and auto accessories. They have always gone above and beyond and provided quality work. I would highly recommend.

I wanted a line X spray in liner in a new Ford F350. I called Line X of Murray. I did not get an answer so I left a message. The owner returned my call later that evening. I got an appointment set and had the liner sprayed in. I have a major issue with the product not the way it was installed. Nor with the company that sprayed it. The liner looks great but the product is not functional. For those interested in a line X liner please take note. The line X liner DOES NOT keep things from sliding in the bed. As a matter of fact it is worse than just the factory paint. I cary lots of things in my bed as I am a contractor. You have to strap everything! Paint cans, buckets, gas cans, you name it. A gradual turn of the steering wheel and everything goes to other side. I called line X home office. They said oh well sorry. The owner at Murray offered a suggestion although he did his part of spraying the liner to specifications. He sold me a rubber bed mat to stop the things from sliding. I did leave a negative review for Line X of Murray. But it was the product I was unhappy with. So I have recanted my negative review as Line X of Murray did what they could to remedy this situation. If you are going to get a Line X liner in your vehicle knowing things WILL slide around then I would recommend Line X of Murray.

Buyer beware. 5 members of my fb tractor group all had the 3 piece floor boards on the same model tractor line-Xed. All at different line-X locations. The other 4 guys got quotes from $50 to $65. Murray Line-X wanted $150. No thanks.

Seems like LINE-X doesn't want my business I've email them about a month or two ago and I have not heard back from them. I have also called and nobody answered.
