Great group of guys work here! They went way out of their way to work me in to get my car fixed excellent prices, and even came after hours to accommodate me. Will definitely go back!! Thanks Grease Monkey. Y'all are exceptional

If you value your vehicle, do not take it to Grease Monkey. My wife went there for a simple oil change. After they completed the oil change, her vehicle started leaking oil which it was not prior to the oil change. So I looked, under the vehicle and saw the leak was coming from the drain plug. I also noticed washer/seal ring was missing around the drain plug. So she took it back to Grease Monkey and told the employees about it. Grease Monkey way to fix it was to put some type of silicone/adhesive around the plug. Which that did not stop the leak. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they decided to cover it up. I feel personally Grease Monkey did not want to burden themselves with the additional cost of labor and oil to fix their mistakes. If I was able to give negative star, I would.

Went in for an oil change and my dipstick had broken off and the mechanic went out of his way took extra time and got it out for me. Greatly appreciate these guys.

Went on a Saturday, 1st time. Encountered slight miscommunication issues but management resolved it quickly and efficiently. Oil change was fast and easily done without having to exit car. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.

Long story short.I got my engine replaced at the dealership and they did an inspection of my suv. The dealership stated that the front break pads and roters needed to be replaced but the back was at about half life and could wait.I went to grease monkey and I was kinda waiting to see if they would lie and try to upsell me. With me being a female and all.Brian looked at it and told me exactly what the dealership said. He gave me an acceptable price and I made an appointment to get it fixed.I went in on that appointment and everything went smoothly.I did rush them because I had to get going asap to an appointment which was bad on me but they accomplished the job and got me out fast! Which I really appreciated!Also, I asked for all new windshield wipers and I paid for them well I was rushing them and we forgot to add them on and the next day they called me to remind me that they still had the wipers and were ready to install them when I came back up there.Honestly I would have completely forgotten about the wipers if they had not of called.I will 100% be back!Thank you for having honest team members and great customer service oh and great coffee!

I love these guys! As a college aged girl car stuff is very intimidating, but these guys always make sure I m taken care of and Have a safe vehicle to drive on top of they are so friendly, I never feel uncomfortable and they are very good at explaining any questions about services they offer so that I have a full understanding of what is going on (and finding people to take the time do so is very rare). I needed my brake pads and rotors changed before my vacation and they worked very hard to get me in before I left so that I would have a safe trip and make it back safely. They truly do go above and beyond and deserve the best raises ever.

Service was great! I actually stayed in the vehicle during the 10-15 min. it took from start to finish.Technician and window car wash guy were friendly and efficient.It was my first time getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. So glad to was reasonable as well as an overall good experience.

These guys did a great job on my oil change. Checked the air in my tires and even vacuumed out a birds nest that was in my air filter box. Very professional calling out every step to their team mate and their team mate reciting the step completed. I'll pay the extra money to come here in the future just for the extras they do!! Well done gentleman!! Had me in and done in 15 minutes too!!

I can't recommend more highly that you take your vehicle somewhere else. They cut the accelerator wire on my truck a while back. I'd push the gas coming out of the oil change bay and the pedal did nothing. I told them and they shrugged. So I drove it to the dealer. Then they tried to deny paying for the repair because I "didn't use their mechanic". They will 100% damage your vehicle and then not take responsibility. Look at the other reviews here and you'll see a pattern.Service: Oil change

Quick in/out oil change for 2016 f350 diesel/dually. Employees were efficient and friendly. Cost was more than I expected but prices are up everywhere. F350 diesel takes 13qt of Mobile-1 full synthetic. $200+ might shop around a bit but most likely return.

I was first in line to get a full service oil change and they found a mouse had been staying in my cabin filter and offered to replace but we're not pushy at all . I'm glad they found it because now my air conditioner works so much better. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.... Plus it didn't take up a lot of my time!

Somewhat disappointed. My husband took our car up there to get an oil change. They did fine, but I'm disappointed that they didn't vacuum the car or clean the windshields. The website says that the 16 point oil change comes with these services, but when my husband got there and asked about it, they said they don't vacuum the inside or clean the windshields. That's a bit misleading and disappointing. If these services aren't offered, they shouldn't be listed in my opinion.Service: Oil change

Ruined the skid plate on my car because they don t have the proper tools. $400.00.Certain vehicle brands require the oil to be removed by suction through the oil filler cap. They don t have the ability to do that.They fill your wiper fluid with pink water. They are the only ones to add fluid there and now my wiper reservoir on 2 vehicles are frozen solid. Not the weather. It s the poor quality fluid they use. Prestone is good to -20 degrees.Service: Oil change

Great fast service. Oil changes are done in less than 30 minutes including topping of fluids, washing the windows and vacuuming. They only recommend what is necessary for the car and do not try to rip you off. My check engine light was on and they diagnosed it for free! They truly go above and beyond which is why I keep coming back

If all you need is an oil change, they do a great job. But I've taken my truck twice for their premium oil change service, and both times, they refused to rotate the tires. I just took it for the third time, and now they will not rotate due to tread depth.If you need an oil change, this is your place. If you need more then look elsewhere...

Very friendly, was greeted as soon as I pulled into the parking lot with a smile and kind words. After asking what I was needing done I was directed to pull into the bay and they jumped right on my work. Everyone was involved and it was done quickly and done with quality. Very happy with the service and will return again.

I left the below review. I received a polite apologetic call from the manager this morning. He apologized and said this would never happen again. He offered a free oil change. I want to add this to my review as I felt that management is very in charge and professional. His name is John. I also changed my rating from one star to three star for this reason only.I paid for a full service full synthetic oil change. I was not greeted politely. I told them what I wanted. I paid $74.19 for the service. I was given a checklist of what was done to my car before any of it was done (and most of it was NOT performed at all). I specifically asked about them checking these things and was told gruffly, we have 3 men servicing this and it is done. What I do know is this: no one checked my lights at all, I went in with a tire low and came out with the tire low, wiper blades were not checked. Windows were not washed. I was literally out in 5 minutes flat. I find payment of this amount of money for nothing other than a literal oil change without any other services to be unprofessional at best and to be met with a surly response when I asked about checking things was unnecessary. Trevor was upper. Vincent was lower. David was courtesty and Luke was safety. This was performed on 1/23 at 10:17 AM.

I use my vehicle for work, so whenever I need repairs done, I need them done fast. These guys always get me in quick, get the job done, and get it done at a reasonable price. Was great at one time when they had different staff and management. However now, staff not thrilled your their and quick to shoot down services you may need done when you ask. Also don't tell you price until time to pay and spring really high (in our case $90 oil change only) price on you. Recommend shopping local over this place now.

Didn't get to use them. They have me a quote that was a little high. Seems to be a good place outside of the price of extra services. Oil change prices was average

They are not the best in customer service. In fact some act as if they do not even want to be there. I've been getting my oil changes there for a year now and I hope to find a different place for my next Oil Change. They were not very informative they didn't ask me if I had any questions, and I asked them if they would rotate my tires while they were checking my oil. They said there was no need that it was fine but it was not so if you lack knowledge in the area of Auto Parts excetera I strongly suggest you bring someone with you
