I used this company a year or two ago to reattach a trailer hitch. They did an awesome job at the time, and the repair has lasted. So when I needed body work done due to an accident that wasn't my fault, I thought I would use them again because I couldn't do it due to lack of tools.Was I wrong. I am not impressed at all. They gave me an estimate. Now, I am in the service industry too and I realize sometimes it is more because of what is found once you "start peeling the onion". But it was over $1k more than what was estimated. There were some parts that I didn't have, but there was also much more I expected for paying an extra grand.They reused the old fog light assembly, which had been clearly damaged from the accident. Then, didn't even check the fog lights to see if they both worked (the damaged one did not, due to a bad bulb). They also had to replace the washer fluid reservoir due to damage. Well, they didn't even check to see if it was connected properly. It has 2 motors, one for windshield, one for rear hatch glass. They had put the wrong connectors on each of the motors, meaning when I wanted to clean my windshield, it cleaned the rear hatch glass. Probably would have noticed that if they had put in some washer fluid and tried them out (reservoir was bone dry when I received my vehicle back).Next was the fact none of my headlights were adjusted. Driver's side headlight was fine, but the passenger side was way too high. So, I am having to adjust that.Basically I am not pleased with the fact that I paid so much more and that so much got left unchecked or just slapped together.

My first experience with Eastside Collision was in February when I took my truck to them for a deer collision repair. They did an awesome job on a timely schedule.2nd experience was last week when my truck developed a transmission leak from that same repair. I called them since they originally fixed the trunk and they immediately sent a wrecker to me so that I didn t cause damage by driving the truck anymore. They spent the time to fix the issue and even provided me a rental car during that week. The whole process was handled very professionally and I can t say enough good things about my 2 experiences with them. Thanks guys.

Eastside is THE top notch Auto Body shop in Murray, KY. The owner Kevin Hopkins is a straight shooter and makes sure that everything is done perfectly. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly. My car looks just amazing!!I'm a repeat customer. I Definitely recommend them. Kevin Hopkins@Eastside Collision is the only person throughout the past years that has worked on my Classic 1982 Mustang GT. I thought my Mazda RX8 was totaled, but EASTSIDE COLLISION made her look shiny & sharp ZOOMZOOM! My GMC Sierra 4X4 pickup looks amazing, too!EASTSIDE COLLISION even made my old 1991 pontoon boat Savannah look new again!Thank you!!!!

Amazing work! Very, very satisfied! Got me in quickly, (Luckily the parts came in quickly), regardless, the work was quick, consistent. Hopefully, I don't ever have to go back for collision work but if I do, I WILL be returning to Eastside Collision.

I Highly recommend Eastside Collision for your automobile body work. Very professional and Good quality work. My van had fire damage and it was looking pretty rough. But they helped me with my insurance deductible and made it look like new again. Thanks Kevin!

Stop by and ask for Kevin, he will call and work with your insurance company. He had my vehicle apart the same afternoon it was dropped off so he could order parts and had also already spoke with the insurance company. I didn t have rental car insurance and he was able to come up with a vehicle for me to use during repairs. Super friendly service, easy to communicate with, and your vehicle will look brand new.

I would not recommend this place to fix anything me and my girlfriend drove almost 5 hours to have are car painted paid 500$ for a hotel room for the time the owner told her it would take then after the drive and the room the owner wants to say he didn't have time I thank he is a joke and he could have let us no be for we drove almost 5 hours and got a hotel room that was 500$ so in my opinion I'm glad he didn't do the work cuz if a man can't stand by his word how can he really stand by his work....

Everything that I ve seen that comes out of this shop is exceptionally done well, the execution on these cars from all messed up to almost brand new is amazing! Highly recommend!!

I recommend anyone going here. It is hard to find a place as a woman where people don t take advantage Of you and your purse strings, believe me this is a place you can TRUST hands down!!! Very professional and again you can TRUST them.

Our van had some damage to the rear bumper so I took it to Eastside collision and when I got it back it looked like brand new again I strongly recommend them for any kind of bodywork needed !!!

If there's a problem with your auto.. they'll fix it or refer you to someone who can . Great people to work with.
