They now have a dryer on the touchless bay. Seems to have more power on the new spray arms and cleans your car better than the old system. They now have three cleaning options, the seven dollar option is gone. The lowest price is now $10.

I went to the other place first with my wife s new car. Finnish line car wash does not get the bugs off the front of the car anymore. After paying $25 and sending me through, the bugs were all still there, including a butterfly stuck in the grill. The mirrors were still bugged the air dam was filthy. To my astonishment the attendant pointed to a bucket and brush when I went around to show just how much the car wash missed. He told me that if I wanted the bugs removed that I had to hand wash my car myself. My review was answered with a smoke screen of insurance reasons and improved wash inside to address the issue. Then I drive 2000 mile in 4 days and go to Murray auto spa. Three attendants pre soak, hand wash the bug area s and spray, then use a brush to get every bug from the entire car! After the car went through the wash, it was a new car again, clean of bugs, rims clean, like it s supposed to be. Congratulations murray auto spa. You have a satisfied customer.

I have been going to this car wash for a bit now. It's been very consistent. The employees have good attitudes. The wash is good and the vacuums are pretty well maintained. Would reccomend.

The self serve part of the carwash is very bad at least one of the bays is. Hardly any soap the wand was very shacky and after washing my car it was like it wasn't washed at all. I spent money for nothing there. My advice is find another carwash before using this one.

Best place, hands down, to get your car washed in Murray. A Hispanic male helped 'load' our vehicle on the track and scrubbed the dirty & buggy spots. He was super fast, but thorough, and very nice. The manager is on top of even the smallest issues to ensure the absolute best customer service experience.

The best car wash in town!!! They do a good job of getting the bugs off before going through the wash. Not disappointed with their service!!!

The guys directing and "precleaning" were a bit rough with the truck and the "directing" guy was rushing when there was a vehicle close to us in front of us. The truck got pretty clean though. Can't really complain about that. I think they were just busy and a bit overwhelmed. Overall not a "bad" experience.

Very nice car wash. Credit cards accepted. Washed our mini van for ~$6 in the self service stall.

First off its a nice place and well kept !!!!!!They have the works as I wash my car myself and several times a week sometimes .On the far end they have shammy blowers to blow your car after you wash it which I wish their was one in each station but its ok.All in all I love the place its very very clean and maintenance very well and never have any issues their at all.The vacuums need a little work as in the head piece to the vacuums kept falling off thats the only small very small complaint .I would not go anywhere else but here as I said its well taken care of,cleaned and up to parve always. So Good job !!!!!

Love car washed I leave tips ,but some of the guys nake no effort, I get the $20 car wash and one side has bird poo. Still on truck after that wash, they just walk down the side of cars with brush and mo cleaning done... why have them if they don't do the job

Nice car wash for pretty cheap, $4 was enough to wash and wax my whole van in the self serve bay :)

UPDATE: I have spoken to the owner in person and have been in contact with the manager. Both men are extremely professional with the way they conduct their business. I found out that they have a clean car guarantee; if it isn't clean, go through again. The issue for me was new employees missing parts of the vehicle and not informing me of the clean car guarantee.For the $8 I was extrwextr unsatisfied. After the wash I still had bugs all over the front of my hood and windshield. Along the body I still had dirt and oil that I had to clean with a towel. I'm not expecting my car to shine after an $8 wash, but I do expect it to be clean

I only rated 3 's bc of the final cost. I could've paid a reg car wash for the price I paid to wash it myself. (I clean for a living, so I'm no snail at getting things done). There's SEVERAL choices of wash & the scrub brush works fantastically, soapy & all. The presoak actually does it's job!! Just keep enough quarters to use a scent bomb or any extras after the initial wash. Those machines don't take cards like the car wash does.

I was wanting to work at Murray Auto Spa, so I filled out an application and brought it in. They called me about 3 days later and set up an interview, and I had very adequate experience and enthusiasm about the job. They claimed they d go over my info and get back to me... I then did not receive a call back for 8 days. I called them and they said they d get on it. Another week goes by and nothing. Not only is that SO unprofessional, but it is apparent that the main reason they refused to hire me is because I am a girl. Don t try to work for them unless you re a man, I guess!

The automatic does a good job with my truck. I have a few places that don't get hit with the brushes that their attendants typically hit, but there are a few that get missed (step assist is the most noticable).

Probably hands down best carwash in Murray the other placeBrand new rims on my vehicle while the the kids guide your car in they on phone while they hear the big scratch and they make a bad face as my vehicle lits in the air
