The lady at the desk for the Chevy service department was extremely rude to me during my visit today. Did not look up from her computer while answering questions about my warranty. Very unhappy with my experience. Needless to say, I did not leave my car there for them to service my vehicle. My husband purchased his vehicle from there and we will not be returning customers in the future.

Chad took great care of me and made my car buying experience a fantastic one! I got an awesome vehicle at a good price and the customer service was exceptional. My vehicle was delivered to me and the drivers who delivered were just as nice. I had an overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Dropped off my truck to get both roof rail airbags replaced for a factory recall My son drive my truck home. Once I got in my truck I noticed the grease prints all over my headliner and sun visors. I will be returning the truck for a complete cleaning or replacement. I can't believe they would return a vehicle that way. Terrible service department!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to work with the Sales Mgr and service department on a few things after a recent purchase. They were very fair and responsive. I was very pleased with the results!

Bought a pre-owned suv in December of 2016. Had so many problems with. I made 2 payments and had only driven my car a week. The rest of the time it was being "worked" on. Got it back 3 days and it blew a rod! Back in the shop it went, got it back and now turns out there's a lose motor mount! Stabilitrack light comes on randomly. Talked to the service manager once and he said they couldn't even find me in the system! Said he'd call back and that was a week ago. I should have known something was up when the sales persin insisted on pulling the car up for me to test drive instead of letting me start it myself. These people treat their customers like garbage. Whatever they can do to make a buck then leave them stranded. Terrible experience. Nothing but a headache from day one. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Their customer service stinks! Trying to get info on cars so we could test drive them and generally get little to nothing.

This place was awesome. They let me know about recalls. Even checked other issues on the vehicle for me. The folks were really nice there.

The master auto tech who serviced my car today is an excellent mechanic. I've known this tech for 21 years now and have had no one else service my vehicles other than him. His name is Chris Dahlberg and he knows what he's doing with automobiles!

We only been to the service department, however if they are any example of how the company works with their customers the company deserves a couple of extra stars. The service personnel were FANTASTIC!
