The lady that helped us was absoulutly a gem. Very explanatory, patient and upbeat. We loved the jeep truck that was selected for us. It didn't give us any trouble at all.

Question? ...... A bunch of 304's with a 6th grade education lying to you about renting a car one way gave me confirmation code for the car and everything ....... Wait till l get 30 miles up the road from their location just to tell you that they don't have a car on the lot how do you do business like that.

Murray Enterprise is the absolute best car rental in West Ky. The customer service is very friendly, courteous and professional. I have had to rent here twice this year and the staff is hands down the best in the business, making the rental easy and hassle-free. The car and suv were newer models, well maintained and very clean... definitely recommend Murray Enterprise in Murray Ky

The first rental car I got was ok. 2 days after I got the car, I received a phone call saying I had to bring the car back because it had been sold. The second car I got was ok too. When I returned the second car, it was the same employee who told me I had to return the first car because they sold it. He asked me for feedback and I told him about the inconvenience caused by having to return the first car. He started arguing with me and raised his voice and was extremely unprofessional. This location also smelled horrible. The whole store stinks like body odor. Next time I will use a rental company with employees who don t act in such an unprofessional and aggressive manner when asking the customer for feedback.*update*: I have emailed care@enterprise twice regarding this issue with no response.

Went picked up 2022 Dodge Ram truck .wasn't cleaned as good as paper on rear view mirror says. Also had a bunch of little spiders crawling all over dash. But was a nice truck.

I had a great experience with my rental. The day before my departure, they called me to make sure I didn't need 3rd row seating, which I appreciated. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was a quick and easy process. The car (A 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee) was a gem to drive! Returning the car was simple as well. I highly recommend!

2nd time. Promise a car on x date at x time. Arrived and told to come back tomorrow. You guys need to quit lying to customers. I would rather be told we can not rent you a car because we have none in than be lied too.

Booked online and then drove 45 minutes one way to pick up the car. Get there and we were told we needed a major CC because we have an out of state license. Booked it in TN with our TN lisence at a location in KY. Why wouldn't we be informed of all we need when we were online.

Reservation was made over a month ago and was told on the day of my reservation, they're short on staff, and can't pick me up... but had me believe , If I arrange to pay for a taxi, I will have a car...only if I can get myself over there.. Only just to have Bronda ( the manager) tell me there is nothing available and left me stranded at the rental place in Murray, KY.. I don't know why Enterprise is short staff , when they make billions of dollars?! Their "short staff" problems can't be fixed enough so the public isn't "so inconvienced." from their false advertising, of picking up their customers.. Only to be told by such a rude staff, about their internal staffing problems..Who aren't paid enough to be happy coming to work and like their job!!Edit:: The complaint was already emailed to Enterprise, with an attached copy to this Google review!! From the exact Enterprise support email posted! They still have not responded to any of my complaints.

Enterprise was very helpful with my trip. I didn t know I was going to have to rent until Sunday afternoon and I went online and got it rented. Got there Monday morning and they ended up not having the size car I rented, so they upgraded me to a SUV with no extra cost. They did not take long and I was very happy with that, since needed to leave as soon as possible. I was very satisfied with the 2021 Mazda CX-9 and the gentleman showed me all about it before I left. They were very nice and quick and just had a very great all around experience.

I'm very lucky to have Enterprise Rental a block from my house. When I arrive to pick up the rental I'm always greeted and given the best customer service. The 2 ladies that I encounter are awesome explaining all options and make me feel good about my choices in a vehicle. Thank you for all you do during these unknowing times. It's awesome people like these ladies that make our day brighter.

I always rent a vehicle from here and the service has always been good. I rented a car for a long trip and got the extra coverage in case something was to happen. I am glad I got the extra coverage due to while I was driving the windshield got cracked with me not having to worry about the costs it was nice.

Hands down one of the best Enterprise Rent-a-car locations I've been to. They are always friendly and helpful. I have done a lot of business with them and after visiting the Enterprise on Texas Ave in Columbia, Mo I am grateful this is my local Enterprise. My only bit of constructive critism is for them to have a better selection of vehicles available. Other than that 5 star all the way!

We had a flat the day we left for our trip. Paid for that . We ended up getting another flat on our way home. Stuck in Missouri for hours waiting for AAA they tried to charge us for breaking down . Beyond disappointed as I spent over 900 on renting for 5 days. Never using again and I recommend don t use them either

Book a car advance online for Monday 8 am to the next Monday 8am. Got a call Monday morning 745am stating that I wasn t a priority they had many insurance jobs to do before they could even mess with me. She said maybe if I was lucky after 11am. I canceled ..

Nathan Koesterer was the best. He was Friendly and very professional. He came through for me when the other two sites had nothing. I usually use the Paris site, the lady at the Paris site said she would call me when they got something in but I called her twice. As long as I have been a member I deserve a courtesy call from the Paris site but I got nothing. Nathan made my issue of not having a vehicle (which by the way was reserved at the first of the week, pick up on Wednesday was a bust and a waste of time and gas. I hate that Nathan is leaving, he is a special kind of person and a great sales manager. He went above and beyond his duty. Very pleased with my rental from Murray KY.

Received a car that smelled like smoke. Had to drive with the windows down and couldn t leave anything In the vehicle or it would smell like smoke almost instantaneously. They told me they would put me in a better car and never did.The car also had two check lights flashing that would chime at you periodically as you drove but they told me just to keep driving it...They didn t inform me that the insurance company had stopped paying on my vehicle until three days after the fact and acted like they were doing me a favor...When I returned the vehicle they told me that we would talk further when I attempted negotiate a discount due to my inconvenience but then just charged my card instead.Being busy and being short on the number of vehicles you have is not an excuse to treat your customers like this.

We've used them twice in the past 6 monthsl. They presented us with great service and new vehicles. What a wonderful staff to work with, as well. My wife and I came down with the flu when the car was supposed to be returned. They went out of their way so we could stay home. Awesome job.

Very convenient to have them here in Murray. The only car rental here. I'm a plus member and rent enough to see the savings. The customer service agents are usually exceptional. I've only had one rude girl and I haven't seen her since. I will return, the prices are great. Usually get a free upgrade. Customer service excellent, which is saying a lot considering the area in which I live.

Good service, but the cars are sometimes not quite clean. In particular, the windshield and windows. While the outside might look good, the inside has had a film on it the last two or three times I've rented a vehicle. Also, occasionally things like windshield wiper fluid is empty or the floor hasn't been vacuumed. Not a huge thing, but it's consistent.
