Rick and his sales team worked with me patiently through my purchasing experience of my Scag mower!Everything The financing options, the preapproval process, educating of the pros and cons of motors, residential vs. commercial grade, etc. I just want to say very knowledgeable, courtesy, and good people!

I purchased my Scag mower 3 years ago and been taking it to Mayfield for service. Two weeks ago I decided to take it to the store in Murray where I purchase it . When I arrived I was told they were running a special. The Special was $199.99 for oil change which included the oil filter, air filter , spark plugs and blades sharpened. When I arrived to pick up my mower today Saturday March 9th I was told my bill was $254.34. You can take your car or truck for service and the cost will not be this much. I was expecting a charge of $199.99 not $254.34. I normally don't leave negative feedbacks , but you need to be notified if there is a price change.I'll be going elsewhere for service and purchasing a new mower this year.

Great place. I called to ask if they rented the stand on Scag mower. No was the reply. But the employ said let him check with Rick. Who told me to come pick up a used Scag stand on and mow my yard and see if I like it. I highly recommend this place. And am very impressed with the generosity of this place. Thanks

Hey, if you want to deal with a great owner who supports great products, go no further I drove 2:40 from Lebanon, TN to buy specifically from Ricky, because we lived in Murray decades ago and I knew I could pick up the phone, and tell him what I was interested in buying, and I knew the mower would be there when I arrived, ready to go.When I arrived, Rick had the mower ready to demonstrate, and he gave me all the time I needed to be sure that this was the right purchase for me. He took the time to check me out on the mower and I took probably a half hour to get used to it. The guys loaded up my mower on my trailer and even tied it down.All equipment can break, so if it does, I know Murray Home and Auto will be there ready to repair it. You just won t find better folks to deal with anywhere.KjLebanon, TN

Murray Home & Auto has a helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. That large chain stores just can not match. This is a clean and modern facility. With a large stock selection of mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, parts, etc. etc.

If you rent a piece of equipment for eight hours and need all that 8hr, if it breaks down on you, they will not make it right with you, had skidsteer and after 5 hours , it would not run . Said that was my tough luck. Will never rent from Them again

This place is top notch for professionalism, pricing, fairness and knowledge of their craft. Bill is just great to work with. He gave us no hassles, fair pricing and wonderful followup on each step of our Scag repair and was very good with our new Scag purchase, too. They now have a new lifelong customer with me.

I cannot rate this place favorably because:A. Repairs take far too long.B. Instead of charging a reasonable price for a repair part, in my case they were going to charge me an over 100% markup on the part. :/To the business, here is a protip: WE can do business ANYWHERE. WE can also look up the parts online and SEE what the prices are. We can also find most repairs on YouTube. It is 2019, so up your game or wither on the vine.

I bought a Scag zero turn from them on Thursday 9 April. It was delivered on Friday the 10th. My expectations were that I had bought a 2020 model, it is 2020! I called and got the runaround from one of the employees so I talked to Rick the owner. I explained my expectations of a 2020 model not a 2019 and my logic behind it. With a little back and forth we came to an agreement in a reasonable amount of time. In life, that s about as good as it gets minus no issues at all. I look forward to working with Rick in the future, as he is a reasonable Man, and intends on keeping his business in good standing to the Comunity!

This place has everything. So much to choose from and actually hold or sit on. The full service maintenance is quick and professional. I can t thank these guys enough for all their help. Plenty of premixed fuel on hand as well.
